Beautiful property in a good location close to Mayo and downtown Rochester. Only issue is parking. They provide a parking pass for their on-site ramp for $15 a night but it fills up early in the evening. This forces you to park on the street and feed a parking meter at 8:00 AM or park a block away off site. A better system would be to control access to their ramp with your hotel key.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The breakfast is very nice to have. The rooms were clean and well-kept. My only complaint was that the EV chargers did not work. I even called ahead to ensure the hotel had working EV chargers.

This is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! The rooms are great and have a kitchenette and living room area. Very comfortable. Nice landscaping around the hotel! Mayo shuttle service is very helpful! The pink flamingo shuttle and drivers are very uplifting and kind.

The would have been a great hotel except that it's right on railroad track which I should have known by looking at map. An exceptionally loud train horn woke us up around 2 am. Also the hot tub was down and it was fairly cold in all of the common areas because the temp from parking ramp goes right into the elevators.

Great quality for the price! Gym has a Peloton, Mayo Clinic shuttle and airport shuttle pick up right out front, free delicious breakfast. The hotel is a gem.

The hotel/room was fine. There was hair in the shower and some unknown substance on the toilet cover. The staff was great and said she would have paid for the room but since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t do much. She gave me free parking.

Very nice hotel! Clean and in good repair. Room was nicely laid out, and super comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only reason I didn't mark cleanliness as perfect is because there was some trash in the hallway the entire time.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean. However, the couch had a definite smell of urine. It was very strong. It is a pet friendly hotel so I was assuming it was animal urine? It was bothersome, but I did not mention it to the hotel staff.

I was able to check in early. The girl at the front was very helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat. There were no coffee cups In the room. The lady who was cleaning my floor stopped what she was doing and went to get me a mug. I didn’t have any bath towels in my room and it took two calls to the front desk to get them. The room wasn’t given the express cleaning advertised. I left dirty towels on the floor and they were still on the floor when I returned to my room several hours later. The trash cans weren’t emptied. I had to use a paper bag for trash because the two cans were overflowing.

This hotel is lovely. We had a one bedroom unit and it worked out beautifully. The only negative thing was the lack of cookware and storage containers in the kitchen but that was a minor inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We would definitely come back again. Our room was comfortable, spacious, nice shower products, large soft towels, separate switch for fan and light in bathroom, large microwave, good choice of hot beverages - and the free breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff was very good about keeping the food fresh and plentiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I have one in-room recommendation -The only outlet in the bathroom was behind the hand towel ring. Awkard to use.

Parking was confusing. Elevator open right to the garage on level 2. Stayed on floor 4 room 409 and the outlets didn’t work. Remote didn’t work either. Had to unplug the tv to turn it off. Blinds were broken also. Was clean so that was a plus. Very frustrating to only be able to charge my phone and laptop in the bathroom. Hair dryer could be replaced. Stayed one night. Would not want to stay longer due to the inconveniences. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was empty. Other than that it was great lol

The staff were beyond excellent. Johnny who was in charge of breakfast and dinner was beyond any expectation I had. He is caring and meticulous in his attention to detail. Beth and Sybil can’t be replaced. John, Sydney , Scott, Josh followed in the example of helping others in any way they could. We have been at this hotel for over 3 weeks. Excellent!

I booked this as we had surgery planned at Mayo. It stated that it had a 24-hour cancellation policy and was easily accessible to the hospital. I thought that meant we could cancel for the future nights after we left if we were released early. 1. When we arrived, the parking garage was full. They said it often is, and we would have to park on the street with metered parking. 2. We requested a room with a handicap shower. The front desk acted like they did not have that kind of room and it took forever to get it straightened out. 3. We got released from the hospital early, and they said that because we booked through Travelocity and not directly with them, their policy was not to refund the additional nights. So we paid for two extra nights. 4. Because we booked with Travelocity, I did not realize we would not get our Hyatt points. Overall the experience was extremely stressful rather than helping us through the surgery.

This is a very nice, clean hotel. The location is perfect. There are tons of shops, restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable. The staff is superb, and they have a delicious breakfast and restaurant.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff good during my six-day stay, but even with an every-other-day cleaning I had to ask on “my” day. I inherited someone else’s dishware in the dishwasher, and there was no sponge or the like for me to wash mine by hand, so I was left using paper towels - lots of them - which is hardly eco friendly. My first morning they ran out of eggs and potatoes before the advertised hours ended, but things were ok after I complained to the manager, whose help I appreciate. One woman at the front counter was rude, but learned to avoid her, and everyone else I dealt with knew their jobs and how to perform them with something approaching a smile. The only ad in the elevators was about how great the bar was and convivial the happy hour atmosphere, but I never saw the bar open or any evidence of a happy hour. I would take the poster down until the promise and the reality correspond.

Bad experience from the staff who checked us in. We had to wait for 10 minutes when one staff was on the phone talking. After 10 minutes, she got another lady came to help us. The one who checked us in was so rude and really bad. Not even said hello or told us why she charged our credit card; not even said sorry or thank for waiting… The hotel itself is good and the cost is decent; but I don’t think we come back to this hotel again and definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and it had a little kitchenette. The parking garage was full, and we had to park on the street where we could see broken bottles and intoxicated people walking around. It wasn’t the safest area to leave a vehicle.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of options from fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, juices & milk, and bacon or sausage (depending on the day). The complimentary soup daily was also nice to go with our homemade sandwiches in the afternoon & evening.

Comfortable hotel with great amenities! My only suggestion would be have a better coffee situation in the morning as it runs out quickly and doesn’t stay warm in the dispensers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
