The room was fine but the shower setup was one of the oddest setups I have ever seen. The pool was dirty and had multiple dead bugs floating in it. The hot tub jets do not work. The breakfast does not taste good at all and the staff yelled at my wife for not knowing how the waffle maker works. I will not be coming back.

The help and the motel was awesome however it would have been nice f they had told us the hot tub did not work when we checked in - instead of us getting our suits on and getting down to the pool room to find out and giving us a chance to decide if we wanted to go ahead and stay there

First room we had was an adjoining room. The adjoining door wouldn't lock, door had pry marks on it. The second room had a leaky toilet. Water was constantly in the floor our entire stay. Obviously, a known problem the base of the toilet had caulking around it. Shower knob was slipping. It was difficult to adjust water temp. "Patio" had an iron table, one chair that walked away when another guest took them all to the pool house. Grass between pool house and the hotel was tall and unkempt. Doorway of pool house had exposed yellow spray foam around the frame. There were tornado warnings, and we were instructed the safe areas were stairwells and public toilets. Coming out of stairwell, water was pouring through the roof of the building between hallway and the breezeway connecting the pool house and the hotel. In the room, the water was dripping aggressively from top of sliding door into the floor of the room. We had to place several towels at the bottom of the door. The signage states "if you stay more than one day, we change towels and sheets on the 3rd night unless otherwise requested" On the 4th day I requested a room clean. They exchanged the towels and emptied trash. That was all. Phone in the room randomly rang one or two rings with no one on the other end. We finally unplugged it. Fitness room and inoperable equipment and no way to clean before or after. No remote for TV in fitness room despite requesting it. Poor cleanliness. Patio door hasn't been washed in a minute.

The refrigerator was mold and dirty. I asked for a refund and left. I am still waiting for my refund. The cleark was very nice tried to get my refund but have not seen it yet. I have stayed at wyndom hotels many times never had this problem before.

The staff was helpful, accomodating, and kind. Breakfast was good. Convenience was ok too. The hotel, however, had a strong musty odor and the air was heavy, moist, and stagnant. We found it difficult to breathe, so we had to cut our stay short and leave for our health. Our lungs were burning the next day and the kids developed a cough. I hope they figure out the issue as the rest made it a decent hotel.

It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. If the thermostat was on heat whether set at 65 or 75 the room temp would jump to 85. Turning the heat off when -20 outside not an option so spent the night adjusting thermostat every 45-60 minutes! Ugh!

Erin at the front desk was Horrible!! I had recorded a sound that the heating unit was making. The noise kept me up most of the night. I told her about it and she began to scream at me!! Did you call the front desk? I said no because we did not come in until 11:00 pm. We have maintenance 24 hours a day she screams at me. I returned her rudeness with well I’m telling you this before the next people come. She handed me off to someone else to finish checking me out!! Very very rude!! The gentleman was embarrassed and apologized to me.

After check-in, there was LOUD construction going on in the room below. Desk staff assured me it would be over in 5 minutes (%:00pm), but it continued until 7:00. What's worse is that someone entered my room without knocking, unannounced. a HUGE Security violation. The desk assured me they would "talk to them." NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Erin was wonderful. The hotel was close to the mayo clinic but it would be nice if they offered a shuttle service to the clinic. We enjoyed our stay but the one thing we will take into consideration next time is if the hotel offers a shuttle service for the clinic. But over all everything was great.

The room was clean & that's what we really look for. Our room could use a couple things fixed but we reserved thru Expedia, that's what you get, one of the block of rooms. The breakfast was the usual, lots to pick from. Staff were great. We ate at the attached restaurant which was convenient & great food.

Super comfy bed and best hotel shower! Hot water with great pressure. Breakfast was standard make your own waffle, sausage, liquidy eggs, and some obviously chill and thaw mini muffins and such. I didn’t swim because I could smell the pool chem from the main hall, and I’ve been told that’s a sign of too much chlorine. And the pool is quite a walk from any of the rooms. But it looked nice- inviting space. The attached restaurant gives a 15% discount, but that did me no good since they were closed my entire 2 day stay. Supposedly for deep cleaning? Overall, a decent stay for a short business trip.

It was nice to be so close to the Mayo Clinic and have a restaurant on site. I did note that while the staff was polite no one goes out of their way to greet you when you come in. One morning there wasn't any hot breakfast served and the front desk was borderline rude when asked about it. I understand that there are frustrations but clearly inappropriate to take it out on the guests.

When we arrived in our room, we discovered that the refrigerator had not been checked during the cleaning process, because there was food in there and the freezer had completely frozen shut. The fridge /freezer was unusable. Instead of replacing it, they just defrosted it, and said it was fine. The freezer didn’t freeze well, and the refrigerator worked too cold on one half and not cold enough on the other. Very frustrating. Although, the gentleman at the desk when we arrived wired to try to get us reassigned or let us use his front desk freezer. I appreciated that.
