Very comfortable hotel, good facilities and service. What I find unbelievable is that they charge a cover to enter the rooftop bar. What a bad taste, not even the best hotels in Tokyo (Four Seasons, Peninsula, MO, for example) with a stunning view of the skyline charge an entrance fee. And here a simple 4-star hotel has that Bad detail

このホテルが空いていない限り、金沢には行かないと言う位金沢と言えばこのホテルがセットになっております。 1番気に入っているのは24時間使える素敵なジムです。とても良いジムで設備も最高なので、トレーニングをする人には最高です。スタッフの対応も最高ですし、お部屋の中も綺麗歩けば、真横に駅があり、駅の中にはレストランがたくさんあるので、何一つ不自由することはございません。またぜひ利用したいです。

Modern large room, with great views. Very close to station and shops with plenty of food options. The only negative was the roof top bar - a cover charge of $5 each person to enter the bar and then when you order a glass of champagne for $15 which is served at table,the waiter only half fills your glass. Would give the roof top bar a miss!

車で行きましたが、ホテルの地下駐車場(提携している訳ではない)に駐車出来て駐車料金も安くありがたかった。金沢駅が隣なので買い物や食事に便利。施設はとても綺麗。朝食も美味だった。

Great place to stay, 1 min walk from train station. Staff had good recommendations for places to eat nearby, lots of good food options at train station itself or within hotel and not far from Omicho market. Appreciated eco push - water bottles with refill stations on the floor. The rooftop champagne was really nice too.

金沢に行くならこのホテル以外あり得ないジムが1番すてきです朝食も美味しいし、スタッフの方のコミュニケーションの取り方も素晴らしい真横が駅なので食事に困ることはないです

年越し2泊。ポット等の置いてある台がホコリだらけで細かい箇所も掃除が行き届いてない。年越し蕎麦のサービスはわんこ蕎麦かと思うほど少量で、集まった客を仕切りもせずロビーにあふれさせていた。寧ろ有料のルームサービスにした方が良かった。あれならやらない方がマシ。朝食ビュッフェのお雑煮も期待外れ。夜のレストランサービスもコースの間が空きすぎ。若くてスタイリッシュなスタッフを揃えているがサービスに関しては経験者のテコ入れが必要だと思う。

2泊しましたが、こちらは何も設定してませんが　こちらが何かリクエストしたから清掃してませんメモが玄関に置いてあり　清掃が全くされてなくゴミもタオルもなにもそのまま　たまたまお風呂を外でゆっくり入って来たので　連泊日は初日に使ったタオルは使わなくて済みましたが　なんだかハイヤットに泊まったのに残念過ぎました。

ホテルは清潔でとても綺麗だった。駅近ですぐ買い物ができ環境も良かった。スタッフは良くも悪くも淡々としていた印象がある。アメニティも客室に歯ブラシなどの最低限しかなかったので、ロビーで必要な人はヘアゴムやメイク落としなど使い捨ての物が選べるサービスがあると良かったかなと思う。シャワーの水圧が制限されていたので、エコだとは思うが思いっきり洗髪が出来なかったのが残念だった。

This was the best hotel we have had in Japan !conveniently located next to train station - but no noise ! classic twin room is spacious and very pretty! Great amenities and breakfast. Not all 5 star hotels have smart Tv s but this one let’s you stream ecerything. ! Loved it

We had a great stay in Kanazawa at the Hyatt Centric. The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the rooftop bar was a delight to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was broken, so we got very little sleep as it was extremely hot in the room. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre but everything else was top notch.

Less than 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. Rooms were well kept and of modern design. Staff was pleasant, helpfu, and spoke English. Taxi stand is also less than 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Firstly, this was a beautiful hotel. However, my main reason for loving it was that I actually left a backpack at the Starbucks next door and had left for Tokyo. I do not speak Japanese and I was leaving Japan 3 days later. The hotel staff actually helped me contact Starbucks to retrieve it and arranged for it to be shipped to my next hotel in a day and a half! Amazing service. I couldn’t thank them enough for being so awesome.

Great location, the restaurant recommendation for dinner by one of the staff led to one of the best meals I’ve ever had (try Daisuke Steak). The hotel was clean, staff was great and room was comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, and the hotel was easily accessible from the bus/train station. There are lots of restaurants, and you can hop on the Kanazawa Loop buses nearby to get to many of the popular sights. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again!

Really a nice place. Classy. Beautiful interior. Big room. Nice touches abound. Breakfast is expensive. So we skipped it. I am sure it was great as well. This type of room would have cost twice as much in Canada. I will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. I encountered some problems during my stay, and they were diligent, friendly, and efficient in helping me fix it. The location is great and the neighborhood is full of things to do. Even the set meal in the restaurant was extraordinary, including the best wagyu beef I have ever tasted.
