A great enjoyable hotel neat the inner city and shopping. My only complaint would be the fitness area. It was extremely feminine. Named the Mermaid club, it had no Nautilus type machine to work out on or even weights. I felt uncomfortable in the area. I thought when I booked that there was weights or weight machines. Perhaps an area for muscle fitness could be added instead of such a feminine unused spa area. Great staff and service.

Salle de sport non accessible ( j’ai essayé avec ma carte de chambre mais pas possible…). Chambre toute petite pour le tarif pratiqué ( environs 240 euros par nuit pour environs l’équivalent de la surface d’une chambre d’Ibis…peut être une quinzaine de M2…). Nécessité de demander pour que la chambre soit nettoyée et idem pour que le minibar soit rempli… Pas de room service: si vous voulez manger dans la chambre, vous pouvez commander mais il faut descendre pour récupérer votre commmande…c’est pas vraiment ce que j’attends d’un hôtel 4 étoiles…

This hotel has an amazing atmosphere with a great restaurant on the main floor and a rooftop bar with a great view of the city. It's close to all the major sightseeing locations and has bus routes right out the door.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is really well located. Its quirky and i liked the decor. The rooftop bar was excellent as were the sauna and steam rooms. I would book again.

Das Hotel liegt gut, viele Lokale sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Spa war ok, die Liegen allerdings total „abegerockt“. Die Bar lustig im Dachgeschoss mit einem super Blick. Parken unbedingt vorher buchen im Hotel. Auf der Starsse unmöglich.

A very nice experience in a unique artistic setting. The hotel attracts many people from different age & interest groups. The roof top bar offers a panoramic view of the city, great cocktails, and hosts many events (dance parties, etc) in the evenings.

This place has such a great vibe. You’re also walking distance from most all in the city center and very well connected to public transport. The sauna area is top! Breakfast remarkable and has flexible hours on weekends. The rooftop bar is very hip and full on weekends which gives you easy access to a fun little night cap before bed. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I have to come back to Vienna.

25hours Hotel Vienna at MuseumsQuartier is well located and has a funky edge which is fun and pleasantly different to other hotels. Facilities such as the gym, a huge sauna and restaurant are excellent and reception staff are friendly and helpful. And a free mini bar with beer, water and soft drink, which is restocked on request (I only found this out on my 3rd night), is a nice touch. The room we had (409) was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few major housekeeping issues which detracted from our experience: 1. The tile grout in the shower was very mouldy. I had to ask for this to be cleaned. 2. Inside the toilet bowel, under the waterline, it was dark and very stained. I asked for this to be cleaned but it wasn't done. 3. On my 3rd night, we did not have any bath towels. The hotel had run out! The towels that we'd placed on the floor for replacement were hung back up by housekeeping. When I called reception to ask about this, I was advised that there were no fresh bath towels and we were given a hand towel to use! Also, all the towels are old and discoloured. They need to be bleached. Overall, this was a 3 out of 5 star experience which could have been 5 out of 5 if not for the above mentioned housekeeping issues.

Such a shame that this 25 hours isn't as good as others in the hotel chain. Stayed for 4 nights in December. The hotel held a function on 2 nights of this with very loud music blaring until after midnight. Another night the hotel was swamped by a huge group of people from the city going to another event at the hotel. The restaurant is slow and understaffed and we waited 20 minutes just for someone to ask us if we wanted to order drinks.The rooms are small. The shower was broken (although they did fix it when told). Grouting in the bathroom mouldy. No kettle or coffee machine or water. Poor storage for clothes. No wardrobe only hangers and open hooks. Grimy, broken soft toy left for guests. Not enough staff on reception sometimes. Slow to clean rooms. Often not cleaned until 4pm. I loved this hotel chain in other cities, but will probably not return to this chain again after this stay.

Not a massive fan of the hotel, it fit what we needed and chose to stay as we’ve stayed in other hotels in the 25hours family, but we weren’t enamoured with this hotel. The decor was quite whacky and seemed a bit outdated in places. Lobby was lovely. We were given a room on a low floor so it was very noisy, very hot (room was hot and couldn’t cool without windows open making it noisier) & the bed linen wasn’t great - duvet stained etc. It was conveniently located, but wouldn’t stay again.

Room floor wasn’t clean and there was dust piles up one wall. We booked to rooms - paid for last year. We were told:- One room paid for the other wasn’t! Told we had only booked one room! Then told we owed for a night ! Also told everything was ok. The hotel took £336 out of our account - told by the manager it was policy to take any deposit amount that they felt like Breakfast very expensive- 29euro (lots of cheaper options available nearby) Asked for a taxi to airport and was quoted 60 euros. We booked direct for 40 euros. In one room the aircon didn’t work and wasn’t fixed…… I’ll stop here as I don’t normally complain.

We just absolutely loved this hotel! Great position, close to everything. Walking distance to Christmas markets, less than a 10 min walk. Room was spotless, amazing shower. Quirky and fun decor and atmosphere. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again :)

Overall it’s a hotel that looks nice. However they have prioritised looks over comfort. Rooms are quite small and they lack of any wardrobe space. Photos are quite deceiving and even the smallest room available looks bigger than we had. The only area to hang anything are some coat hooks with hangers. Now noise! We were on the first floor and although I’m sure we missed on the noise from the bar upstairs that lots of reviewers complain about, we had the road noise. I think that they should have invested in sound insulation. We were rudely awoken by an ambulance at 5 am. Bed was comfortable but pillows were very thin. The floor is some strange material but it just didn’t look clean. They offer free minibar but this is not replenished. It feels like they are trying too hard to be trendy but forgetting that the very basic offer should be a good nights sleep. Location is not bad. A short walk to the main attractions. We didn’t have the breakfast as 28 euros looked too steep. However breakfast around Vienna is cheaper and with so many options for nice cafes to visit, I’d skip breakfast at the hotel.

Our room was sufficient, but very very small. Would have liked a little more elbow room. Bathroom was well lit, but no shelves or places to put things down. Definitely a party place at night in the bar on the roof. Restaurant was good but a little pricey. Friendly staff.

Bijzondere kamer met een speelse en artistieke inrichting. Ruim, met een goed bed en prachtig uitzicht over Wenen. Wel direct onder de Dachboden waar het feest op vrijdag tot in de late uurtjes doorging, Maar dat wisten we van tevoren.

Gute Lage um die Museen und den erweiterten 1. Bezirk zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof schirmte den Straßenlärm ab, ansonsten war das Zimmer recht hellhörig. Das Zimmer ist klein mit einem geräumigen Bad in dem man sich auch zuzweit aufhalten kann. Das Bett ausreichend groß und hart - bei Bedarf bekommt man über das Housekeeping einen weicheren Topper. Wir haben weder SPA, Frühstück noch Rooftopbar genutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Cafés und Beiseln. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel gut zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist klein mit einem geräumigen Bad in dem man sich auch zuzweit aufhalten kann. Das Bett ausreichend groß und hart - bei Bedarf bekommt man über das Housekeeping einen weicheren Topper. Wir haben weder SPA, Frühstück noch Rooftopbar genutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Cafés und Beiseln. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel gut zu empfehlen.

Sid schon beim letzten Mal ist alles top. Jedoch war es unfassbar warm dieses Mal im Hotel und auf dem Zimmer. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist dann jedoch sehr laut.

The location is very good for this hotel. We got a gigantic room on the 7th floor, which was below the rooftop bar and unfortunately it sounded like furniture was being dragged around above us from 10 am-1 am, so I wasn't able to sleep well. The bed was very uncomfortable and very sensitive to motion transfer. The room was dark and dingy feeling. If you get a gigantic panorama room it might be better.

The hotel is a glorified dorm. Bad soundproofing. Minimalistic furnishings that are downright cheap.Noisy rooftop bar.Also, I could hear people in the room above stomping for hours. Not even sure what can one do there… but alas. On demand room cleaning. Meaning you have to request that.Not recommended for an extended stay if you like to chill and enjoy the room. That like a place to crash. And bring ear plugs along. Thanks

Nicht ausgeglichen war der Baulärm während des Frühstücks und die temporäre Nichtverfügbarkeit der Aufzüge. Verwöhnt von Paris und Florenz haben wir uns vom Frühstück das Allerbeste versprochen und selbiges extra mitgebucht - nur um dann zu erfahren, dass wir uns in der Stadt der Kaffeehäuser und Melange-Köstlichkeiten befinden, es im Hotel aber nur lauwarmen (schlechten) Filterkaffee aus einer Pumpvorrichtung und andere „Kaffeespezialitäten“ aus dem Automaten gibt. Das ist leider eine Beleidigung für alle, die etwas von Kaffee verstehen und sorgte schon morgen fürs Unmut. 25 hours Vienna was mostly fine -- it\'s trying a bit too hard IMO with its snarky messaging, but that\'s just my personal preference. It\'s in a nice area and it has good amenities. It was perhaps "overly popular" judging by the number of parties and guests that would swarm the rooftop bar -- that made it hard to actually visit the rooftop bar and nearly impossible to get service, unfortunately.

25 hours hotel is in a nice area and nice surroundings. The rooms are nice but need freshening up. The complimentary mini bar was not re stocked for 2 days.when I asked why I was told I had to request this each day,never had that system at any other hotel. Room service menu is 7 or 8 items.when I used it they told me I could order but would have to collect it myself. Not bad not great hotel for the money.

4th time staying in this hotel, so obviously I like it. On this occasion I felt insulted by the receptionist over a minor issue. Amazing how one relatively small negative experience can make you reevaluate your choice. Great hotel otherwise.

Room floor wasn’t clean and there was dust piles up one wall. We booked to rooms - paid for last year. We were told:- One room paid for the other wasn’t! Told we had only booked one room! Then told we owed for a night ! Also told everything was ok. The hotel took £336 out of our account - told by the manager it was policy to take any deposit amount that they felt like Breakfast very expensive- 29euro (lots of cheaper options available nearby) Asked for a taxi to airport and was quoted 60 euros. We booked direct for 40 euros. In one room the aircon didn’t work and wasn’t fixed…… I’ll stop here as I don’t normally complain.

The hotel’s design was really nice. It was in a very nice location and the cleanliness was great too. However, you cannot book parking spot in their garage and they only have 14 places (based on the receptionist),so you better have plan B for your stay.Furthermore, what made our stay less enjoyable was the customer service by the reception.They never explained anything on their own, so I had to ask during the process whenever we faced an unknown issue(that should’ve been clarified right at the beginning) and they seemed like they wanted to just get over the clients quickly.For instance: they told me the number of the parking spot in the garage, but not where the garage was. So, I had to ask that as she was ready to say bye to me. They never warned us that the gate will open outwards, so the gate almost crashed our car.When we left, during check-out, we expected some information about how to leave the garage, but none was given. So, we thought (based on our previous exploration) there would be a button to ring the receptionist from inside.There was none, so while the car was in front of the gate, we had to go out to the street to buzz the receptionist who told me that “there is a thing at the bottom that you should’ve pulled”.I asked back what thing and wanted to continue my sentence, but she just hung up on me and opened the gate.I said thank you-I hope she heard it lol. Basically,we were not provided a proper guidance and if we dared to ask a question, we regretted it.

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Vom early Check-in, übers Zimmer bis hin zum riesengroßen Frühstück. (Div. Sachen können hier noch separat ohne Zusatzkosten dazu bestellt werden... Wie Omelett, Spiegeleier usw) Die Einrichtung ist grandios (typisch 25hours). Die Lage, besser geht's fast nicht... U-Bahn Station 100m entfernt, Museen und Hofburg in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Top ist auch der "Dachboden" im 8. Stock. Schöne rooftop bar mit Blick über Wien (man erkennt sogar Fahrgeschäfte vom Prater) Service soweit benötigt war ebenfalls top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Fairly centrally located just outside the Ringstrasse and within easy walking distance to many major sites, including the Hofburg, several museums, and St. Stephen's (easy-ish walking distance). Also has easy access to mass transit to those parts of Vienna that are farther away. Even by European standards, the rooms are quite small and -- at least the one I was in, a medium plus -- had no drawers but only some makeshift shelves. The room was clean and comfortable, especially with air conditioning that kept it cool even on a day that the high soared to 96/35. At 25€, I did not get the breakfast but only coffee (there are no makers in the room) which itself was 5€. The restaurant is only okay, mostly focusing on Neapolitan pizza, but reasonably priced with most of the pizzas ranging around 11-15€. Staff at the both the hotel and the restaurant were always friendly and helpful and fluent in English.

This place has such a great vibe. You’re also walking distance from most all in the city center and very well connected to public transport. The sauna area is top! Breakfast remarkable and has flexible hours on weekends. The rooftop bar is very hip and full on weekends which gives you easy access to a fun little night cap before bed. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I have to come back to Vienna.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen, aber auch UBahn und Straßenbahn sind in Laufnähe verfügbar. Jederzeit würde ich wieder in diesem 25h Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Wien bin. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Begeistert hat uns auch das Frühstücksbüffet, welches wir jeden Morgen genießen konnten. Die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr, sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Einen Abend hatten wir auch einen Tisch im hauseigenen Restaurant Ribello reserviert. Auch hier hatten wir gute Pizza und Wein.

Jederzeit würde ich wieder in diesem 25h Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Wien bin. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Begeistert hat uns auch das Frühstücksbüffet, welches wir jeden Morgen genießen konnten. Die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr, sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Einen Abend hatten wir auch einen Tisch im hauseigenen Restaurant Ribello reserviert. Auch hier hatten wir gute Pizza und Wein.

Loved the quirky rooms and touches throughout the hotel. Really clean and comfortable. Also ate in the restaurant downstairs a couple of times and can say the pizzas and pasta are good.

The hotel doesn’t offer any type op coffee at the standard rooms. There is hot water available at the common facilities but they only provide tea - not coffee. Weird choice. The “free minibar” is just a couple of bottles of water and beer. Instead the hotels offer a lot of pointless stuff like free use of a Freitag bag.
