Breakfast is wonderful. Property well maintained given that we have been going here for 12 years now. Staff always impeccable.

The hotel caters to families so while it is very nice, probably one to avoid if you’re looking for an adult weekend as a luxury break

The hotel felt very welcoming and especially Christmassy at this time of year! All if the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was extravagant with plenty of options although I felt £69 was very steep for one adult and a child (who hardly ate anything)! I would have expected this to included in the room price as this was already over £400 per night with additional tax of £21 per night on the chevk out. These 'hidden extras' would make me a bit reluctant to book again. The evening meal was very expensive as I had libster spaghetti but there were only 3 tiny pieces of lobster in a big bowl of pasta for £49.
