The air conditioner does not work and is very noisy. There were NO price tag information in the room and they charge for 2.5 euro after for a handful of stale peanuts! The staff was rude too.

Such a nice short stay in the only hotel in Busto Arsizio I would recommend staying. Young staff, always friendly and helpful and a super comfortable bed. Great experience altogether.

hotel located in a small quiet town which was perfect for the last day after my business trip. 20 min driving to the airport. Staffs were very nice, around this hotel you can easily find restaurtants / supermarkets all in walk distance. Rooms are very clean, everything works well.

Brilliant hotel! Whole place is really modern and clean, rooms are big. Staff are very friendly. Conveniently located for airport and train station. Slight downside is that there isn’t much choice for breakfast, really only pastries, but not a huge problem. Would stay again

Added it naturally without making the review sound too harsh: The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. The shower was great, although both the room and bathroom were very small. The breakfast area was nice, and the coffee was excellent. Parking was also convenient, but the gate did not always open properly, so at times we had to open it manually. My biggest frustration was that there was no iron or steamer in the room, and apparently none available upon request. The staff directed me to a common area to find an ironing board and iron, but there was nothing there. For a hotel, this felt very inconvenient and honestly a bit ridiculous. Also, please note that there is no gym on the premises — not even a basic treadmill, elliptical, or free weights. That may not matter to everyone, but it is worth knowing before booking. Overall, it was a clean hotel in a great location, with a nice breakfast area and excellent coffee. However, the very small room, lack of basic amenities like an iron, and no fitness facilities made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
