Security door was not locking as the mechanism was gone. Area is nice. Staff was amazing.

This property is in a convenient area and the staff was very nice and responsive. There were washers/dryers, and a small fitness center. However, the people above me had children that romped and dropped things until late into the night. The dumpster for trash was inconveniently located (I had to ask staff where it was) and guests piled pizza boxes and milk cartons in the small waste containers at the doors. Unsurprisingly, my room had roaches and during my 7-day stay, no one cleaned my room nor changed my linen.

Guest service check in lady was very nice and made the process easy. Overall made the stay. The stove didn’t work properly didn’t find out until way after check in. Pool wasn’t open but the area is nicely set up

The pool is closed and it’s in the 90’s outside as well as EVERY time I request for my room to be cleaned the housekeeper never comes. The door in my room was broke when I checked in and it’s no ice bucket but they tell you the ice machine is on the second floor. I had to go to walmart to buy pots and pans for the kitchenette and cleaning supplies because i’m tired of asking the front desk to sign me up for the house keepers to come currently trying to move to the Sonesta across the driveway they are wayyy cleaner and the pool works as well as the housekeepers come on time and the have free breakfast

The room that I stayed in was nice with carpet. The only issue was the leaking bathtub and the circular toilet seat instead of the oval shaped. Laundry you pay on the app which is good, but there’s only 2 washers & 2 dryers. Front desk is open until 7 M-F and until 2 S-S, limited parking. Price is dirt cheap so it’s good for a night maybe 2, but I wouldn’t stay there longer than that. Overall you’re better off paying more for a better hotel

Locked access doors were propped open frequently and my room door had a gap I could put my thumb in. Security is questionable...

No refrigerator no microwave no ice machine no contential breakfast left in middle of night because not safe people walking around parking lot alnight and sounded like people trying to kick in the door several times do not stay here . Office is closed after 11pm

It only need a free breakfast in the community area.

I love quietness and the feeling of safety. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and courteous. Accommodations were still under construction but over-all we were content with our spacious suite. Would love to go back when the renewals of the property/rooms are finished. Sam Mikhael, general manager, made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. He actually cared about how we felt, what we thought, and invited us to come back again! We stayed two nights, and, upon leaving, reconstruction seems to be coming along very well.

The price is really good but the room was very outdated and smelled of old cigarette smoke. In general, the room seemed dirty but the bed was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again but it did save me a lot of money because I was there for 11 days. Also, in the gym, most of the equipment didn't work and the pool was never opened.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke there was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom spider webs over the and blood stains on the sheets this was the worst hotel ever I will not be returning 👎

The first room was horribly dirty, burn holes in the wood table. The cloth chair and couch were literally black on the arm rests. It smelled of cigarette smoke. We were shown two other rooms…. We ended up taking one of the rooms. (It was the most “livable” for the 13 days). I went to the nearest Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room before we even brought out things in. (We wore white socks and they were black after 2 min of walking around on the floor) We checked in on a Tuesday, the lady at the front counter said that they would be in on the following Tuesday to change the bedding. I had to go down to the office to exchange towels. They had us on the schedule to “change” bedding on Sat (the day before we leave), she said, “Oh, would you like me to put you in for tomorrow?” Yes!!! Yes, I would. Still no one! We never got the bedding changed in 13 days. Even with going to the office.

Honestly, this was one of the most confusing experiences I have ever had. The information sent through Expedia was different than the actual information of the business, so we ended up having to pay over the phone as their lobby was closed at 2pm. Also, there was no way to check out until at least 10 when the lobby opened. The room was dirty, stains on everything, the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay shut, rolled in the bathroom cracked, rust and stains around the tub area, and the floors and walls were dirty in the bathroom. The fold out couch was very poor quality, and again very stained. Also when we called to try to get help with things to the number they gave us the person seemed angry at us for calling and a bit just over it. Overall, the area was great. It was good location and close proximity. However, with many other options in the area I don’t see myself staying here ever again.

Filthy. Everything was very old and worn out and furniture needs to be updated/replaced. Stains on everything. Chipped paint. Holes…burns and stains in carpet. It’s time for this place to close down.

We had to scrub the bath tub and mold on the shower head. The hallway was stuffy and reeked with the odor of weed and tobacco smoke. But we very pleased with the way we were treated by the staff.

I have never reviewed a hotel before but this property was shockingly filthy that I had to. It looked lovely in the photos, but they were deceiving. There were stains on the sheets, pubic hair on the walls, vent, and floors of the bathroom, toothpaste on the mirror still, overall grime and dirt everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What can say 3 am had leave bit by bed bugs

My room was very dusty and I had to clean before putting decor up usually I sanitize but moving the bed seeing gold fish and a dusty headboard is absolutely unacceptable

Bathtub was covered in pubic hair, toilette had dried pee on it, floors had debris in the kitchenette. The door looked like it had been previously kicked in and repaired, the peep hole is back wards so you cant see out but people can look in. General disrepair through out. Front desk is not 24hrs. Key cards frequently deactivate. On the plus side the staff is very friendly, no odors and no bugs. I dont believe they (staff) are responsible for the state of things, this is on the owers.

Had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st room the lights blew as aoon as we walked in. 2nd room was a king suite with a foldout couch that looked like someone died in it. 3rd room had a half inch of dust holes ripped in the painting above the bed burn holes in blanketsand smelled of old man cologne. Alonf with dried pee on the toilet floss and hair in the sink and just overall bad vibes fron the whole property.

Wi-Fi no longer works n my room waiting to get switched been 2 weeks

Staff was great considering….hotel definitely needs renovations. Cable did not work in bedroom and was told it would be refunded, not holding my breath.

The first night the hotel put us in a dirty, dusty and outdated room that smelled like cigarette smoke. They said they couldn’t move us that night and didn’t offer any options. The next day we were moved to a very nice room and I would stay again based off that room. I feel like they should not rent out that first room ever again. It look like a motel or a rent by the hour room. I can not believe they actually put us in that room.

Nice size room but could use a refresh…outdated. The room had NO drinking glasses of any type. In addition there were NO eating utensils in the room. The best feature in the room I had was the large dressing/bathroom. While the location was good for shopping, restaurants, and not far from major highways…the faculties need a major facelift and inviting colors.

It was alot of space in these rooms, feels like a studio apartment tbh. I really enjoyed my stay.

The property was actually in a nice location not too far from Detroit where we were visiting. The outside of the hotel was a bit dirty the doors were dirty and the stairway was dirty once we got inside our room it smelled like old smoke. The furniture was a bit aged and had spots on the chairs. The size of the room was excellent there was a living area nice size kitchen a bathroom sitting to itself and a master bedroom. I feel like I was in a small apartment instead of a hotel room. Definitely plenty of space. The bathroom and kitchen was really clean. The master bedroom had a bed that felt so soft I was pleasantly surprised. Clean sheets clean pillow cases. I suggest that they ripped that carpet out though and wash the curtains that may be what's holding the smoke odor. There was a Dollar general close by I went and got some cleaning products and cleaned the outside of my hotel door wipe down all the tables and chairs to give it a nice smell Plus I had to spray the couch and chairs with febreze. Now here's the big question I need to answer will I choose this hotel again or recommend it to someone else yes if I'm only in need of a place to sleep close to the city the price was great for the space and location.

The rooms need to be renovated. The carpets are old and so are the door knobs. The bathrooms were okay but they need renovated as well. I was unaware that my room had adjacent doors to two other people, one on each side. That horrified me because you never know what motives people have. The walls are super thin and I could hear conversations constantly. And to add my television was not working. I reached out to the front desk and they fixed it as promptly as they could. When I did try to reach out to the front desk the phone in the room didn’t work. Lastly, my total was about $50 more than what I anticipated. I was not prepared for that. I will not use this property again due to too many issues.

The front desk manager Carol is awesome. Sam the property manager is awesome as well . It's always clean and the entire staff is great. They make you feel welcome and at home. I LOVE THIS PLACE❤️❤️

The card did not work and we were locked out of the hotel. The emergency number went straight to voice mail. It was not listed as an extended stay; however, when we arrived and inquired about breakfast, we were told “we are an extended stay so we don’t do that but we might can do coffee”. There water was cloudy and orange. The entire hotel smelled of weed. Housekeeping was not provided since it’s an extended stay

The front desk agent was very nice and accommodating at check-in and during my stay. The general manager was extremely professional and engaging. Any issue brought to his attention was handled with a smile! I will definitely stay again in the future, if necessary.

We arrived at 5:03 PM on the day of check in. The staff still at the front desk said the desk closes at 5:00. I never heard of that before. The lady did inform us that our room keys were “boxed” in a locked container in the entryway to the hotel, so we could have checked in fine. The lady did send me a text saying the keys would be there, but I generally do not answer the phone or text alerts if I don’t recognize the number. We get our keys and try to find the room. When we figured it out, we had to walk up three floors through a bunch of garbage bags that had been left outside in the hall/stairwell area. Filthy. Got to the room…not bad first impression, but you could see it was not well kept. Opened door to the bedroom (it was a separate bedroom suite) and the frame of the king bed was collapsed. We called the front desk, but since no one was there I got a voicemail message that informed me that the voicemail box was full. So, I fixed the frame myself as best as I could in about 15 minutes. The adjustable metal frame was completely separated at the front end of the frame. How or why someone actually made the bed with it being in that condition is beyond me. In any event, it seemed that the property was very understaffed, and the staff that were there either bolted the premises at 5:00 or did nothing prior to our arrival ((or anyone else’s for that matter) or afterward. Very disappointing stay.

There was nobody at the desk, door was locked and nobody answered the phone. Couldn’t check in. Had to book another hotel. Expect a full refund.

Staff ignored continuous complaints about loud neighbours upstairs, reported 5 times and nothing was done, they said they have weekly cleaning, no one cleaned the room in 3 weeks. The stove was broken, only one stovetop worked. I don't think ill be returning.

Property was in terrible shape - lots of deferred maintenance and some vandalism. There was a lingering pot smell in the room. People in the parking lots were doing drugs in their cars - cooking out on charcoal grills. The front desk is not attended after 7pm - key pick up is via a drop box. Staff was friendly on the phone.

The hotel is very affordable and it is located around a lot of eateries. The staff is very friendly. My only complaints would involve the cleanliness of the room. The floors were filthy, I am sure my room hadn't been mopped in ages. The bath tub was very old and it was peeling. The water pressure was also very low. If you are someone who is looking for a cheap stay with no frills, this is the place to go.

I was very impressed with this place. They were very attentive. Our heat went out, faultly thermostat...these things happen. They responded quickly. The place is beautiful. We were in a King kitchenette. Highly impressed. Will definitely stay here again. So close to many convenient places too. Also, low chance of crime...the city police station us only 1 block away. I lived in this city for many years before moving out of state. Came back to visit the area. This place is 10 out of 10 for so many reasons.

When ever I'm on a overnight stay in the area I fry to book here. There are several chain restaurants in the area and it's between two Wal-Mart.

We are frequent travelers and we’ve never been so disappointed in a stay. Original room had clogged toilet, moved to a room that was not a kitchenette, had several items stolen from our room while we were out, disgustingly dirty, broken entry doors, mismatch coffee pot / base that did not work together. Someone screaming outside that they were going to smash someone’s face in. We were told office hours were until 11pm - office was closed at 5pm. When we reached out about stolen items we were told we would have to contact the manager the next day (after our departure date) I could go on and on. Horrible experience. Do not waste your money.

TV stuck on one channel. No small fridge, no microwave!!! No maintenance. They use the place as an apartment and Motel.

The staff was very courteous at check in. After that, it went downhill. My room was a suite with a kitchenette. The floor in the bathroom and in the kitchenette were sticky. The room had been cleaned very poorly. The mirror had not been cleaned, leaving the last guests toothpaste splatter. The furniture was overall decent, but a couch cushion had a 6in rip with stuffing coming out. Oddly, the hotel offers no sundries. Including, not a single vending machine.

I had the two bed suite. It was so nice. Everything was clean, great customer service and a very reasonable price. The only thing was they didn’t have a continental breakfast. Walmart was right down the street so I got up and made my own lol. Definitely will return.

Room was clean. The kitchenette was good for our needs. There's a shopping plaza less than a mile away with a Walmart in it and at least one restaurant. There's a good Coney island on the corner too. We had children with us and there's a couple of playgrounds that are a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel. Also, the library on the same street had story time in the morning for little kids. Overall the rooms are nice and there's plenty to do nearby if you're traveling with kids for a few days.

1st thing there is no breakfast only coffee not even decaffeinated. 2nd First room was dirty. After exchanging the room 2nd room had mold on tiles in bathroom. There was missing kitchen appliance including folks thati hadbuy my own. Stove didn't worked right away. Bedroom tv was displaying no pic and living room tv had missing remote battery.

It only need a free breakfast in the community area.
