Hotel was in a great location however there were quite a few concerns: smoke smell in the hallways, lots of noise from barking dog and other travelers on floor above us, poorly equipped kitchen, ants in bathroom, non working ice maker, only one working washer and 2 dryers. .. on the positive side: friendly, great staff.

There is a exercise room & laundry area that I didn't use, so I'm limited as to what I can say. My room was great w/ exception for the coffee pot; a new carafe is desperately needed, as the band around the pot was misaligned & pouring into a cup w/ very messy, I did want to tell staff when checking out, but there was no staff on hand. So, simple deposited my key card in the bottle provided before leaving. The room was very clean w/ an adequate linen supply & plenty of toiletries. Thanks Sonesta! Did great again.

From the front entry to the hallways, to the room everything was spotless. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us to keep out of one another's way while we rushed to get ready for our concert Friday night. Nette at the front desk could not have been more friendly or thoughtful!

Parking fine, dated property room could use a deep clean especially dust. Toilet plugged, hotel phone did not work, called frontdesk via cell phone. Ice maker never produced ice
