Pool under construction, workout room under construction, no bfast of any kind, reception area dated and dirty, elevators sounded like they might collapse at any moment, walls had writing on them. The list goes on. This hotel needs a lot of work. That said, the bed was very comfortable.

Washroom is conjusted and bath tub was not properly cleaned. Also they mentioned breakfast in included with rent. When we checked in, they said due to breakfast area renovation, they can not provide breakfast.

Well the listing said breakfast was included and there was a pool, at the hotel they said they don’t do that anymore and it’s “hotels.com” fault for not fixing their listing. There was dried food on the desk and the room service menu. Signs everywhere saying there was no smoking but marijuana smoke wafting through the halls z when the staff was advised of these things, they said it was my imagination.

First of all the elevator was not working, pool not open, we were on the 3rd floor, I am 65, my husband 75 & had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage, when we got to room the door lock on the inside (room 330) was locked and could not open the door-had to wait in the hallway for more than 15 minutes after calling the lobby personnel to come up-gave us another room-this is the poorest customer service I have ever seen-In the room-the windows were so smeared with hand prints and god knows what else, dead bugs all over the window sills-I would not recommend this place even for a pet to stay

Roaches, broken elevator, closed pool, empty vending machine, false advertising for Breakfast which was cold coffee and individually wrapped no brand stale mini muffins, there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot, the buildings smelled like stale smoke & drugs and the front desk attendants were rude especially the person working at 1:45am on 6/15/24. Beds r old and uncomfortable and the bedding was stained. I was unable to sleep in this environment and sought lodging somewhere else for the 2nd night. I am asking for a full refund.

This property was incredibly dirty and none of the amenities were available--no fitness center, no pool, no breakfast, and the elevator didn't work. The first room I got on the third floor had hair in the bathtub, the sink and mirror were dirty, the deadbolt didn't work, and the A/C was broken. I moved to a different room, which was also covered in hair and clearly hadn't been vacuumed in forever. I had planned a trip around being able to get breakfast at the hotel before leaving for the airport but it was unavailable and working from the hotel was difficult because the WiFi was spotty. Definitely think that cleanliness is seriously lacking here and made showering and sleeping uncomfortable. Unsure what the $ you spend is going towards, to be honest.

Will never stay here again. The hallways are filthy. Room smelled like mildew. No amenities available in the hotel itself. Pool closed, no breakfast. We saw bugs everywhere around us. No bedbugs thankfully, but insects were on the walls and towels. The bathtub was filthy, dark rings all through it. Do not recommend.

It was so nasty that we ended up going to a relatives house for that night. They wouldn't give refund. Dirty sheets, had pubes and stains all over, smoke buds under the blanket, blanket had dried candy sticking on it. It seemed like room service did not change the bed sheets and blanket after the previous visitors. I went to the front desk, they said there's no housekeeper on site until the next morning and told me they can get washed sheets and to change the sheets by myself. Not to mention, the entire place smells like marijuana.

The lobby was nice, but our hotel room was dirty as can be, the bathtub had what I could only call mold on the bottom, and the wall had a bunch of stains and cover up patched, our bedsheet has a hole in it.

It's a standard Days Inn. Nothing fancy. Clean room. Buzzing from refrigerator was really annoying and messed with my sleep. But nothing I can't handle. Not perfect, but you get what you pay for. Top tier mediocre.

The beds in the room are ridiculously soft! I simply rolled over in the night and the whole side of the bed collapsed, dumping me on the floor! When I asked how to avoid such a bed in the future, I was told they are all that way. Are you trying to be sued?

this stay was not very good as the noise from other rooms was above the decibels one expects. The noise from surrounding rooms when a toilet was flushed was not expected. Our tv was not working and the only 2 items the clerk could offer was to move us to a NON-Handicap room, not a choice, or to refund our monies and we could find billets somewhere else. I asked about militance and was told this was not an emergency and her manager would never call a militance person for a tv. She offered nothing else like come and try it herself. I will not be staying at this location in June when we return for another venue at the andiamo in Warren.

The area was cool, the room was nice. The bathroom however was super small and had paint chipping in the shower area. The lock fixture on the back of the bathroom door was broken. The bed frame that supported the mattress was loose and made noise anytime you moved. Overall it was cool just needed some fixes.

I started out with a 30 min wait cuz i came at 2:30 then they didn’t have my reservation and charged me for a extra night, then i got to my room i had a customer banging at my door he was given the same room key, then wait staff mind you all after i took my sleeping pills at 7am

Coffee maker in room didn't work & had to change rooms once bc of stains on sheets. Breakfast is a yellow cupcake with chocolate chips, and coffee or tea. You get what you pay for.. and you still can't beat the price, even if that comes with a little inconvenience. The staff was courteous.. when issues came up they did what they could to resolve it quickly. I've stayed here before with no issues.. the rooms are for the most part clean.

The room floors were not swept and the tub was dirty I informed the front desk if this the next day because I didn’t look in the bathtub until I went to take a shower. So I went to extend my stay and was told that I could that my name was flagged and not given a real reason by the front desk just the run around. I don’t recommend anybody stay here

The entire experience from booking to entering the property was the most hostil environment I’ve ever witnessed. The front desk clerk KEN is a huge liability to the property and disrespectful. KEN IS their front desk clerk who denied me access to my room Two nights in a row due to what Warren pd witnessed as a racial discrimination issue and Warren police made him allow us access to my room the first night. the second night which was 9/20/23 Ken with his disgusting hostile treatment towards guest denied me and my two year old aces to our room once again. Ken stated that the property manager BEN directed him to not care nor accommodate me and my stay as well. I’ll be taking this issue to corporate as well. Warren pd also informed me that the property at the days inn Warren on convention blvd is their worst most active property with police presence constantly. This front desk rep KEN and property manager BEN K. Needs to he held accountable and the property needs to be shut down

Hotel was dirty, smelled of weed and musk. Room had sticky floors and was poorly maintained. Immediately went back down 5 minutes after checking in to inform I will not stay here. The receptionist tried telling me that I've been there over 40 minutes and that was outside their 15 minute policy questioning what I did up there. She argued with me about it and refused to give a refund. When she looked at my check in sheet she realized it's been under 10 minutes (as of now) and said. No need to get upset I'm trying to help you.. after arguing with me for about 5 minutes. Never stay here. Go elsewhere not worth even 20 bucks a night.

Faculty is older and could use some exterior TLC but it was clean. Excellent area! Right down the street from my destination. Elevator not working but was moved to a handicap room on the ground floor that my bad knee really appreciated. They have the softest, most absorbent towels I've EVER had the pleasure of using!! Will definitely try to stay there next time I go.

i was told no loud music and i was woke up at 4 am on a Saturday morning because of a car sitting in the parking lot just sitting ther playing loud ass music for 20 min no coffe pot in the room and your breakfast was a muffin the size of a quarter and coffe that looked like tea not a good stay
