Great place to stay, easy in/out, nice facilities and plenty to do in the area.

The check-in was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. The front office staff was very nice and professional. The hotel gym looked great as well as the lobby bar.

This is a lovely newer hotel. Nice amenities, nice location within St John’s Town Center. Only complaint is you can hear people walking in the room overhead. Sounds like they may fall thru the ceiling.

I love this property. It was cleaned. The staff was polite and helpful. This is my new go to hotel for when I come to visit Jacksonville. Also, I love the mobile check in and being able to use my phone to enter my room too.

We have stayed here multiple times. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Spent some time at the bar, and the staff is always fantastic.

Place was really clean and up to date with modern design. Best part was the abundance of electric vehicle chargers and the convenience to shopping and dining. Worst part was our room not being ready on time. But over all i would stay here again anytime I’m in the city.

Front desk staff could have definitely been friendlier. No microwave for guests to use and beds were a little hard. Water pressure average at best.

The exterior and interior can, at first, lead you to believe it's luxury. Here are reasons it absolutely is NOT and you should spend your valuable time and money elsewhere: 1. The check-in attendant was personable and kind. I was thrilled she was our first encounter! That employee, however, was the only knowledgeable, kind, and attentive employee we would encounter on our three-day stay. The other front desk encounters were walking by employees on their cell phones not paying any attention or greeting guests as they were walking by. Every morning, it became an ongoing joke that we'd walk by the front desk and he/she would have no clue. 2.Statistically, at least half of your towels provided will have pubic hair, brown stain, or worse. I say worse because where you would hang your towel to dry in the designated spot, the towel length will reach the toilet paper holder. We asked for more towels the first night. We received towels quickly, but most went to a dirty pile as the top hand towel had a large yellow stain. 3. I called the very first night because I noticed in between the leather bench seats and the wall were a ton of crumbs and lord knows what else. I asked if I could vacuum or have some help. The operator told me that housekeeping was already gone, but that they would make a note to do a refresh the very next day ahead of the scheduled refresh. No other options, just hopeful that whoever would be cleaning would catch these two areas. Left that next morning by 6am

Good experience overall. Here are a few small things - the refrigerator made a soft but loud enough humming sound making it hard to sleep. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Room keeping didn’t come while we were away from 8am to 3pm. Was expecting fresh towels and other things when I got back.

The property was very nice. The room we chose was very spacious and clean. The team was also very nice and welcoming. Whenever we are in the Jacksonville area we will always make this hotel our stay.

Stay was great and everything was super clean! I actually forgot my slippers and had to wear my white socks when in the room and they weren't dirty. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel! Location and staff are great. I’ve stayed here before and it was great. This time was good too, except there was some kind of flooding problem in the hallway outside our room. There were wet floor signs when we checked in, but no noticeable water. Overnight was a different story. Fans and vacuums all night in the hallway outside our door. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. We checked out at 3 or 4 in the morning since we were awake already. Outside our door we found a a carpeted hallway so soaked with water there were actual large puddles on top. Thankfully it didn’t seep into the room. I don’t know why we were given a room in an area with a known maintenance issue, I can only hope the other floors were full and we were only staying for one night. A heads up would have been nice at least. As is, we would stay here again. The rooms are nice, as is the location. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Every other visit has been perfect. Hopefully this feedback will be useful to management, it is apparent they do care about guest experience.

NO MICROWAVE!!!! NOT KOOL AT ALL!!! I WOULD LIKE MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED EVERYDAY.

We enjoyed our stay. The two things I would mention: 1) had a lot of trouble with the WiFi and 2) I wish you had a small coffee / espresso stand for breakfast like the one in the Scottsdale AC hotel. Thank you to all of the hard-working staff!

Stayed here for my 15yr anniversary night with my husband and while they were supposed to have Prosecco already in the room for me when i arrived it was not. I called down and it was briskly brought up and when my husband was greeted at the door they gave it to him and told him Happy Anniversary which i though was a nice touch. The hotels whole ambience was amazing from the smell when you first walk in to the lighting fixtures on the walls. I will say thr only issue i did personally have was in the room i stayed in the a/c did not maintain temp and i kept waking up throughout the night as the fan also did not seem to stay on ( that may be an auto setting despite my trying) but it was quite warm in the room for my liking. But overall it was a nice stay.

Just one comment. Shower is slippery since it’s vinyl. I almost fall in the shower especially when I was soaping. They need to check there showers for safety hazards maybe need non slid coating or something. Over all place is nice and comfy.

Very nice. 2 Queens and a sofa bed were perfect for my family of five. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Brianna at the desk for helping us get checked in late.

Great hotel overall but the bed was hard and you could feel the springs. I’ve stayed at other AC hotels and never noticed a bad mattress before.

Checked in late and even though hotel was not full they put me in a handicap accessible room. I was too tired to back and ask to move.

The convenience to the St Johns Town Square restaurants and shopping was excellent.

It was fairly new and modern with a different look but I did not get that Wow factor when I walked into the hotel. Lobby was sizable and it was close to the event that my husband had to go to. Shopping area was also walkable. There were a lot of restaurants near by outside of the hotel.

The hotel looks great and is located in the middle of many shopping and dining options. The staff is friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy.

Our stay from check-in to checkout was phenomenal. As this is a brand new hotel, we expected it would feel fresh and clean and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable with all the comforts you might expect. The design throughout the hotel was very modern and bright that appealed to both myself and my daughter (13). It was a little disappointing breakfast wasn't available (continental) unless ordering from a menu and dining in, but we found other arrangements. Located in a great area with plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The Hotel is beautiful, and very modern. Service was excellent. Loved the bartender on the evening shift. The “European breakfast” was just ok- Italian dry meats, cheese, pastries, and yogurt. I have celiac disease, so it was limited what I could eat. They have one dish on the menu that was gluten-free, a kind of mini egg casserole. It was greasy and just soso. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great.

Wonderful room. Bed was very comfortable. We wished they had a better breakfast.
