We made reservations for 4 nights. When we got there we were greeted at the front desk. We discovered that our room was missing a refrigerator from its cabinet. When asked about it they seemed unaware. They could not change rooms that evening but would check into it for the other nights. No problem, we will just use ice from the ice machine. NO ICE MACHINE. The following day went down to check our status for another room. No messages were left so had to start all over. Candace at the front desk was a big help and said that she would take care of it by the time we returned. She did and was given another room. This room was fine but the outlets next to the bed did not work. After a few days i did ask if we could get some clean towels since they were thin and seemed to stay damp after using. I was given one towel and was told that they HAD NO MORE CLEAN TOWELS. The bed was bouncy and the sheets were thin. Even the water fountain that fills water bottles did not work! On a positive note they had 2 Tesla chargers but one did not work!!! Will not be staying here again!!!!!

Our stay was not great. I will attach pictures. First, when checking in there was an employee who was complaining that this wasn’t her weekend to work but she was working. Immediately when you stepped in the room you were almost knocked down with mildew/mold smell. Dark spots on ceiling from water damage, mold in shower. The best was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. You could feel every spring poking through. They were paving the parking lot and once were not able to get in the lot because they were blocking the only opening. If there were any other hotels available this weekend we would have left the Quality Inn.

The carpet in our room was sticky when you walked on it for some reason. There was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived. The shower knob was broken so when you took a shower water was spraying out from the bottom. There were homeless people hanging outside and inside the lobby. The pool was down and not cleaned so it was definitely an eye sore. The staff was nice tho but unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

As soon as we arrived to the room there was an awful smell like humid. When we went to the bathroom the towels were dirty and wet. The bed sheets were also dirty. My husband went to the lobby to get new towels and bed sheets we changed it all. The next day the elevator broke down and they didn’t properly announce it to the guests in the hotels.

I have been staying at this property every 3-4 weeks for quite a while. They've always been accommodating and friendly. The last visit has insured I'll not be back. I have called and emailed looking to speak with manager. I have not received a return call. My last stay here I received many (100's) of bedbug bites and when I returned home ended up in urgent care for a massive infection from them. 3 weeks later I'm still on antibiotics and will end up with some scar tissue from how badly I was bitten. Though I had bites all over my body, my right thigh received the worst of it and was swollen to almost twice it's size. I've only ever run into bedbugs once before in my life and it was nothing like this. Itching, burning, bruising, and skin issues that may leave actual pocks in my skin. No return call, no apology, no concern that I won't be back. Sadly, I know all the employees I've been there so often, it had become my home away from home. Time to find a place that cares about the pain and discomfort I've suffered through and the side effects from the antibiotics.

Our room was dirty and moldy. The bathroom had, what looked like, vomit splatter on the walls. The moisture in the room was awful. It felt like we were sleeping on wet sheets. The mold was clearly visible on the ceiling in the area of the the bathroom hallway. The elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana. The pool and pool furniture were covered in bugs. After a long day of travel baseball all we wanted was to jump in the pool and decided against it after we saw it. I will definitely spend the extra $20 next time to stay somewhere nicer.

They first gave me a room that was disgusting, not clean, beds weren't made, looked and smelled like someone or something peed all over everything, found out they were supposed to be even using that room, so I don't know what happened there but it gave me the heebie geebies, then gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience, the room was clean and essentially comfortable, but had an odor that I can't describe. I will not be choosing this hotel again.

As soon as you walk in…. You smell cigarette smoke. The room smelled like mold and pee. The mattress smelled like pee. There were roaches on the floor and the counters. Just terrible.

Smelled of wet dog (pet rooms need to be established and only used for pet accommodation). Barking dog at 6am, no sign to disallow pets on dining area. I had reserved a room with 2 beds they gave me a room with a king. The shampoo bottle was empty. There was mold or dirt around the top wetr the tile meets tub. The refrigerator was froze and AC wasn't really working.

All was fine until the night, when every little sound in the corridor could be heard and kept me awake. In the morning, I checked the main door and found that the door did not close properly. There were screws missing from the metal faceplate on the doorframe. I went top the front desk and let them know. They promised it would be fixed. Nothing happened. Complained again the next day. Nothing happened. Was so glad to checkout the next morning and return home for a good night's rest!

It was quiet, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfy, but it was pretty run down, and some things didn't work like the microwave and the fridge didn't stay vey cold. I was away most of the day, so it didn't bug me too much, but if had to spend more time there, it would have been tough.

Some of the associates wiring the desk were nice and friendly, but I'm not sure about the disconnect on the deposit that is asked, the deposit should be on hold until it's verified that there is no damages to the room, but the hotel takes your deposit and it takes weeks to return to your account and that was after I emailed choice hotels to see why my deposit's weren't going back at a reasonable time frame.

Hotel staff, especially at the front desk, is apathetic and careless. I had to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks for work and during the 2 weeks I went down to the front desk to ask for fresh towels 3 different times and each time was given some eye-rolling, give-me-a-break type of excuse at to why there were not towels. These people suck. No other way to say it, they just SUCK

I went to check into this hotel, and my reservation was not there. The time was approximately 2 in the morning, and I was exhausted from being on the road. The gentleman behind the counter seem to not know and said you got a call the name and number on the back “Sir” which said contact this property and I called it and it rang him. After this whole debacle went down, we ended up exchanging argumentative slurs, and raising our voices and I ended up leaving as I believe the gentleman behind the counter was lazy and had no intention as he just said call Expedi. As far as I’m concerned, I will not stay at Best Western ever again in a pinch or out of choice. When a client comes to a hotel at two in the morning, clearly exhausted from the road and the front desk is not intelligent enough to understand this, and that he/she needs to make an effort to help find his reservation. Maybe the quality of reviews would be higher.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff that was working during my stay. The young lady with the curly hair, the lady with the longer darker hair, and the tall slim gentleman with the ginger-ish look were all amazing. Their customer service was warm, helpful, and made my stay very pleasant. The gentleman who lives on the property especially stands out—he is truly top-tier, and the young lady with the curly hair is as well. They really made me feel welcomed. However, when I checked in Thursday night after 12 AM, the gentleman at the front desk at that time could benefit from a little more customer service training. He wasn’t rude, and I don’t want him to be reprimanded, but he came across a bit dry and didn’t provide some basic information—such as the Wi-Fi password or directions to the elevators. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew where to go, but I just want to point out that, as the person greeting guests, a warmer approach would make a big difference. Overall, the service from the daytime staff was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I hadn’t visited in a while due to a past experience with a previous cleaning staff member, but it seems that issue has been resolved, and I’m glad I gave the hotel another chance. You all really did a great job this time. Thank you.

Everyday for the first 3 days of our stay, of a 6 night stay, we let the front end staff know that the shower bar was broken. Which made it messy to take a shower, to compensate you’d use all your provided towels to sop up the floor. That was never fixed the entire time of our stay. Ended up having to request towels daily to take shower, as the room was not cleaned for those days either. At 2:00 a.m. on the last night, we were woken up by the hotel guy... who checked us in last Saturday... Was trying to give the room to someone else and said we aren't supposed to be in this room as he opened our door and proceeded to wake us up... we ended up just getting dressed and headed to the airport early as there was no way we would be able to feel safe there any longer... He ended up apologizing, after he figured out that there was a mistake… Lol… Just a thought, if they had checked us out 2 days earlier, why did our room card continue to open the door? They said they had accidentally checked us out 2 days earlier and would refund us for the last 2 days of our stay. I’ve been home for 2 days at this point and still haven’t received the mentioned credit.

Sierra and the manager (forgot her name) that works when Sierra is there are amazing!! I needed changes made, NO Problem. I wanted to add a person, NO Problem. Had a problem with my door. Switched out rooms immediately. Great customer service.

Terrible customer service. The cleaning staff cleaned my room and threw away some of my items without permission, then debedded my room and did not provide me with new clean sheets or towels. The ice machine was broken, the breakfast in the morning had ants, and the air conditioning was cold when set to 80 degrees. The room itself was fine, I just cannot recommend interacting with the night staff at all.
