Great stay! Great staff ! Very family oriented. Pool , Bar & Restaurant makes it a plus. Close by 95,295, & 90. Close by gas stations. Nearby Supermarkets, Stores.

The room was shabby and the property has definitely seen better days but I got exactly what I needed from my stay. My room contained no pests and all the facilities worked. The property manager was amazing and helpful. The swimming pool was open and had a bar. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

Nice pool, very clean and a nice view with the palm trees! Also bar and restaurant attached.

For an inexpensive motel, it was better than most in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, the food cabana by the pool was great, and my only complaint was the sketchy Wi-Fi service.

Easily my favorite hotel on the east side of Jacksonville an Orange Park beating out Hotels w/ a much higher price. The security there is very efficient w/ cameras and a guard who no matter where yu are yu will see every few minutes. My favorite rooms are the ones on the second floor facing the pool giving yu a great view when yu come out of your room or look through the windows. Feng shui of these rooms have a physical positive effect I wish I could imitate at home. It’s a wonderful hotel and is most obvious when interacting w/ employees. When getting the attention of the pretty girl that makes breakfast yu walk up to a half door an say good morning into an empty room, not seeing anyone but yu hear good morning as she’s making everyone’s breakfast, I simply love an it adds to the charm somehow, not sure why but it does. The woman at the front desk is super sweet even when being overwhelmed. There’s something special about this place almost magical like a bright meadow in the center of a dark scary forest. For one thing it’s in an industrial area that’s known for being not the best. For example the Speedway across the street locks it’s doors at dusk a does the outside window thing. Can yu see the imagery of the dark forest, but this hotel has none of that vibe an infact I felt safe walking across the street a dealing w/ Speedways window shenanigans. There are nice restaurants ect. I lack words to explain how it all works makes AMP feels like an oasis, safe harbor

Overall the property was littered with cigarette but, bottles cans broken glass on ground. Pool area was ok but 2 pool lights were hanging out with wires exposed.

The area around the property was kept nicely. The pool area, small tiki dining hut was also clean and fun. The hallways and ceilings looks.as.though there was water damage, the refrigerator area had small bugs around it, the ceiling dome lamps consisted of the same thing. There is no elevator for those with disabilities or heavy luggage to maneuver, no iron, no in room safe, noblow dryer, mattress cocer was dirty and when reported it was promptly taken care of with a full room deep clean and brand new linens. No restaurant no gym on site as it says online. Only amenities are free parking and pool. No breakfast, no restaurant, no biliards, no gym.

This hotel is really underrated. I was here for a long term stay (3-4 weeks) due to the new arrival of my grandbaby so i decided to make it a business trip aswell. Brandy was very helpful on the phone. Initially there was an older gentleman who seemed to be bothered by my questions but he answered them. However the shining star was Ariel her positive attitude and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms could use some updating but the pool was amazing. The pillows are very thin but we travel with our own so that was not an issue. There is a restaraunt onsite you can order food i recommend the chicken strips. Also a bar if you want to have a few drinks. The location was close to everyrhing i needed so it worked out perfect. I travel to Jacksonville 8-10 times a year so i am glad i gave this property a chance. The pool was amazing!

I would like to say that I love the fact that the hotel is basically a community. A community that’s kid friendly and a kid safe zone. The staff is very attentive and assertive if need be. I like that they have security on the prioperty.

Sheets badly stained, roaches were everywhere, door didn’t close, rugs were stained, no microwave, no refrigerator, bathtub was cracked

I'm very sorry, but this place is very dirty. There is mold inside the room and cobwebs on the doors and dead cockroaches.

blood under the sheets, no ac, broken shower. woken up from the bar under our room at 2 in the morning to cursing and screaming. Fifty bucks for a night I guess can't complain

It was horrible,room was very unsanitary bugs flying around un the room. Bathroom wasn't working. Bacteria came up through the drain in the tub wasn't able to take shower. I couldn't stay the night in the room had to go stay with a relative.

Everything is a half star … this place is a trap house literally… roaches everywhere & the rooms look nothing like the pictures they got posted .. shut the whole thing down now

There was someone's blood in the bathroom when we arrived which didn't seem to surprise the staff much. I think that should imply the surrounding conditions of our experience. If we were able to get a refund we would definitely have stayed elsewhere.

50$ deposit that was not explained or mentioned through app. Room condition was dirty and smelled of mold.

The room i was assigned to was horrible. Nothing in the room matched, and there was a horrible smell in the air. Maybe mildew or a old wet smell. As well, the amount of stains, on the fridge, bathroom tub, toilet, sink and walls made me cringe and i didnt feel safe using anything that was inside the room. I literally used the bathroom elsewhere to wipe down, brush my teeth, use the the toilet and change my clothing. It was very filthy looking inside and out and probably shold be torn down and rebuilt. Front desk lady 3rd shift and second shift were however very friendly. Didnt ask for any additional accommodations as i spent about 13 hours there. Most likely wont ever be a guest again and i do not recommend settling for this place if you can afford a bit more. My night consisted of sleeping at the edge of the bed which is really low to the floor wrapped in my own blacket and sheet!

Very old building. Not kept up. Bad area. Cops were across the street. Bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom door did not shut. Tub faucet was loose on wall.

The people that worked there was very nice. And helpful. But the beds where very uncomfortable. I felt the springs, not good.

The he bedspread was dirty where they tucked it around the pillow. I liked the full mattress covers. The bathroom was very bad. Needs remodeling. And I mean badly. I did enjoy the bathroom Great place. None of the drawers would stay shut on the neverending dresser. Floors needed mopped. I had my service dog and there were 2 pitbulls on the property unleashed. The people with the dogs were in the shadows and were hard to see until you were in front of them. It was very scary. I had a pit, she was a lovely girl, but I leashed her in public. Judy daying

It was an experience. The a/c was not working but we checked in late and just have to deal with it.

I had run down room at first, then a better one after I complained about the door being broken. It is an old Hotel but you can sleep ok. No bugs

The receptionist was the best part of this stay, she was very helpful and kind. If your looking for a place to literally just sleep and don't have high standards then this is a VERY cheap option. However, the room did not have what would be thought to be as traditional amenities. No mini fridge in room and only microwave is located in main lobby. There is a restaurant/ bar on property. We did not utelize that so don't know the offerings there. The bedding was stained and damp. The room smelled strongly of lysol but to be fair she had literally just "cleaned" it. I did appreciate the tile floor i do not like carpet. The area is kind of scketchy looking but right off the highway. So again this hotel is a very cheap option and you get what you pay for, a place to sleep before moving on to next location.

This property does not look like the pictures. The vending machines have locks on them, you have to ask someone to get your items and pay directly. There aren’t any curtains on the windows, no room darkening shades, only typical mini blinds. The lights go from across the streets shine like daylight. The pillows are flat. Noise level outside was insane from vehicles. Was a terrible stay! I did not get any sleep neither did my daughter in law. Total waste of money. The building is old but is clean. I added pictures.

Only one staff member has customer service here in my experience here and that’s Brandy. The rest are rude or do little to nothing. The internet barely works so bring a book when you book

Massive motel complex with minimal staff and barebones rooms. Despite the low cost, Apm is marginal. One staff member, Brandy, was awesome, even though trying to man the front desk of a huge motel alone. Employees managing the front desk at other times were borderline rude, likely just in need of training. Cleaning staff was kind. Over all condition of property is poor.

We would not stay here as soon as we pulled up. What a dump! Staff is awful. Do not book this hotel.

We came to APM in an emergency evacuation before Hurricane Milton. Without knowing us at all, they confirmed our Expedia reservation and held it late into the night. We are both disabled and they even found a room for disabled customers. Pat and Brandy were wonderful at the desk and we felt safe staying with them. We ended up needing extra days as it was too awful to go home right away and they were able to do that for us too. We will come back and see the folks at APM again under less stressful times. Thank you!!!!!!!

I loved the bed was very comfy..the bathtub was horrible it needs to be updated..hardly any pressure and i about busted my rear because it was so slippery..bar was amazing with friendly people and had great access to all the restaurants and shopping areas

I like that it had a store in walking distance from the hotel

Good hotel to sleep, seems like they are improving their facilities, and conveniently close to downtown Jacksonville.

Clean. Polite and friendly service. Restaurant food was delicious. But noisy AF, if you’re not from the city! Planes, trains, and automobiles… back firing cars in the parking lot and the street, people parking outside your room during the night playing loud music.

It's a very shady part of town. The picture on the website looked great. People walking past the door all night. Looking in the window had to hang a blanket. Will not be back.

Very nice comforter sets on bed, have dinning down stairs (which we choose not to use but is option if you’d like) first time Jacksonville and enjoy our stay.

Nice restaurant inside with a nice selection to choose from. I was only there 6 hours each night because of my schedule. It seems like quiet time is around 7 so the people who stay there respectable. Not all rooms are as nice as the one i had so you might want to check the room 1st.

Staff and maintenance were amazing, but I was very disappointed that I was under the impression that I would get breakfast in the morning. Woke my kids up to get breakfast at six the clerk said they wouldn’t be here till seven came back at 7:10 AM and breakfast still wasn’t served that was very inconvenient. I would’ve never booked here due to. I am a diabetic and have to take my medication at a certain time so I have to eat. very disappointed.

The new place to order Cuban food from, out by the pool, was AMAZING! Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich!
