Having to drag luggage down the street to check in, then drag them all the way back was a security issue. Rooms were forever small. Portable AC unit in room didn't work properly.

Very cool place, but you will need to bring your own toothbrush and the like. They do offer toiletries but they ding you for them. Otherwise fantastic! Spent a weekend there for a solo getaway and would definitely return. There’s a farmers market right outside on Sunday mornings which is an added bonus!

The room was extremely small, and the bathrooms were not located within the room itself — something that was never made clear upfront. I requested a room in the main hotel building, not an separate annex. The photos displayed online are highly misleading and do not accurately represent what guests actually receive for the price paid.

The parking can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the area. I was not aware that I had to register at one location and stay in another, so that was a bit overwhelming. Also, not having a bathroom in the room was a bit frustrating. However, the property itself was great, and the staff was extremely helpful!

Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise.
