Chambre et salles de bain propre (partagée entre 2 chambres). C'est un hostel donc forcément un peu bruyant, mais le trivia organisé était très sympa. La nourriture offerte dans le restaurant était bonne mais aurait gagné à être plus typique. La piscine est par contre un vrai plus !

Joli coin bar et piscine. Il est vrai que c’est très bruyant, l’hôtel est d’ailleurs très transparent à ce sujet donc à moins de vouloir faire la fête tard le soir, n’y allez pas. Sinon, c’est bien situé mais tout est à deux pas à Huacachina. Les drinks goûtent l’eau et la nourriture est de base. Je n’avais pas de grande attente alors c’est ok mais je pense que c’est bien de le mentionner.

One night at Kokopelli Huacachina to see the oasis and go dune buggying and sand boarding. Lovely facility. We had a double deluxe room which was excellent - clean, comfy beds, good hot water, easy access, friendly bilingual staff. It is also a great place to relax. There is a pool but have seen no one in it- just around it- it is winter but still warm. Steps from the oasis.

Where do I begin? We arrived and the room was missing the AC remote control. Then the ceiling above the bunk bed spaces were loaded with cow webs with dead bugs. Then the bathroom had mosquitoes. You’d think putting a hotel near a pond you’d put bug screens on the windows? Nah, why bother? The window was open therefore mosquitoes were present. Mgmt’s solution? To spray Raid (Baygon) in the room we were to sleep. Eventually Service came and cleaned the webs and dead bugs. Here comes the finger. This is a desert spot where you do sand surfing and buggy driving in the hot sun for hours. You’d think what a nice shower awaits you to end the day. Man, cold water only and I found there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers after I started showering. It took them an hour plus to send motel soap and shampoo. Don’t bother complaining, there’s no leadership, it’s run by Teens seems like. Did they offered to fixed it you’d ask? I’m still waiting from upper mgmt to contact me and give me my money back. The whole ordeal cost me precious sleep for me and my family. We had to leave for a tour at 6:30am. Won’t ever come back and won’t recommend it to anyone with family.

The location is perfect and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but the listing said it was for a room with 3 twin beds and that is not an option. They also did not require anyone to uphold the quiet hours starting at midnight. It was very noisy all night long.

Everything was great! Booked a private room it was very clean, with tons of space. The water pressure was a little weak and it takes sometime for the hot water to come but other then that it was a great stay. The restaurant has great food as well.

Willing to give Viajero the benefit of the doubt on a few things as we stayed here during the first couple weeks of its opening and during a national holiday. Awesome location with a super friendly and chilled out vibe and so many more amenities than most hostels. However, we had no hot water in our shared bathroom, there was loud music to the early hours of the morning (despite signs saying to be quiet after midnight?), which is to be expected at some hostels but the rooms didn’t have much soundproofing. We’d definitely give it another chance, mainly for the outdoor space and access to Huacachina.

This is definitely a spot for a spring break kind of crowd. A couple days before check in, the property did mention that the partying would go on until 1 am on weekdays, 2am on weekends, but by then, it was too late to book elsewhere else. They gave out earplugs, it’s that loud. It’s right in the center of all the action. If you’re looking for more comfort amenities, Ica is a better place to look. Sandy floors, hard beds, bad lighting

We stayed one night at the hostel and had no complains. The showers worked well, dinner options and the food and drinks were good and we slept comfortably. The music was quite loud but we had been warned as its a hostel meant for a younger clientele but it didnt bother us too much. Overall good stay and good value for money. Staff were friendly and let me borrow an iphone charger for the night which I appreciated!

Reservei esse hotel por uma noite durante o meu tour por Paracas, Huacachina e Nazca. Ele tem quartos privativos espaçosos e limpos, embora o chuveiro seja péssimo, com uma baixa vazão de água. Porém, o pior aspecto foi o barulho. No dia da viagem, eles me avisaram que fariam uma festinha até as 2h da manhã, de modo que, se isso fosse um incômodo para mim, seria possível buscar outro lugar. Obviamente, não fui procurar outro lugar faltando poucas horas para o check-in. Além disso, eu estava num passeio quando fui informada da situação. Então fica o aviso para outros viajantes: se você deseja um lugar com música alta e bebida até de madrugada, como numa boate, este é o seu hotel. Caso contrário, reserve outro lugar.

Aunque el lugar en sí está bien, la atención fue muy deficiente. El personal nos atendió con mala actitud y no mostraron interés en ayudarnos. Además, los servicios como los buggies y el sandboarding que cotizamos directamente con el hotel resultaron ser mucho más caros que los que encontramos por fuera. No volveríamos.

The hotel is a party place, although only the hotel staff was enjoying the extremely loud music until almost 2am, nobody could sleep during the night as the rooms have absolutely no sound proof protection. Also the room was not ready at check in time, which was quite late already and we had to wait another 2 hours to finally be able to enter the room and the guy at the reception wanted to fool us and very unfriendly. To complete the scenario, when the room was finally ready after many hours more than the check in time, there were no towels for shower and there was no towel available at the reception! So I wasn’t able to take a shower after a long trip in the middle of the desert. Terrible staff, do not recommend this hotel at all.

O hotel fica bem localizado. Por ser um local pequeno, o hotel fica perto de tudo. Tem uma boa piscina e um bom bar na piscina, mas o quarto é extremamente quente e não tem ar-condicionado. Os funcionários da recepção são mega fechados. A cordialidade passou longe. A internet é horrível.

Auberge de jeunesse parfaite pour les jeunes qui veulent faire la fête!! Dans l’ensemble le personnel était agréable et un bel endroit. Chambre et SDB propre. En revanche le petit déjeuner est à revoir… en tout cas pour celui que nous avons pris.

La posizione è ottima, le camere sono ampie e spaziose e con i servizi necessari. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le colazioni sono molto buone, mentre per il menù di pranzo e cena non c'è una vastissima scelta ma va più che bene.
