1 elevator was constantly out of service and the other one had broken buttons and ripped flooring - bad condition. In our room, the bathtub/shower faucet needed repair/replacement since it continually leaked water. The light switch controlling the lights above the couch was flaky and didn’t always work. The toilet was loose and unnerving when you sat on it. Overall, it was ok but it seemed like they needed to go through the entire place and make repairs that were needed (a lot of deferred maintenance). Not sure I will come back here again after this experience

We always stay here when traveling. This is a nice hotel but could use some updating. It’s very convenient and you can leave your car while traveling. Convenient transportation to airport. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Near by restaurants to eat at.

Check-in was smooth and friendly. When I arrived in my room I found the couch was filthy and stained and could not use it. Later that night when I went to use the bathroom I found the tub half full of water and dripping steadily. The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet seat was damaged and worn.

Overpriced. The bathroom had broken tiles, there were stains on couch, mold on grout in bathroom and an AC unit whose fan squeaked whenever the AC turned on. I've stayed at less expensive hotels that were definitely cleaner and better maintained than this one.

Room 224 appears to be immediately next to the elevator shaft. Very loud anytime the elevator moves. Only got 2 hours sleep because of the noise. I suspect this limited to this room or other rooms in a similar location

The stay for three nights was amazing! We loved the coziness yet spacious area of the room. If one of us wanted to take a nap and the other watch TV with the room sliding divider. The customer service was great. They provided us with our needs while we stayed there very well!

My ONLY issue was the lack of electric plugs in the bedroom area. If we wanted both the light and the clock radio on, there was no place for a CPAP or phone charger. Additionally there were no USB ports available. Beyond that, we loved our stay!

Great staff great property great in room amenities, bar and breakfast. In room faucet and sink is an issue. The faucet isn’t centered over the drain. I couldn’t get my hands under the water very well. Not sure what to think of hall carpet. Either really dirty, or a design that makes it look very dirty (or hide the dirt) or both. Kudos to the night manager on 12/30. Great customer service.

Apparently my room was marked as vacant, I was checked in to two separate rooms aside from the one that I was truly in. Since my room was supposedly marked as vacant, a member of the staff entered my room at 2:20am. Walked right in. What reason would staff have to enter a vacant room at 2:20am? The entire thing was very uncomfortable for me. As a small girl in a strange city where I don’t know anyone, I couldn’t even feel safe in my own hotel room.

I love the property. Actually. I love everything except for the restaurant/bar not opening until 5 And the breakfast in the morning was not very good. Could of use some seasoning or something?. I loved the room service they provide. The only thing I would say is the breakfast other than that five-star rating

This hotel was the perfect place for us to spend a night before our flight. It was well maintained, conveniently located near the airport, and the food was very good. We especially liked it because we could have dinner in the same hotel. Everything we needed was right there. And the room was perfect! It had a sitting area with a couch and TV. We highly recommend it!
