Stayed 2 nights

We visited the hotel in early September with high expectations, having returned a year later after the initial opening was delayed; unfortunately, the hotel only partially met those expectations. The staff were very kind and attentive regarding our wedding anniversary and birthday—their performance in that regard was flawless. However, in terms of other aspects, the hotel was a huge disappointment; one would not expect this level of service from a Four Seasons. While everything looks wonderful in photos, the reality is less impressive upon closer inspection: the pool covers and parasols were dirty, and almost nothing in the spa was working—features would shut down after a minute, and hardly any of the water elements were operational. On our last day, a film shoot created chaotic conditions, making it impossible to check out on time. The dining was mediocre. I would recommend the hotel for a stay of a day or two at most, but nothing longer; the Ritz or even the Conrad in Rabat are far better options!

Great property and service. But both Moroccan and Italian restaurants were quite disappointing. Service was good but not the food.

Stayed 4 nights

Great venue but many problems encountered: 1. Housekeeping leaving at dishes in the room for over 24hrs 2. Housekeeping coming at 530pm when we wanted to get into our room 3 housekeeping refusing to wash our 6 month old baby’s bottles and refusing to give us any detergent or cleaner to Do it ourselves. In the end the reception staff took pity on us and cleaned them for us 4. Housekeeping putting on wet bedsheets 5. House taxi dropping us in the wrong place despite having to pay x5 the cost of regular taxi 6. Housekeeping not shutting balcony doors when they left so air con stayed off and many flies got in our room. Overall reception staff and management were friendly. Food was outstanding. Gym/spa/pool was very nice. Housekeeping was lousy. As a gesture we were given a complimentary breakfast. However Not sure if stay there again.
