I am so so tired of booking hotels where the description says they have a pool and you’re checked in and they say, “sorry, pools down.” Unacceptable. Marriot, Expedia, y’all need to get together and get this fixed. It is infuriating

Staff was really nice. They gave us an accessible room because the room we booked wasn’t available. Walls are paper thin I could hear my neighbors tv through the wall… word for word. The pools at these Fairfield’s are absolute garbage, always cold, compact, and freezing.

This is a new hotel, 2024, and is absolutely beautiful as far as hotels go. The layout works. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have tubs. This was a normal two bed room. There were a lot of guests present at the time, yet the hotel remained pleasantly quiet.

Hotel is new and very nice. I gave four stars for cleanliness only because my bathtub was not clean. It had soap scum on it, But someone came up right away and cleaned. It looks great. I would recommend.

Stay was amazing! Room was great and clean! Front desk staff was the friendliest and most helpful ever. Breakfast staff was so polite and helpful...they took our dirty dishes, refilled coffee and was very attentive. We will be back!!

Staff was super friendly! When checking in we were assigned to a room that the key would not work on. They had us retry it 2 times before changing rooms. Then we saw them assign it to another couple who had the same issue! Thay was a little odd. Fire alarm also went off in the evening. Other than that the room was very clean and tidy.

We had an early check-out on a Sunday, so we thought we would miss the breakfast offerings. The staff allowed us early access to it so we could grab some grub and be on our way. We were very thankful for their efforts to fuel us up before our long trip home.
