Stayed 4 nights

My first room was a disaster — it smelled like smoke and marijuana and was pretty dirty. Since I was only in that room for one night, I didn't feel like making a fuss, especially since I travel with a service animal. The second room was somewhat better — it didn't smell as bad, but it was still dirty. The floors were grimy, and the linens still had other people's hair on them. I didn't have high expectations for this place, but I was still thoroughly disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, and even though this room was an improvement over the first, it still had a strange smell — honestly, the entire hotel smelled off. I was glad I'd brought my own kitchen tools, because the kitchenette had nothing but a refrigerator, a sink, and a hot-plate-style cooktop. The staff were friendly, and I didn't ask for any remediation since I was too busy during the stay. But I never felt comfortable in my room and couldn't wait to check out. I'm honestly surprised at how highly rated this place is on this app.

This hotel is reasonably priced. Great place without having to spend a fortune. I will definitely recommend WoodSpring Suites, and look to stay there next year when I take my trip.

The room smelled strongly of bleach. The AC unit made a terrible noise on and off. The pillows were beyond awful.

Parking was easy. Check-in was a hassle — I arrived 20 minutes early (I had a work call starting right at 3 p.m.) and they wouldn't even give me the Wi-Fi password before then, so I had to pay $25 to check in. At night, there were multiple centipedes on the floor.
