Seul bémol, lorsque nous avons tenté d’aller au bar Kupoli, j’aurai aimé que la personne nous prévienne qu’il fallait réserver! Sinon c’est un sans faute et les coktails du bar de l’hôtel sont très bien!

A great brand new hotel. Though severely understaffed. The food in the restaurant was exquisite but it took so so long for the food to arrive. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks at the bar, and decided to leave after that. Once the staffing issue has been resolved. It will be a great place. We’ve actually booked our next stay already.

The hotel is in an excellent location, housed in a charming historic building that reflects part of Helsinki's heritage. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation, essentially calling us liars. The final straw came on our last day: while we were packing to check out, we received a rude phone call bluntly reminding us to leave the room no later than noon, with a completely inappropriate tone. Service like this is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five-star. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. They should be ashamed.

We liked the fact that it was clean but the room itself was smaller than it looks on photos. The TV didn’t have any movies or alternative options for international guests, which was pretty disappointing considering the property is a five star hotel. Perfect location, 300m from the station. Staff are great, ahout out to Sami who really looked after us. Room was small but spotlessly clean, would have wanted to stay more than the couple of night we did. Lots of snow and meltsing during the left the steps icy, this should have been looked at before my wife smashed her back and head slipping on them. Hotel did call an ambulance and was checked over, everything ok apart from bruising and soreness. Not even a drink offered in compensation as this was the hotels liability. Would we stay again, yes, though would need a larger room for a longer visit.

I asked for a coffee at 06:52. The receptionist said the breakfast was not open yet and the night coffe had already been removed. They told me to wait which i didnt have time for. As usual at NH Collection the service is bad.

Staff was terrific, very helpful. I broke a filter on my camera, and the young man at the front desk was amazing, helped me get it off. Wonderful buffet breakfast. lovely room and facility. Close to train station, shopping, nice neighborhoods.

The staff has not been trained at all to serve or solve customers' problems or challenges. For example, at the restaurant, we received the wrong bill, the food was mediocre, and the staff did not even attempt to serve hotel customers at the upstairs bar. The doorman was very unfriendly, as was the rest of the bar staff. For this reason, I do not recommend the hotel to anyone

Great central convenient hotel. Put some lights in the bathrooms however. The mood lighting isn’t great for doing hair and makeup. Overall good hotel and would stay again. Dinner at restaurant was excellent but very slow.
