Balcony view was nice, but sliding doors were stuck, unable to move/open. Plenty of parking but no exterior lighting at all. Very unsafe at night. Breakfast was pitiful, limited options, no meat at all. Room was clean but in obvious need of updating and repair. Front desk was friendly.

Balcony view was very nice. The hotel is aged, and some maintenance neglected. The waterslide would have been a nice feature, but was closed. Parking was ample though there was limited within walking distance (without being able to go through the marina). Overall, was a nice stay with a nice room and large TV. The view and adjacent park were very nice features.

We booked a double queen bed room weeks in advance of our stay, because we were travelling with our 2 kids. They didn’t tell us our room was no longer available until we got there to check in. They said they didn’t have any other rooms with 2 beds. Since we had nowhere else to go, they put us in a smaller room with 1 king bed. We asked for roll out beds for the kids and it took them 4 ours and us going down to the front desk 2 times to get the beds in our room (which they expected us to put the sheets on the beds). After we got the beds in the room, we had little no space to move. The room and bathroom roof had water stains. The bathroom had water leaks, the sink and shower were rusty, the tub was clogged and filled with water every time we showered. We also wanted to take the kids to the pools. However, both the indoor and outdoor pool water was stagnant, and had garbage and food in the bottom. The water slide was also broken. Hotel Management took no accountability or responsibility to what happened regarding them giving away our room, not providing a similar room, giving us a smaller room and taking 4 hours to provide us with enough beds. They didn’t answer our calls, or our booking support calls for 2 days. We didn’t receive a discount or any type of refund. This experience was so bad, we will never stay at this hotel or any other Ramada again. Please don’t waste your money. Find another hotel chain.

Heated pool was very cold. Waterslide was not working. Suite has a kitchen but no dishes, utensils, stove top or pots, just a fridge, microwave and single-serve grounds coffee maker. Even a basic room has that. Elevator had no heat in it, hallways were cold. Poor selection for breakfast only hot food was eggs. Not accessible for wheelchairs, front lobby has a 12 degree ramp. Very difficult for a chair. TV has NO cable channels. Only streaming that you have to sign in to your own subscription. They only offer free streaming which is old re-runs and crappy tv. Very old and out-dated, needs insulation upgrades! Still asking $200 a night for sub-par motel. The only reason they did not receive 1 star was the service from their staff who tried to make things a little better. We will never stay here again!

Ancient beat up hotel. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke, everything seemed to be from the 90s (even an old clock radio). Stains on the ceiling, yellow mattresses on the bed. In the morning, we found a bedbug. This place probably is beyond restoration. It'd be beat to tear it down and start anew. We stayed in a half dozen different hotels on this vacation - this was by far the worst - maybe the worst hotel I've ever slept in.

The worst thing I could ever find is the bed with a stain in it. I took a photograph. I went down to the front desk. They gave me another room. But in my mind, it doesn’t fix things. My wife is with me. And I don’t no forget any sleep tonight. I would like my money back and an apology.

The pool area is dirty. Someone before us left a juice cup and all of her nails on the floor and in two days that we were there it was still not cleaned-up. I called the hotel before making a reservation with Expedia, and I asked if the pool with the water slide would be available and functional during our stay, they said yes but they forgot to mention that the slide is open on Fridays and Saturdays only. The kids were disappointed. The game area is available but not free or included in our stay. You have to put 4$ in the air hockey table to play. The arcade game was out of order. Only the pool table was included. Its such a shame because the staff is very polite and nice. But the hotel is old and slowly going into ruin. There aren’t much lights in the parking area either. The breakfast was good! But sadly, we won’t be coming back. Thank you to the nice staff.

Stayed here recently and would not return. The water view from our room was nice but unfortunately our balcony had seemingly never been cleaned and was covered with spiders of all sizes. Rooms had mini fridge and microwave which would have been nice if freezer part of fridge wasn’t all moldy. One elevator for the whole building is awful. Always a line and it was slow. Groundhog living under the building and building itself not well maintained (lots of spiders even in indoor pool area, smell in stairwell, poor decor, etc.) Horrible wifi and sub par breakfast (staff doing breakfast were not very friendly). Beds were not comfortable but sheets seemed clean so I guess there’s that.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Some aspects of the room had been updated, but others were very dated and in terrible condition. Our room doors’ hinges (both room and bathroom doors) were rusted and repainted many times over, with multiple layers of peeling paint. The room door needed to be fiddled with to be closed because the wood around the hinge was splitting. Patio door did not lock, there was dust and cobwebs on lamp shades and the floor was clearly not vacuumed properly. At least the bed were decently comfortable and we found no bedbugs, so there are positives.

Disappointed with our room (on our first night)…3” gap under the hallway door allowed light and hallway noises in all evening. Thermostat in room “clicked” and made noises for hours”. Guests in adjoining room disturbed our sleep …in addition to trains on nearby tracks. When l complained in the morning, the staff quickly moved us to another room, which greatly improved our stay for the second night .

The hotel is ok. It definitely needs some updates. It's not very handicap friendly. It's an uphill climb to the front door and anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty. People trying to push luggage carts were struggling as well. The thermostat in our room was either disabled or broken so there was no way to adjust the temperature. We were fortunate the second night to get a fan from one of the staff. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Not many options and same food everyday. No meat choices just omelet or egg bites if any of them were left and toast and bagels. I gave up and went out. The hotel staff were really nice and pleasant. For the price we paid it was ok.

The TV required login or free accounts just to watch TV. Get rid of all the streaming and get normal TV so that guests can simply turn on the TV and watch sporting events without having to step up accounts and navigate QR codes. With the WIFI guests can stream what they want.

While the staff at this hotel were great, the hotel itself needs to be updated badly, especially for the price....definitely over priced for the conditions. There's only 1 elevator, so we took the stairs 95% of the time. The room itself was ok and clean. While the bathroom was clean, it needs a reno big time. Not just a new toilet, shower head and mirror. Also, maybe i missed this but the hotel building is also shared with medical offices and what not all of which have full access to the hotel room floors. I had I known this was not a stand alone hotel, i would not have booked it.

No shelf in the shower, everything had to lay on the floor, no toiletries in bathroom, got no sleep because of the noisy frdge, no A/C control, bathroom door stopper not installed correctly, second room card never worked. I Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

What you pay is what you get. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures of the property. This hotel is not well maintained. From the outside to the inside. The thermostat in the room is broken on purpose (in both rooms) so that we cannot set the temperature. It was warm in the room and there is nothing we could do about it. Breakfast is included, if you like eggs three ways (boiled, plain omelet, and baked), then this hotel is for you. No other meat protein. The only so-so option was the waffle. Continental breakfast at its best. Kudos to the staff at the front desk. Friendly and helpful. That's the two stars was for.

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Location While the hotel is conveniently located with several nice restaurants nearby, my overall experience was quite disappointing due to serious issues with noise and service. The soundproofing is very poor—you can hear everything throughout the night. Doors opening and closing, loud conversations, and guests coming and going made it extremely difficult to sleep. On one night, a group of guests were partying between rooms from around 11 PM to 2 AM, repeatedly shouting, laughing, and slamming doors. I contacted reception for assistance, but no staff ever came to address the issue. Ultimately, I had to personally intervene, which was frustrating and unacceptable. At checkout, I reported the incident to the front desk, but the response was dismissive. I was simply told, “Sorry. Your checkout is now complete,” with no real acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any effort to make amends. Additionally, the pool was not clean during our stay, and the breakfast was underwhelming—the food quality was quite poor. Unfortunately, the lack of adequate customer service and poor maintenance overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

I was on business and was in need of an iron to iron a shirt. The one in the room was not working, I called the front desk to have one switched and they told me that housekeeping were not working and will be in later. I asked the man at the desk to just switch one from another room and he said no.

Staff were super friendly and helpful as they could be. But they were severely under staffed. We initially booked a 2 queen bed room, but got a single queen with pull out couch because "we're super busy and it's not ready" No big deal, these things happen There was no bedding for the pull out couch. We called shortly after we got in the room (aprox 16:00) and again at around 19:30 Eventually we just got our camping reserves out and used that. Very obvious thick dust build up in areas. The breakfast was OK. Dining area is extremely small. Food ran out quick, there was no seating available. We ended up eating in the lobby. A few (5+) families took their food back to their rooms as it was so cramped. Our door had some big gaps, letting noise in very easily. Not a major issue for us, but something to note. Pool capacity says 31... I wouldn't go in if there was 10 people in there. Very small. You must ask front desk for towels . They only had 2 towels available and was unsure when they would get more.

Good location, especially if you are coming from or heading down to Prince Edward County (vineyards, beach etc). Property is a little dated,but clean. Balcones facing the harbour enjoy a nice water view and sun rises, ones facing the park get the sunsets. not much is walkable, but lots within a 5-10 min drive. Not sure its worth the price ($225+tax for a queen bed on the top floor with a harbour view) but Belleville is inexplicably expensive for hotels in general. If you are looking for less expensive,try Trenton, 15 min west

The hotel is very conveniently located for travel throughout Prince Edward County (Sandbanks, Picton, wineries..etc). The best feature of the hotel itself is definitely the recreaction area - particularly the outdoor pool. Its not a huge pool, but big enough and the decking area around it is perfect for lounging and hanging out with family. Particulary great for families with kids. On the downside, the hotel itself is rather worn looking. Our room was spacious but it didn't feel 100% clean (peeling headboards, stains on the curtains and in the bathroom and lots of visible rust around door hinges). The bed is comfortalbe enough, but the pillows are TERRIBLE. Very small and lumpy. The TV works via a Roku app but the wifi is awful. For over half of our 2-night stay we could not use the TV at all (annoying as we were trying to relax and watch a movie in the evening). Overall the hotel is okay for the cost. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is ok. It’s dated and in need of upgrading. There's plenty of parking. The breakfast isn't very good. Not a lot of choices and the coffee was lukewarm. I chose to go out for breakfast the second morning. The rates are good and the hotel is clean and safe. The staff are very nice.

Its a nice hotel. Biggest complaint would be that their isnt your own control for AC. Thankfully with balcony could leave sliding door open to let in breeze. Breakfast was ok - would have been better if bacon or sausage. All staff were nice, quiet hotel, clean and nice location.
