This an older hotel, which has updated bathrooms and some painting…. Balcony and ventilation are a little ‘tough’ Breakfast was good. Front desk very nice. Located away from downtown or the busy area close to Hwy 401

This was one of the worst hotels that my family and I have ever stayed at. Our room had bugs. The staff made it a big deal for us when we asked for a couple extra towels and wash cloths. Our son couldn't swim in the pool because it was closed down and the slide was broken. The worst part of our stay..... We had absolutely NO INTERNET. The wifi connection absolutely SUCKED. We also couldn't even watch TV because that ran off of the internet. This hotel needs to be shut down.

Honestly this wasn't a great experience. The pictures looked clean but in reality the toilet didn't work. The whole room was very outdated. We asked for more pillows and both the pillows that we got were dirty with what looked like squished bed bugs inside of the pillows. There's also only one elevator and so you have to wait a long time. The doors are also not very soundproof so if children are running around or people are talking, you can hear it as if there is no door at all.
