Overall good experience at this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. The cons: the washroom did not have a fan, which made the room very humid after showering. There was not much variety for the hot breakfast items. The pool is not heated and the water was barely lukewarm. These cons were not major issues by any means, and I would stay at this hotel again.

Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast was decent. The exterior of the property could use some repairs. They salted the front door area but left the other side entrances unsalted and I almost fell on the ice.

The hotel is located right beside the Highway 401, and right near by there was restaurants, shopping mall, all very accessible and walkable,. The surroundings of the hotel are clean , plenty of handicap parking.

It would be helpful to know that there is no elevator and that this property is not accessible before booking. It feels more like a motel than a hotel, with separate buildings/ entrances for rooms. This is unlike any other Marriott I've stayed in and made it difficult for one of our guests who has mobility issues. The good: breakfast is included and was plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is central to many restaurants, shopping, rec centers.

The hallway had a weird smell, and a few walls have huge shiny water marks that I thought they were walk deco patterns but they weren’t. The ice bucket was moldy so we brought it down for exchange. We were assured they would bring a clean one up. Never happened till we left in 3 days. Breakfast dinning room floor was very sticky. Also, food and piles of spilled cereal every where - on the counter and floor. Dirty. There were wet sections on the carpet by the bed I stepped in every night.

To find a spider and a spider sac with a whole family would indicate that cleaning does not transpire often. The room also smelled musty and mildew riddled. Woke up in the morning to my glass perfume bottles with condensation all over them. The room was disgusting and the smell was even worse.

When we talked into our room, the room was dusty and had a stale smell. The bathrrom door did not close. The corner in the bathroom where bathtub meets floor was rotting and not clean. Overall it was not clean and noisy.

The hotel stay was very good in all respects except for one very important problem. There were sports teams with families and some of the children were not being supervised and were running up and down the hallways making noise until late into the night- almost midnight. This continued over two nights. Repeated complaints to the front desk brought supportive words but no effective action. Either these groups are too important for them to deal with or they just don't care about managing that kind of problem. The solution needs to be better than just lip service.

I didn't like the feel of the buildings.It felt very nineties florida hotel. The beds were comfortable.But overall, the rooms felt very dated.And underwhelming, for the cost of almost 300$ for 1 night seamed excesive.

Difficult check in process. When I booked my stay the website accepted my Visa debit as a valid payment type. Upon arrival I was told I could not check in without a credit card, despite the confirmation email having no such detail. I had to leave a deposit o f $250 dollars on top of the cost of the room that would be refunded at the end of my stay. I understand the need for a credit card on file, however, a visa debit should not be accepted to book if it is not accepted upon check in. There seems to be a disconnect between the information given when booking through Expedia and the hotel website, which you are not directed to at any point in the booking process. Extremely confusing.

We stayed for one night and had a great stay. We checked in just before midnight and there was no issues. Since we arrived so late we accidentally slept in and missed breakfast by a few mins. When we went down to the breakfast room and realized what happened a very nice lady who was working there got us a few warm left overs from the kitchen, bread for the toaster, muffins and drinks. She was very kind and because of the great service we had we would definitely stay here again.

It took a long time to check in...the front desk person couldn't find my reservation. Ended up that she seems to have made a typing error in my name. And this is the first time in a long time that I've been asked to put a charge on my credit card for "amenities" which will be reserved but just a pain! Breakfast was fine but food like eggs were cold and sausages were few and far between!

The breakfast had extremely limited selection of food and most of the items were non existent. Staff was very slow to replenish, which made the experience more frustrating than pleasant start of the day. This happened all three mornings of our stay. They charged us a deposit that was not mentioned on the add when we were booking and they did not release the deposit upon checkout - instead we were left wondering of and when the deposit will be released days after our stay. Last - I refused a full cleaning for sustainability reasons, but 2 days in a row requested fresh towels and never got any.
