We did not get to stay at Lux Jesmond. When went to book in via msg it would not complete. Then I phoned the number provided the person had trouble locating my booking. When found the property was not available ( I had already paid & got confirmation) we were eventualy relocated to another location which I gather is part of the property group. The room we were allocated to was close to the BarBQ area where people smoked & we could smell this in our room. Also the lighting there reflected in our apartment as there is a glass type door. Over all a not so positive experience.

This is a peaceful unit may be close to highway but you dont notice the noise at all i loved it two nights i wanted to stay a week
