Located near the metro station which had several different metro lines meeting for transfers. That made it easy to get to pretty much anywhere in the city from that station. Also made it easy to get back to that station when you were out exploring the city and wanted to hop on the metro to return to the hotel. The rooftop pool and gym were really an asset! Great to be able to work out or swim, and have an excellent view of Ave 9 de Julio and the Obelisco below while doing so. Right across the street from Teatro Colon and the excellent Tango Porteño! Truly a nice hotel in a very convenient location of the city. Staff were very helpful and accommodating!

The Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel is truly a five star property with superb customer service, comfortable and quiet rooms, and the best location right on the iconic 9 de Julio Blvd. With easy access to many shops and restaurants such as the Confitería La Ideal in the San Nicolás neighborhood as well as tourist sites like the Obelisk (Obelisco) and the Colon Theatre (Teatro Colón), you can’t go wrong. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Romina Pazos and others from the reception desk took time to share with us information regarding local dining options and even emailed a comprehensive list to me. This was a real team effort by all employees. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is great and the customer service is superb. But even more impressive are the hotel amenities, the most impressive, of course, are the amazing views you experience from the 23rd floor where there is even a heated pool and a gym. From the 23rd floor, you can also see most of 9 de Julio, the Colon Theatre and even the Atlantic Ocean. The view of sunset from Marriott’s 23rd floor is stunning! And on the first floor, there is a restaurant that offers a buffet breakfast with omelets to order, as well as lunch and dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for business or pleasure as I saw businessmen and tourist groups as well.

Impresionante hotel. Siempre quise hospedarme ahi, por la ubicacion, pero despues de experimentar todo lo que ofrecen, son mas que solo ubicacion. Servicio, el aroma en todos los sectores, el spa, la piscina en el ultimo piso, sauna, personal… Buenos Aires tiene mucho para ofrecer en hoteleria, pero este lo recomiendo 100%!

Customer service sucks. The guy in the reception had zero customer service skills. Rude, bad mannered and brush clients off when you raise issues. They started maintenance at 7.30 in the morning. When we complained it took them an hour to stop it. When we asked them to give us a quieter room he was extremely rude the way he dealt with us.. Only 2 towels. Every time you use the shower bathroom is flooded. We are a frequent traveler. And this is the worse hotel we ever stayed. They didn’t even bother to change the bedsheet in 3 nights. Waited 2 hours to get towels when we requested. Stay away from this hotel. Staff are definitely not happy working there. They will make sure to make your stay miserable

Quedamos conforme con el edificio , la decoración y el estilo del hotel son excelentes . La habitación impecable y el baño es lo más lindo . La limpieza no fue excepcional ya que cuando volvimos estaba una mesa ratona con Polvillo. El desayuno es excelente. El check out con cola de 10 personas adelante . Deben prever la gente que sale y poner en el front desk a más personal así agilizan la salida .

The BA Marriott was one of the worst experiences I have now. I had convinced my other 2 friends to book this property and they too got the same worst experience and now I lost the credibility. The hotel front is outdated with broken ceiling lights, not cleaned, and is a homeless nest. The front desk staff was not interactive, have to ask questions to know the hotel facilities. The room was one of the worst rooms I have stayed so far in hotels. The linens were cloudly white (not crisp), the wood floor was dirty with gaps, the wallpapers were ripped off, the bathroom door was patched after flood, etc. (too much to point here).

The welcome with english speakung team was truly appreciated. The fees are in Argentina peseos. They explained how the billing would wirk. Mybriim waa cleaned ecmverday. Unfortunately very little optiins if you have a lot of allergies to certain foods. They frued to I would stay there again. accommodate me the best way they could.

La verdad no es un hotel 5 estrellas puedes encontrar algo mucho mejor en todos los aspectos y a mejor precio.La limpieza de la habitación terrible, olía a caño, el clima no funcionaba. We stayed here because the Marriott is always a sure bet. The staff at this hotel were fabulous. No complaints at all. The hotel itself is tired looking and needs to be redone. The rooms are large, but they need updating. Everything just looks old And scuffed up.

Great location! Camila at the front desk was very helpful! We stayed there 3 different times withn 1 week, we went to Iguazu Falls 2 days after our cruise. 1st room was okay, 2nd room was nice on the higher floor but was quite noisy, the room was next to an engine room. When we explained the issue to Camila, she swiched our room to another higher floor with a quiet area. We needed a good night sleep before flying back to Vancouver Canada. Thank you!

Pesima coordinación con los servicios del hotel. Estube hospedado en el Marriott de Buenos Aires y tuve una experiencia desafortunada con el servicio de recepción. Llamé solicitando un taxi y la señorita con la que hable me confirmo que estaría en 10 minutos. Sin embargo, después de esperar 40 minutos, al bajar a preguntar, el personal de recepción no tenía idea de que se había pedido un taxi. Finalmente, tuve que salir del hotel a buscar un taxi por mí mismo. Es decepcionante enfrentar problemas de comunicación y coordinación en un establecimiento de esta categoría.
