A beautiful hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The included breakfast is of a very high quality and the hotel facilities are very good. The gym is typically very small for a hotel, so if like us you want to do more than some cardio probably best to look elsewhere on that front.

Not sure why this didn’t occur on first morning as we were an hour before end of breakfast.Felt they were understaffed for anything requiring table service such as coffee/ tea

We had to change hotelsand hotels.com was very helpful in this because our previous hotel was unsuitable for many reasons. When we arrived at Hotel Casa Lucia, we felt a great sense of relief. The design and decoration are tasteful and elegant. Although our new room was vastly better than the previous hotel, a former guest had been smoking in the room, leaving the window open and invited mosquitoes in as well as the smell of cigarettes. We asked for a chain of room and Florencia was extraordinarily helpful in placing us in a different room. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast was above standard fare, however, the hotel restaurant Cantina was excellent! Above all the service was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

O Hotel é excelente, intimista e muito confortável, mas existe um grande erro de projeto ao meu ver que é o tamanho do Box de banho. Pelo padrão e dimensões da acomodação, o Box de banho é impraticável e muito pequeno. Eu nao voltaria a me hospedar se fosse na mesa situação. Uma pessoa obesa nao conseguir tomar banho no Box. Mas tirando isso, o Hotel é magnifico, as pessoas são muito disponíveis e a localização é incrivel.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a nice part of Buenos Aires. What really stood out for us was the excellent staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful and all issues we reported with our room were dealt with promptly. We had a little problem at check-out as there were charges on our bill that were not ours. It was surprising that it took the staff about 15 minutes to resolve this problem. It was clear there wasn’t a central system they could check to see if we had signed for the charges in question or not and manual checks with the restaurant and a search for physical signed bills was needed. Both the restaurant and bar offer good options at very reasonable prices. We recommend having dinner at La Cantina and drinks with tapas in La Club Bacan. The hotel is interesting as it had just opened but it must have been a hotel before as it was clear it wasn’t all new. But the decoration of the rooms and public spaces was good and the room we had was a very good size with an excellent bed and pillows.
