Séjour agréable Par contre, problème à l'accueil: j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 13 ans - mon fils - en spécifiant très précisément ma demande sur votre site; l'hôtel n'a pas accepté ces conditions et j'ai du payer 100 euros complémentaires INACCEPTABLE J'attends votre réponse

È proprio un re in mezzo alle Alpi! Bello da vedere esteriormente, elegante all'interno. Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. Tutto allo stesso prezzo concordato inizialmente. Le camere molto pulite. Il bagno perfetto con una doccia molto ampia provvista bagno doccia e shampoo con dispenser. Trovate anche il phon. Etto comodo e caldo. Abbiamo fatto cena, deliziosa con prodotti di qualità. La colazione al buffet ottimamente provvista di brioche, torte, pane, yogurt, marmellata, cereali, succhi, the, caffè americano, e parte salata. Se volete un cappuccino Ve lo fanno su richiesta. Un'esperienza breve ma perfetta! Complimenti.
