I had a lovely stay at Veriu Hotel. The rooms are new, nice, and very clean, with all the amenities you could need—including plates, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer. Fabulous stay. Very grateful to be able to have my dog with me. It was delightful to greet other people with and without their pet. The hotel is a stand out not only in quality, service, cleanliness, great beds, accommodating staff, but also in their world class attitude to including pets.

The place is amazing and really well run. I’m no sensitive and they found me a room that has absolutely no noise. The comfort of the place is far above anywhere nearby. And the people who work there are just absolutely bending over backwards to support people staying. The place is really comfortable which not all of these apartment hotels are. The parking was easy to get in and out of. The cost of parking is way too high for where it is and it would be good if it could be included in packages. But availability was perfect.

Room is very clean and tidy. While there are shops, they are 500m or more away- not as convenient. One of the elevators in the building wasn't working for more than 4 days and wasn't fixed. It has caused inconveniences.

I had a really pleasant stay at veriu hotel. The hotel was impressively clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, fresh towels, spotless bathroom, and well-made beds. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room itself was cozy, modern, which I really appreciate.I also loved how quiet it was at night, I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi was strong, and there were enough plugs and amenities for a comfortable short or long stay. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely come back.

So many issue. Found Bin haven’t been cleaned up. Toilet clogged. And the room wasn’t relevant to my booking. However, the staff there actively helped us to solve the problem. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and especially it just 1 min walk to Macquarie Park Station and 15 minutes walk to Macquarie Centre.

Great place to stay especially if you have a pet. Our poodles were very happy and so were we. Place was very clean. Having dogs that don’t shed we have experienced poor cleanliness at dog friendly accommodation in past but not this time. Excellent in all respects

Its a new, very neat and spacious apartment w very good facilities. The only downside is that soundproofing is not good and the traffic from the busy road outside was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. We had to request to change to a room facing the other side luckily that was arranged for us immediately.

Everything was great apart from the WiFi signal. In the 2 adjoining rooms I booked, only 1 bedroom had a strong WiFi signal, the sofa bed had weak WiFi, and the other bedroom had no WiFi. More annoyingly, mobile reception was not strong in any of the rooms, which made the Internet access more difficult. Eventually, everyone had to come to my bedroom for the Internet. The staff was notified, and they attempted to resolve the issue with no success. Next time, we will book with a strong WiFi put in the special request section. We will definitely come back and stay at your hotel again because everything else was very nice.

Extremely generous with space. Pay a little more for the bigger well appointed room. Very comfortable. Everything is in new condition. Lovely views from higher levels. There is nowhere in the area which comes close to what this hotel offers. Staff are terrific. Internet fantastic. Close to metro 1 station. Suitable for seniors for metro and hotel. I am on walking stick and easily managed from CBD to hotel. Foyer/Lobby area is outstanding. Ideal for work or play. Very functional with work desks. Suitable for tourists thanks to the Metro. Airport to Central Station then down the escalators to platform 26 for metro. Every 5 mins. So take it easy. Have a beer in the foyer. Prices reasonable. You won't feel screwed like other hotels. I do not give many reviews .
