The hotel room was lovely and the reception/bar was also very nice and welcoming. We had a drink at the bar downstairs and it was nice and also convenient. The hotel is located right near the major shopping mall as well as a strip of a variety of great dining options. It is also located right near a train station so it is easy to get within the city. Despite the hotel being located right beside the train tracks, the windows have been soundproofed and did not cause much of a problem for us.

Very small room but nice and clean except for the shower cabin that needs some more cleaning. The check in takes a while since all guests have to put in passport numbers, address details and sign each by their self. Good for security but be patient when checking in. Great secure parking place.

This property is excellent for an overnight or short stay but the room sizes are small and there is not much storage space. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent. There is a lot of building work going on close by and the train track runs alongside but the windows block out most of the sound. It is 5 min walk from the station and only 1 stop from the main Frankfurt station. Note it is a cash free hotel.

Overall we had a nice stay. The area was quiet for a city, even with the train line right across the street. Parking was expensive (35 euro/day) and the same rate as the local garages so we just parked by the mall. The staff was friendly when we arrived. The only complaints I have is the check in process and having to fill in all of our information- I feel like that's something that should be collected from the booking reservation to save time. Our room was also pretty small but still functional for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults- just watch the corner of the bunkbed! Overall I would stay here again.

Sehr schneller digitaler Check-in und Check-out, dadurch unkompliziertes Ankommen und Abreisen, netter Empfang. Die Lage ist super, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und direkt auf der Europaallee. Sehr komfortables, sauberes Zimmer, modern und ohne Teppich, mit sehr bequemem Bett. Ziemlich ruhig, habe gut schlafen können, was mir sonst auf Dienstreisen sehr schwer fällt. Ausblick aus dem 7. Stock war auch super. Nur die Badlüftung müsste man ausschalten können, die ging immer wieder von alleine an. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, für meine nächste Dienstreise wähle ich auf jeden Fall wieder das LyvInn :)

If you are looking for a clean hotel for please don’t book this one. The mattress had stains on it, the hall way smells stuffed because of the carpet and as we were checking out we saw one of the housekeepers cleaning a room next door with the pillows on the ground. They only clean your room per request so keep that in mind. In general, an absolute no for us and don’t recommend.

Substandard rooms, with a very strong smell of smoke. They charge 20 euros for early check in... Showers are outdated, carpets are worn out. Cleaning is not detailed, sheets are clean though and matresses are confortable. Parking entrance was obstrued by the car of the hotel owner, he did not bother a second to apologize for keeping me waiting for 20 minutes before je would move his car I had no other accommodation options due to a trade show that ran the full city to be sold out, otherwise i do not recommend at all this place , sold at 300 euros per night. A disgrace.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Considering the quality of service and facilities, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room was so small I had to go outside to change my mind. the shower was tiny....I'm a big guy and I could barely turn around let alone wash. everything at the desk took a long time....seems like the computer program is slow or hard to work. the location was ok.

Keine automatische Klimaanlage finde ich super und dafür bin ich dankbar. Gut gedämmt und dicke Fenster, sodass man gar nichts von der Straße und den Bauarbeiten hört. Digitales Einchecken hatte ich davor noch nicht, aber das Personal hat mir direkt dabei geholfen.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly located! We went to a concert at the Festhalle which was just a quick walk from the hotel. The staff was awesome, super friendly, served great drinks and food. I really loved our room with the bunk beds, it was the perfect size for us 3, though it was a tight fit to walk around the main bed. Good restaurants around the hotel as well. We spent a few hours at the mall which was full of great shops and food too. My teenage daughters and I felt that the area around the hotel was very safe. As Americans we were not used to the lights in the hotel hallways being on motion sensors but we got used to it. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in walking distance to public transport and festhalle which was the reason for our visit. Unfortunately there were several occasions when there were things on the menu that were not available and they also ran out during breakfast. Apart from that there was a good selection at breakfast most days.
