Pool is to small

Property is good for price. Have used for business & on holidays. Clean & convenient to restaurants & shops. Good location close to highways for getting around Brisbane & to other towns. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Nice pool & gardens.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Great parking for my trade vehicle. I was impressed for an older establishment.

Loved staying here, Very convenient. Loved the laundry facilities and the bath. The room was very spacious.

The apartments were dated but still very comfortable. Walking distance to shops . The pool was lovely.

Great location for us traveling between Ipswich and the City. But the property is really starting to show signs of its age and there were items inside the units that really needed replacing. Disappointing that the pool (a significant draw card during our Christmas vacation) did not get repaired during our 16 day stay.

Solid, clean older style accommodation close to main transport roads. Friendly and obliging staff. Really appreciate the bus service to the local hotel for meals.

10 day stay for holiday. The cleaning crew were exceptional, was always lovely to return to our room after a long day out and about when service was requested :) Could not tune tv in bedroom, but know the staff would have fixed the problem if we had advised them of issue. Tennis court could do with some TLC...

Every unit had their own parking spot. About a 10 min walk to the shopping centre. Nice size room with everything you would need. Laundry facility was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and tidy the price for the room was very fair i was also put in a room next to a busy road but the room was almost sound proof which was fantastic. It's located right next to a shopping mall so all amenties are just across the road. Staff were extremely nice and helpful will be staying again, when in the area.

Comfortable accommodation but it is dated and has obvious wear on everything. There were mystery stains on the throw on the bed which made me a bit uncomfortable. It is however safe and comfortable for an overnight but I’m not sure I would stay longer. Staff were really nice.

We have visited this property a number of times. However we have never stayed in the bottom level. The fridge wasn’t working, when they sorted it everything froze. The room wasnt carpeted and there was an ash like substance through the room. There were also really strong fumes either chlorine or bleach. This property has a really convenient location for us and this is our first really negative experience.

Room was large and spacious but it was dated and in need of upgrade. The curtains could use a good wash and the wall art a good dust. The tiles in bathroom need good scrub and the chaulking needs to be redone along all the seals.

We only had a short stay (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) but the accommodation was all we could ask for. The room was in excellent condition and extremely clean and welcoming. All staff we had contact with during our stay were very pleasant and only too pleased to assist with any queries we may have had. I hope not too many people find out about this complex as we may have trouble finding a room to stay in!!!!!

Was nice and clean

Generally ok but carpet, chairs and bedspread where overdue for a deep clean. They had a lot of wiped off marks all over them. Staff , location and everything else in the area great

Disappointing, rooms are aged with paint peeling, holes in walls, cupboards broken/shabby and unclean. Floors were dirty, dirt, dust and old tissues behind side tables. Very old air-conditioning units that didn't work properly or didn't work at all. Very overpriced for what you get. Very much in need of a refurb.

We were a bit disappointed. Being "hotel apartments" we expected an apartment with a kitchenette, etc. However there was nothing, not even a toaster and microwave that you get in most motels, only a kettle. There was no breakfast available during the weekend other than a breakfast pack available from reception, and with no utensils it made it difficult to prepare our own. On the plus side there was a laundry with a washer and dryer just outside the room entrance. The room was large and comfortable enough, although the bathroom was a bit dated and needs renovation, and the water went all over the floor when we had a shower. The room was serviced daily, which was good. It was also set up for people with mobility problems, which was helpful for my wife. Although close to a major motorway, the room was reasonably quiet and the surrounds were pleasant. It is just across the road from the Mt Ommaney shopping centre so easy to walk across to the shops, supermarkets, etc. to get things.

Handy location for a 1 x night stay with friendly staff in a quiet area. Unfortunately the complex is quite run down. We were offered a refurbished room with new carpets and paint, however the sofa lounge was old and dirty, the air-conditioners were old box ones that were noisy, the queen size bed sagged, and the new blind in the bedroom did not cover the entire window.

Room was clean and serviced daily. No compendium. Airconditioner was old and didn’t cool room. Bathroom clean but could do with an upgrade.

A bit dated

Unit i was in near freeway. To noisy for me. Other than that ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Very expensive for what you get Best thing is parking No Microwave Shower pressure is horrible TV is small and cheap (Netflix did not work)

Spacious room, all amenities, comfortable bed. Only thing was a bit of noise from the motorway next door, but to be expected.

Pros: Clean, spacious room. Good air con. Good water temp and pressure. Cons: Slow internet. Saggy, lumpy mattress. A bit noisy due to proximity of motorway. No microwave.

Great staff.always friendly and accomodating. The team go above and beyond to ensure guests are happy.

Cleaning staff barged into the room at 8 am woke us up then we heard them talking outside for over 30 mins discussing they personal life not happy spoke to the lady on the desk in the morning she was not helpful

The fire alarm on the ceiling in my room began loudly chirping intermittently shortly after 5.30 am.I couldn’t smell any smoke.I had gone to bed at 1 am after attending the State of Origin game.I called Reception about 6.15 am to ask someone to come to my room & stop the noise.The guy at Reception said he couldn’t leave Reception & said the maintenance guy goes home at 6 am & I should have rung up before 6 am. ( I was not aware of their maintenance staff hours). I said I had planned to sleep until about 8.30 that morning & my sleep had been wrecked.He said a housekeeper could attend my room in around half an hour’s time. I said I was now awake & would leave but that I should be given a free night’s accommodation as recompense for the wrecked night.I told him I was coming back to Brisbane from Bundaberg in about a week The guy at Reception & the guy that relieved him refused to offer me any recompense at all. Very poor treatment of me overall by the staff.By the way, these smoke alarm batteries are supposed to be changed all at the same time on a yearly basis, so these unfortunate incidents don’t occur. It seems that doesn’t occur at Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location for all my needs.Central to everything I needed.Great staff exceptionally clean inside and out in the grounds. 10/10 stay and i will be back again as I’ve stayed there a few times now when I travel interstate.

We have stayed at Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments before and have always found everything ticks our boxes. We were visiting family in Forest Lake and as we didn't have our own vehicle we found the public transport easily to find and use. The room itself was all we needed and the reception staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay there again when next in Brisbane.

The premises are old and outdated. We got a bit of a shock when we arrived. The place looked very rundown except for the reception entrance. The room was old, but freshly painted. The bathroom old but very clean. Room was clean. The bed very comfortable and wonderful soft cotton sheets. Great pillows. The glassdoor to the little outdoor area didn't roll well. Rollers were worn out. Position very good. Close to big shopping centre and easy access to main road. Over all we were quite happy with the accomodation. We thought it was expensive for what we got.

Excellent location walk across the road to the large mt ommaney shopping centre.

Check-in times close earlier than advertised here on Wotif (8.30pm not 10pm), however, there is a phone next to the door to call for late checkin. There is a ramp to the reception area, so you don't have to take the stairs if mobility restricted. However the upper floor accommodations don't appear to have any ramp, just stairs. Also no breakfasts on weekends, but there are other options available nearby. A great place that was convenient and comfortable with spacious rooms and ensuite.

The property was quiet & clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the no dining options for breakfast etc. There was no room service either.

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price. The room was very clean and the housekeepers did a great job each day of making beds, and tidying up. Would have been good to have a better breakfast options. The room had tea/coffee making facilities & a fridge which was handy. The internet wasn’t great and needs speeding up. Otherwise overall reasonable budget accommodation.

Staff were super nice however hot breakfast options would be great. Also, general maintenance in the property as well as the general options is definitely recommended.
