Was quiet, despite the proximity of busy streets. Very easy access. Handy to have a restaurant on site for late arrival.

Great size room and excellent reception staff. Parking cheap and safe.

Extremely responsive customer service with prompt reply! The food quality in China Sea Restaurant is also superb!

Clean, comfortable air-conditioned, well contained apartment with low cost parking on site as well as a convenient location close to city. Traffic was a little noisy passing by and even with windows closed could be heard from the room

The service at Cosmo was fantastic. Very helpful and made me feel like I was a regular. I will be moving forward. The apartment was very comfortable, and the sauna is also a major plus.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom spacious and balcony. Right by the river and boats into the city. Shops around. Gym very basic so dont count on it. Sauna a good extra. Easy to geab teas, towels and toiletries from front desk help yourself station. Manager didnt seem that friendly rest of the staff very nice. I asked about coffwe shops and she said long weekend everything closed and all the shops were open didn't seem to provide customer care you would expect from a concierge. Aside from that rooms clean every 3 days although they do start late. However location, size and facilities of kitchen in room really handybif staying a while and need a furnished apartment with cheap secure parking.

No room service throughout our 6 night stay . Had to change towels ourselves as no sign of any housekeeping staff

Yes the kitchen was awesome, washing and dryer were very handy, the view from the balcony was awesome. The only down fall we had was our room got service on our second stay to which we did not get the towel, face cloth, or bath mat replaced but other than that enjoyed our stay, thankyou to the staff .

Cosmo apartments are comfy, spacious and well situated. The bathrooms are a little dated and the apartment block had experienced water damage on our floor ( there were inspection hatches cut in the roof of the hall ) but it was nice. Housekeeping was light on . The notes said that housekeeping is only for those staying 3 or more nights. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping came once . This was literally fresh towels delivered and nothing else . That was a little disappointing. The gym is basic but functional .

One bed sheet was very dirty.

Room we stayed in is dated. Definitely needs a repaint and/or renovation. Lots of mould on bathroom ceiling. Friendly staff, easy check in. Good location, close to Suncorp stadium.

It was a nice apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. It had a big enough kitchen with everything needed except the toaster was left on a high shelf, tipped over and crumbs had fallen out all over the bench and an empty wine bottle was found hidden in a corner kitchen cupboard. The cleaners should’ve attended to this before we arrived because as a Coeliac who can’t go near gluten crumbs this is unacceptable. The bathroom tile grout needed a decent bleaching as not clean and the bed was too hard for me. The TV remove had only one battery and so we couldn’t use the TV for the first night because reception was closed by the time we realised. A dining table to eat at inside would have been useful as there was only a coffee table and two bulky chairs to sit at or else the kitchen counter with high stools, not comfortable or eat at the outside balcony table. The apartment hotel was in a good position opposite the river and in close walking distance to cafes and restaurants which was very handy. I was able to get takeaway pizza that was gluten free and dairy free which is rare for me plus eat at a lovely Thai restaurant that did not contaminate me so perfect for people with food allergies. I would stay here again if they updated the apartments, thoroughly cleaned them, checked for missing batteries and rubbish and mess left by previous guests as it’s in a prime location.

Smooth process, plenty of email notification prior. The location is brilliant, very central with the City Cat ferry terminal just across the road. Had requested a riverside unit on the upper floors if possible and were very happy to receive same. Great views, a bit noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc. Suite was roomy with pretty much all you needed for an 8 night stay. Washing machine, dryer, iron, 2 tvs. Information had stated did not do daily servicing but was done anyway, thank you! Only complaint was the room smelt very musty- went out and bought some air freshener

The location and view were fabulous. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was great. It was a little dated and didn’t have the most pleasant smell- I think maybe the carpets need deep cleaning. I also had no bedside table. Overall it was really good.

I brought some food from the local supermarket, left it on the kitchen bench overnight, and found all the food was spolied with ants the next morning. The management explained to me after the event, said all food stay out needs be in airtight containers. However, there's no warnings about it and seems the hotel managment is fully aware of the issues. Very disappointed about the hotel. Would never stay there.

Have stayed here a couple of time due to proximity to Suncorp Stadium. Slow check in but poor girl was all by herself. She was v nice. Terrible water pressure in shower. But overall great location and nice view over the river.

Room was big but a bit dated. The A/C didn't work and couldn't heat the room over my two night stay.

We really liked this apart hotel. A very comfortable stay with a large room with the bedroom separated out and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage room for a 6 night stay. A lot of reviewers marked the hotel down as it was a little dated. It’s true if the bathroom, but everything worked well and the room came with a washer and drier which was great as we are on a long trip

Great stay, good spacious room, kitchen has everything i needed. Decent size and lovely balcony to get afternoon sun and morning breakfast. Great to have ability to help myself to laundry detergent, and cleaning utensils etc. Handy washing machine and dryer. Would say however the cleaners dont clean till late. Often after lunch and id go out for my morning only to find cleaner wanting access after 12. Also cleaning every 3 days would be good if sheets changed every 2 days. Daily checks for towels and toiletries but can also help myself at reception. Great spot right on top of the river. Would def stay again. Parking also great value.

Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was noisy though as we faced the road. We did have a view of the mountains and partial view from the balcony of the Brisbane River. As we were relying on public transport it was an ideal location, so close to the railway line and the Cats on the Brisbane River.

Great views. Made a small apartment seem big. Bathroom needs updating but we would go back. Great location.

If you want great value for money, handy to the river ferry, well equipped kitchen, clean and spacious... Then book this place. It's great! A little tired in terms of the bathroom but who cares if you want to have fun in the amazing city of Brisbane ! We loved it and would def book again. Lovely reception gals are tops!

Was a quite appartment on the 2nd floor. Had everything needed though the wall mounted TV was low and no TV in bedroom. Also the A/C had a control high on the wall that needed a chair to reach with no remote. Liked that extra tea coffee and milk pods were available near reception.

I was not at all happy with the stay as i was waiting to get check in done for 2 hours No one answered the phone The lady answered took the call and my card details and then disconnected I was left with nothing Had to keep calling and then finally answered

'Late Check-in' was very disappointing. External Telephone System was 'broken'; took us around 45 minutes to get into the property. A contingency plan should have been activated, once management realized there was an issue. Once we collected our 'keys', from the safe, we were issued incorrect keys. Finally, after another 45 minutes, and a discussion with the on-site security person, we were issued with a single 'newly cut' correct key. Our compliant, the next day, appeared to fall on deaf ears, rather than ensuring that mechanisms could be implemented so as to ensue the issue didn't affect future clients, to the property. Every other aspect of the property was of a high standard..

We stayed there for a week in January and absolutely loved it. The front desk reception allowed us to check in early (we arrived just after 12pm from New Zealand so we’d been up quite early). The room was nice and clean, had all the facilities we needed. There are lots of yummy restaurants close by, and the public bus stops are just down the road. We really enjoyed the river walk as well. It’s close enough to South Bank yet its price is a very reasonable. Overall it’s been a very enjoyable experience. Thanks so much!

The hotel was very conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood within an easy walk to Suncorp Stadium with a range of restaurants along the way. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient.Some parking was available beneath the building.Our room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet for a good night's sleep.

Great room and value outstanding location close to ferry, bus, train, cafes and bars as well as easy commute to South Bank.

This was a good place to stop off for the night in Brisbane. It is ideally situated to be able to hop on the ferry up and down the river and to catch the train around the city and out to the airport too. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality too

Few small issues, fan in bathroom not working and mold starting but find this common in all mid priced Brisbane accommodation. Long uphill walk if coming from the train station. Great restaurants in the area for adults but no fast food chains close by.

Loved the restaurant downstairs. It was quite compact. The beds were not the best, but was ok for a night. Loved the closeness to Suncorp Stadium.

I stayed for two nights, checking in and out was quick and easy. There are a number of dining options within walking distance. Great location by the river and within walking distance to Milton train station. These make it Great value for the cost of the room.
