Clean, safe hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Only minor complaints were that the bed was a bit too firm and the shower had low water pressure. Parking is offsite- about 2 blocks away.

El hotel esta muy lindo, el personal es muy amable, lo único que no me encantó es que el estacionamiento no es propio del hotel y debes tomar en cuenta que esta a 2 cuadras y media para bajar las maletas, y el estacionamiento tiene un horario de 8am a 10pm y no hay forma de que entres después. El desayuno en el hotel vale la pena, esta muy rico y la atención es incomparable

The hotel is actually a historic building with tall ceilings and nicely renovated. The property staff was both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay in this place again. Like most hotels in the area, they do not have parking area, but have a preferred rate with a lot nearby for overnight parking. We used it and had not problems with it.

Muy bien ubicada y personas serviciales, es complicado el estacionamiento y tienes que meter el carro antes de las 22:30 hrs. en sábado.

La gente siempre pendiente y amable si regresaria si no fuera por la falta de estacionamiento, debo aclarar que me solucionaron este problema pero si tuvieran un estacionamiento propio o mas cercano seria el lugar ideal para llegar

Me la pensé mucho para hacer una reseña porque mi opinión se divide entre buena y amarga. Buena, porque el hotel es bonito, está bien ubicado para moverse a pie en el centro y puntos turísticos importantes, la atención de la mayoría del personal excelente, servicio de desayuno muy sabroso y bien servido si lo vale el precio pero.... Me tocó q se fuera la luz por tormenta, no tienen planta, tienen protección solo para áreas generales no en los cuartos, me dijeron q tenían lámparas de emergencia pero no para todas las habitaciones y q no alcance porque me registre tarde y se habían acabado las q tenían, siendo pocas habitaciones , eso me pareció muy frustrante, no ofrecieron solución hasta la segunda noche una lámpara de pilas. No me dejaron cancelar la noche porque te piden el pago adelantado de tu hospedaje. Se q las tormentas quedan fuera de alcance, pero el q no tengan respaldo de luz se me hizo increíble, es un hotel y el servicio es básico, Carmen excelente elemento por su atención, empatía y sensibilidad al cliente. Me decidí reseñar porque a mí me hubiera gustado saber q puedo quedarme sin luz y no hay respaldo, me tuve que salir a buscar donde recargar el celular, lástima porque el hotel es bonito, bien ubicado y el servicio por lo general muy bueno. Al final me ofrecieron compensarme si volvía, solo q con la experiencia no se si regrese. A mejorar resuelvan tener cubierto el q por lo menos tengan lámparas de emergencia para todas las habitaciones.

Lugar agradable, los puntos a mejorar serían: 1 el recibimiento en la recepción, con más calidez 2 la cama muy firme para nuestro gusto, ya que rentamos 2 habitaciones y mis familiares coincidimos en el comentario 3 limpieza, hicieron la cama pero no barrieron Lo mejor fue: 1 la ubicación 2 la comida muy rica 3 la atención y servicio de los chicos del desayuno, excelente!!!

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit à cet hotel. La chambre était spacieuse (3 lits doubles), propre et confortable. L'hotel est plein de charme et très bien situé dans la ville. Le personnel a été très arrangeant car nous nous étions trompés de date dans la reservation (nous avons débarqué un jour en avance) et le receptionniste s'est donné beaucoup de mal pour intervertir notre reservation avec l'hotel suivant - avec succès. Un grand merci !

The rooms fine although I don't recommend the ones without windows. The ones in front with a view of the street are lovely and light. The bathrooms are fine and the beds very comfortable. Note though that they are not quite queen but probably double beds. They provide extra pillows and a warm blanket, which we needed as it was cold there at night in January. The hotel is right in the centro and in an excellent location. It's also immaculate as they wash the floors and everything daily. Even the stone floor in the atrium. The price was fantastic. We didn't have breakfast here but went next door to the Dulce Bisquit where there was a piano player and the group loved the waffles.

you hear everyone outside your room so privacy is not great, but for me that is compensated by the staff and the convenience. Not going to have an exuberant rendezvous here haha.

We booked the room with three queen beds but the hotel stuff said they don’t have such kind of rooms at all. Instead we got the room with two full size and one twin bed. There is no AC but two very noisy fans which doesn’t make any freshness, only loud noise which makes your sleeping impossible. Hotel doesn’t provide the hair conditioning and body lotion. For four people we got only one hand towel. They don’t have a safe on the room, so, you can’t make sure your valuables will be safe. We booked two nights but after first terrible night we checked out and moved to another hotel. The stuff refused to refund the second night by saying we have to have a deal with Expedia, but Expedia said the hotel is responsible for refund because we paid on property. The only good thing I can say about this hotel - they provide a good breakfast.

I've stayed here many times. We tried the family room which was quite spacious. It was however a little louder with traffic being in the front of the building but honestly still able to sleep easily. Will definitely come back.

Todo bien, solo el lavabo es para uso de medio baño, solo para lavarae las manos, no es adecuado para un hotel.

A historic 400+ year old building that is modern at the same time. The room was very comfortable and I loved how they did not hide fine if the original architecture. Beautiful. Salvador and the rest of the staff were amazing and enthusiastic. Possibly the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Location is excellent, breakfast was tasty and healthy. I would definitely stay here again.

Muy mal servicio, cuando llegue me dijeron que no había reservación, y me dijeron que forzosamente tenía que cancelar yo en plataforma porque no era su culpa de haber ofrecido la habitación a otro cliente en físico

Lo negativo: nos quedamos sin agua caliente en la noche y en la mañana. La cama sí parece de convento, porque es más bien dura. La acústica de las habitaciones es un poco extraña, porque se escucha muy claro lo que pasa en otras habitaciones o en el patio. Lo positivo: el desayuno fue delicioso. Excelente y muy atento el servicio del personal de recepción (excepto el chico del turno nocturno, que parece que te está haciendo un favor y que encima le molesta hacerlo). Está a una distancia caminando de muchos puntos de interés.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from a lot of museums and other tourist attractions. The room was very comfortable and big. And the breakfast, amazing! The price for the room with breakfast included is higher but totally worth it. I doubt that you would find such a great breakfast at a lower price anywhere around. Definitely a place I would book again on my next trip to Queretaro.
