Small but very nice hotel with excellent location at Seapoint Area. Arrived early from a flight but they made a room ready for me quickly. Only drawback is that they not serve. Will stay here next trip to Capetown

Tive problemas com o check in, diziam nao encontrar a reserva e nao havia quarto disponível para todas as noites reservadas. Após muito desconforto para mim e minha esposa e, deoois de muito tempo, assumiram que havia um erro e acabaram nao efetivando minha reserva. Queriam que eu pagasse para dormir uma noite para que no dia seguinte resolvessem minha situacao, enfim, foi um desconforto ate que assumiram o erro e me "deixaram" ficar por 2 noites em um quarto que nao foi o que reservei, sem ar condicionado, e depois me realocaram para outro local por oitras 4 noites(e perdi o cafe da manha por 4 dias), prejuizos e stress no momento que deveria ser de lazer durante nossas planejadas férias!
