The stay was comfortable. Reception and breakfast staff were superb. Housekeeping could be better. They knocked to clean our room before we went out for breakfast. We told them we will be out in 10 minutes. Indeed we were. We were down to breakfast only to come back to our room undone. We took a nap had a do not disturb before we went out. Went out after lunch time. Came back later still our room was not done. That was the only downside of our stay.

The walls were thin and could hear people showering next door! Kidd screaming and. Banging doors. The rooms and pillows smelt. I checked in nye so was really busy at reception, so I Called reception; No one answered. I resulted in sending an email but no one has responded 2 days later ! If I refused to pay I’m sure I would have heard something !!!

The rooms are well kitted out and clean. The hotel needs a little attention on upkeep generally but it is very good value. The breakfast was not a good as I remember.

The staff were great. Couldnt be more helpful. Hotel was fine. Maybe due to SA power generation issues but the AC made a noise, but didnt seem to be cold. Other slight negative was that the hotel name says its at the Waterfront. But we were advised it wasnt safe to walk anywhere from hotel so had to rely extensively on Ubers. Which were very cheap. Overall would recommend.

The breakfast and service is excellent! I just got off a cruise ship and my shower is smaller and there's no electric outlets in the bathroom. Its a good value and its a 20 minute walk to the V & A Waterfront

All in all cannot fault the hotel. Great condition, food is good and staff are very helpful. I stayed for 11 nights along with 4 colleagues for a work trip. Would have given 5 starts except all of my colleagues received a welcome gift and complimentary mid-stay gift and I received nothing

Ett helt ok hotell. Primässigt ganska dyrt i jämfrselse med vad du får. Men personal etc kanonbra. Servicen va bra. Stor frukost och att de gör omelett är ett stort plus. Rumet jag kande va okej, inte mer. Men som ensamresande i jobbet så fyllde det sitt syfte
