Sehr hellhörige Hotelflure, schlechtes WLan. Sehr gut war das vegane Angebot auf dem Frühstücksbufett. Leider war der Eigeruch schon im 5. Stock zu riechen. Leider auch keine Infos zu den Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades.

Super tolles Hotel. Mit tollen Personal. Küche super. Frühstück war super lecker. Zimmer sehr schön und gemütlich. Nur parken war mit 7 sitz Auto etwas eng und unübersichtlich aber im ganzen komme gerne wieder. Tolles Pool mit Sauna und Fitnessstudio.

À proximité de tout à pied. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain, très pratique. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Literie très confortable et chambre propre. Petit déjeuner correct, mais peu de choix pour un hôtel 4★, dommage.

Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, haben noch Sachen vom vorgänger auf dem Teppich gefunden (Deckel von Flasche, Zahnstocher). Leider haben wir beim Schwimen keine Handtücher bekommen, musste extra wieder auf´s Zimmer hoch und diese holen, obwohl hinter der Rezeption welche lagen. Im Umkleideraum kann man sich nicht alleine umziehen. Das Wasser im Pool könnte 2 C mindestens wärmer sein. Zimmer sind groß und alles vorhanden. Man kann sich soger einen Tee / Kaffee kochen. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne. Alle Pflegemittel hängen da, Duschbad, Haarwäsche, Haarspülung, Bodylotion. Beim Frühstück findet jeder was. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Waffeleisen und Schmier dir ne Stulle und denk an uns.

Wir waren positiv überrascht, da das Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof liegt ist es doch ruhig dort. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut eingerichtet und die Bett bequem. Die Badezimmer könnten mal renoviert werden, aber sauber . Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und für jrden was dabei. Kleiner Highlight Pancakes & warme frische Waffeln zum selber machen.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e aos principais pontos turísticos de Colonia. O quarto é excelente, com uma boa cama e bom sistema de aquecimento, estava bem limpo. O café da manhã é o diferencial do hotel, com inúmeras opções de frios, pães, geleias e diversas comidas locais. Foi uma ótima refeição. Um ótimo hotel!

Staffs were all kind and quick to respond, but the elevators were not working properly, the room door required significant power to close, the towels and teabags were not replaced during the housekeeping, and AC was noisy. I will tolerate all of them if this was a budget hotel, but the price range is close to Hilton. I feel sorry for great staffs, but seriously bad value for money.

駅周辺で広いわりに安価、それだけです。設備は古く、エレベーターも？でした。スタッフはフレンドリーです。4泊しましたが、シーツの交換はなし、消耗品も最低限、シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシは自分で持って行く必要があります。

Dopo tanti anni che ho soggiornato in questo albergo e dove mi sono sempre trovato bene, questa volta sono rimasto deluso, non mi hanno rifatto la camera non hanno aggiunto i fazzoletti che erano finiti e neanche sistemato i cuscini. Tutti elementi magari non sostanziali ma per questa categoria di albergo dovrebbero essere scontati

Negativ: Zimmer könnten verbessert werden (Teppich älter u fleckig,Bettgestell teilweise zerfranst. Leider waren bei Ankunft im Badezimmer noch Haare in der Wanne u auf dem Fussboden. Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer (bei innenliegendem Bad ohne Fenster). Frühstücksauswahl nicht wie beschrieben und "gewöhnungsbedürftig " bei der Auswahl. Preis hierfür viel zu teuer. Ebenfalls Parkplatzgebühren viel zu teuer u anders wie angegeben. Positiv: zentrale Lage, alles gut zu erreichen. Check in und Check out sehr gut, auch spät am Abend unkompliziert und freundlich empfangen worden. Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend, Fragen konnten direkt beantwortet werden. Servicepersonal am Morgen waren sehr aufmerksam. Schöne Poolbereich, leider der Aussenbereich nicht ausreichend für mehrere Personen. Très bien situé par rapport à la gare sans être dans un endroit trop bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et plutôt bon. L'hôtel inclut un restaurant bien pratique quand on n'a plus envie de sortir, même si les lieux de restauration sont facile d'accès. Niveau ménage, petit bémol le vendredi où les serviettes étaient manquantes et pour la poubelle de la salle de bain qui n'a été vidé qu'une fois, mais sinon, correct. Literie correcte sans être fantastique, avec l'avantage d'avoir des chambres avec des lits séparés. Personnel agréable. Je reprendrai sûrement cet hôtel si je dois retourner à Cologne.

Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich, dass ich in der Lobby an der Rezeption begrüßt und mit Namen willkommen geheißen werde. Mir wurde aber nur ein Zettel zum Ausfüllen hingeschoben und darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich noch die Tourismussteuer zahlen muss. Das gleiche beim Auschecken. Wäre ich gefragt worden, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen wäre, hätte ich geantwortet, dass das Duschgel im Bad leer gewesen wäre. Das Zimmer war klein, alt und leider nichts Besonderes. Es gibt leider nicht mal ein Wasser in der Minibar. Das muss man in der Lobby kaufen. Das Fenster ist in Kopfhöhe und bietet Blick auf eine Baustelle. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet den üblichen Standard, allerdings ist der Scheibenkäse und die Wurst schnödes Packungsprodukt. Zweierlei Säfte kommen aus dem Automat. Die gekochten Eier rochen muffig und waren nicht genießbar. Das Rührei scheint Eiersatz zu sein. Einzig das aufmerksame Servicepersonal beim Frühstück hat uns große Freude bereitet, indem es uns frische Eier gekocht hat und das servieren von Kaffee, Spiegeleiern und Waffeln angeboten hat. Ich hatte vorab per E-Mail die Bitte geäußert, einen persönlichen Gruß für meine Mutter, die Geburtstag hatte auf dem Zimmer zu hinterlegen. We liked the spacious room and walkable location. Earlier check-in and later check-out was possible and highly appreciated! Breakfast could be better, we missed vegetables and better fruit options. On the positive note, you could pack a snack with you and the breakfast staff was super nice. The hotel could use an update of furniture - in rooms as well as in the restaurant. It is quite old. Also it says that rooms with balcony have view over the old town, but in reality there is a huge construction site in front of the hotel so there is no view. all in all good.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e aos principais pontos turísticos de Colonia. O quarto é excelente, com uma boa cama e bom sistema de aquecimento, estava bem limpo. O café da manhã é o diferencial do hotel, com inúmeras opções de frios, pães, geleias e diversas comidas locais. Foi uma ótima refeição. Um ótimo hotel!

Overall it was a nice hotel. The room was not soundproof, and being on the first floor meant hearing people in the dinning room/restaurant as well as other people in rooms. Not a modern hotel, but it was clean, which is always good. Reception was great, and house keeping were great too.

Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich, dass ich in der Lobby an der Rezeption begrüßt und mit Namen willkommen geheißen werde. Mir wurde aber nur ein Zettel zum Ausfüllen hingeschoben und darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich noch die Tourismussteuer zahlen muss. Das gleiche beim Auschecken. Wäre ich gefragt worden, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen wäre, hätte ich geantwortet, dass das Duschgel im Bad leer gewesen wäre. Das Zimmer war klein, alt und leider nichts Besonderes. Es gibt leider nicht mal ein Wasser in der Minibar. Das muss man in der Lobby kaufen. Das Fenster ist in Kopfhöhe und bietet Blick auf eine Baustelle. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet den üblichen Standard, allerdings ist der Scheibenkäse und die Wurst schnödes Packungsprodukt. Zweierlei Säfte kommen aus dem Automat. Die gekochten Eier rochen muffig und waren nicht genießbar. Das Rührei scheint Eiersatz zu sein. Einzig das aufmerksame Servicepersonal beim Frühstück hat uns große Freude bereitet, indem es uns frische Eier gekocht hat und das servieren von Kaffee, Spiegeleiern und Waffeln angeboten hat. Ich hatte vorab per E-Mail die Bitte geäußert, einen persönlichen Gruß für meine Mutter, die Geburtstag hatte auf dem Zimmer zu hinterlegen. Das wurde leider ignoriert.Alles in allem bewerte ich dieses Hotel als ein mittelmäßiges Stadthotel, für das ich leider 230 € für ein Doppelzimmer gezahlt habe. Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung. Die Bäder könnten aber mal saniert werden, haben ein Charme aus den 80er. Was allerdings echt zu beachten ist die sehr begrenzte Parkplatz Situation, da das Hotel nur wenige eigene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage hat. An der Rezeption gab es auch einen Mitarbeiter dem die ganze Situation richtig egal war und auch nicht recht hilfsbereit war. Man sollte sein Auto wo anders parken und dann halt nochmal nachfragen ob was frei ist. Was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist aber es müsste halt dann der Parkplatz reserviert werden können. Dies geht aber nicht und dem MA ist es egal. Was wichtig ist das restliche an der Rezeption und im Hotel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super ein bisschen ruhiger gelegen aber nicht weit vom Dom entfernt. Es ist grundsätzlich zu empfehlen

It was a very nice and beautiful hotel. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and within walking distance of the central trainstation,the cathedral,restaurants and shops.Check-in was very quick. And I also found the lovely,sweet,and friendly Mrs Gizem who helped me check in very nice and helpful.The room was very spacious for asingle room and had all the amenities .Especially a big TV with satellite channels. The bed was wonderful to sleep in and big enough for two people. I was alone.You could also choose between firm and soft pillows. And de room was cleaned every day. I also really liked the beautiful thick curtains that didn’t let any light through. I also found the bathroom nice and spacious with a bath and shower and other things. The breakfast was also very delicious and varied . And Mr.Hicheln and Mrs.Pamela always did something special for you almost everyday. They were very friendly and helpful to me. They sensed when I needed something. Also thanks to Mr.Mohamed and Mr. Mostafa who where also very kind to me if I asked for something. And I don’t won’t to forget who was serving me and also the people in the kitchen and who has cleaned my room. I will book this hotel again soon when I return to Cologne.Greetings Bert Zinken.

A localização central é sem dúvida uma das comodidades mais apreciadas, no entanto o pequeno almoço era o ponto alto do dia não só pela sua fantástica diversidade como pela simpatia dos funcionários, sobretudo da Pamela, que para além de atenciosa e sempre disponível dedicou-se a aprender algumas palavras de português, para simpaticamente se dirigir a nós. Isso é o expoente máximo do "customer care" . Obrigada pela excelente estadia.

Für einen Städtetrip nach Köln sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof, nahe der Innenstadt und zum Rhein gelegen, wo es eine Menge an Gastronomie usw. gibt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in umliegenden Parkhäusern. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und bot frische Speisen. Was uns etwas störte war das Gewusel am Frühstücksbuffet. Es ist etwas ungünstig in eine Ecke drappiert, wo sich in stark frequentierten Zeiten Leute anstellen, Personen zum Tisch durchmüssen, Personal in die Küche geht usw. Aber für die baulichen Gegebenheiten kann das Hotel nichts. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren positiv überrascht, da das Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof liegt ist es doch ruhig dort. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut eingerichtet und die Bett bequem. Die Badezimmer könnten mal renoviert werden, aber sauber . Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und für jrden was dabei. Kleiner Highlight Pancakes & warme frische Waffeln zum selber machen.

Perfecte locatie. Heerlijk ontbijt. Diner veel dingen van de kaart waren op, waardoor we iets anders moesten kiezen. Als er van de 3 voor en nagerechten 1 niet is, blijft er niet veel over. Verder prima.

Prinzipiell bietet das Hotel gute Leistungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Abzüge muss es für die wirklich mangelnde Leistung beim Frühstück geben. Es war ein Dienstagmorgen und das Restaurant nicht gerade überfüllt. Trotz zweier Bedienungen waren reichlich Tische nicht abgeräumt. Es dauerte ewig bis mal sauber gemacht wurde. Das ist so absolut nicht in Ordnung.

Terrible hotel. I was emailed days before arri requesting if I would cancel housekeeping. I never heard of a hotel doing this. I checked in and the lobby not as depicted in website. I also got a different room than what I reserved. I went back to reception after seeing the room, only to be told all the rooms were the same except for bed size. The room had old decor and a very old carpet. NOT as depicted. As I couldn't call the front desk I had to go to the lobby again to request additional towels, only to be told that they don't have washcloths. How do you shower with liquid soap without a washcloth? So I had to go out to buy one. I ask for basic directions and orientatio to the area , but everything was so sketchy that I had to rely on my tourist map and my cell phones navigating app. The bed was very uncomfortable... I tossed and turned all night and woke up with body aches. Breakfast was mediocre at best and limited. When I got back that evening housekeeping had come into my room, despite my cancelling housekeeping at the front desk that morning . For some reason housekeeping removed ALL the towels in the room. Terrible hotel. I was emailed days before arri requesting if I would cancel housekeeping. I never heard of a hotel doing this. I checked in and the lobby not as depicted in website. I also got a different room than what I reserved. I went back to reception after seeing the room, only to be told all the rooms were the same except for bed size. The room had old decor and a very old carpet. NOT as depicted. As I couldn't call the front desk I had to go to the lobby again to request additional towels, only to be told that they don't have washcloths. How do you shower with liquid soap without a washcloth? So I had to go out to buy one. I ask for basic directions and orientatio to the area , but everything was so sketchy that I had to rely on my tourist map and my cell phones navigating app. The bed was very uncomfortable... I tossed and turned all night and woke up with body aches. Breakfast was mediocre at best and limited. When I got back that evening housekeeping had come into my room, despite my cancelling housekeeping at the front desk that morning . For some reason housekeeping removed ALL the towels in the room. Excellent value with a great proximity to the Dom and the Altstadt. Just a quick walk from the Cologne central train station. The hotel was clean and cool with excellent AC in the guest room (important during the current heat wave!) The room was clean and a good size so I could spread out my things.

Ample and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and let us use the pool even though we arrived early. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious . Nothing stellar about the views but great location for the hotel near the train station
