Suddenly security purpose with unknown reason, I should go out before check out time. And no explanation from staff. I wanted to pay city tax with small money ex 20 euro, but compulsory withheld from deposit cash 100 euro. Staff does not have a will to listen what guest want to say

The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and directions. The hotel had a wonderful included breakfast.

Hardly any amenities in the room - no toothbrush, slippers etc. but I believe those are avail from reception if you asked for them. Staff at counter were not v knowledgeable - my son fell v sick and we were looking for a doc in the night. Staff recommended that we walk to the nearby hospital - so we did. Only to be told the hospital is not authorised to treat minors so we then had to make our way to a children’s hospital. We would have saved time and pain if we were given the correct info at the start. We requested for a later check out till close to 4pm because my son was still very sick the next day and our train was at 4.30pm. However was told it was not possible because the hotel was full. We found out later there are still rooms available for booking online. Would have been nice for the hotel to offer us a free late check out or at least offer us the option to pay for half a day so my son could rest in the room for a few more hours.
