Beautiful, big, clean room. The TV mostly had German channels, but you can connect your phone and stream Netflix, HBO or whatever you have - I thought that was very clever and convenient. And they also had good, stable Wi-Fi. The service was great - immediately I felt welcome. There is a small spa with 2 saunas and a gym with treadmills, bicycle, weights and a couple of machines. Breakfast was great and with small changes every day.

Ich möchte mich bei Ihnen über die unzumutbaren Zustände in unserem Zimmer beschweren. Die Dusche war defekt, und am frühen Sonntagmorgen musste ich mit ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke aus der Wasserleitung duschen, was meine schwangere Frau geweckt hat. Damit war der Tag leider komplett ruiniert (Video liegt vor). Zudem: Für 330 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich eine funktionierende Sauna im Wellnessbereich. Stattdessen: 50 Grad – unbenutzbar. Kein Hinweis, keine Entschuldigung. Das Problem ist seit mindestens 2 Wochen bekannt (siehe Google Bewertungen), aber niemand ist erreichbar. Weder über das Wandtelefon noch per Handy. Stattdessen eine Antwort bei Google im Copy/Paste Modus. Das ist ein absoluter Skandal.
