The Spa and Swimmingpools are really worth the 10€ extra! Very Nice and wide rooms. Top location, within 5 min walk of all the shopping streets. Tramstop just 1 minute walk. The little Square in front of the reception with the old church ist just lovely. Village feeling!

The pools and saunas are amazing. Lots of naked folks, and some “textile free” pools and saunas, so if that’s not your jam, maybe go somewhere else. My adult daughters and I had a great (and separate) time however, everyone except the man at the front desk was super nice and no creepy vibes at all.

The pools and saunas are fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Cologne. It would have been an ideal stay if it wasn’t for faulty WiFi in my room (for the entire 3 days I was there). Breakfast was a bit sad so I would miss that next time, but definitely stay again.

Die Therme waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Das große Becken war nicht in Betrieb, was aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten sicherlich auch mal vorkommen kann. Dann wäre aber im Voraus eine entsprechende Info sinnvoll gewesen.

ich bin dieses Mal etwas enttäuscht. ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht wegen der Therme. Das Hotel war um die 100,- € teuer als andere Hotel und als wir ankam hießt es die Benutzung der Schwimmbad, Whirpool und Sauna wurde extra kosten. Ich bin diesbezüglich sehr enttäuscht. Viele Grüße. Hotel was clean and Tidy. 2 entrances to hotel which was a bit awkward as we couldnt get to our room through main entrance due to spa. In moddle of hotel. We done the spa for €10 asnot included in the price whick was fair enough but when leaving hitel we were chatged for robes at €8 each and were not made awarw there was a cost..Rooms were ok fle soze and breakfast basic especially when €20 per head. 4 stars

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, leider hatte ich gerne die Therme benutzt, hatte aber kein Zeit dafür. Das Frühstück war leider keine 20,00 Euro wert. Schade. Und leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Bades zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt noch reichlich Luft nach oben.

The spa was excellent, however the biggest surprise was the proximity to the church and the bells ringing. It is to be expected on a Sunday, but surprised at the 7.30 awakening on Monday. The room was comfortable but too warm as there was no temperature control other than being able to open the window, which directly relates to previous point. The final surprise was that my room never got serviced during the 3 days I was there. Again a little surprising, as the least I would have expected was fresh towels each day. Maybe it was part of there environmental programme, but considering the amount of laundry they must go through as a spa resort, fresh towels for guests, shouldn't effect their footprint dramatically.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Sehr gutes Bett. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Spabereich wird gerade saniert, was auch notwendig ist. Betrieb läuft aber eingeschränkt weiter. Ist ok. Parken kann zum Glückspiel werden..

Var der i jobb sammenheng. Fint rom stort og god luft. Godt plassert hotell. Grei frokost. Det som trakk ned var at rommet ikke ble vasket mens jeg var der, og minibar med vann etc. Ikke fullt opp.

Rooms are not updated I payed a lot and hotel initially gave me an awful room I asked to change and got a slightly better room. Hotel needs refurb but all is happening is little bits of maintenance here and there rather than fixing the entire old and outdated bathrooms flooring and furniture.

Overall a VERY good hotel. Was nice to have an actual bed for the 3rd person (daughter). Breakfast was all you could ask for, 20euro. I'd recommend it, but 2 things were not ideal. The spa is fully nude. Not really a problem for me but if your visiting with your kid, maybe a little awkward. My wife would also refuse to go. Our room was facing the pool, which is open until 1130pm and not well sound insulated (big window , which I suspect was single pane). We were there in the winter so it was manageable, but I don't think I'd like it in the summer due to people in the pool. To be clear, I would recommend it and will stay here again (location is great), just insist I not be facing the pool (street is quiet)

Fantastic room. Spacious with sofa and a queen and a half wall and 2 more beds. A/c worked great. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. No garage parking available as they have to festival goers. Was lucky to get a spot up front, but only until 9 the next morning. Went to pay for parking at 9:10 am and already had a parking ticket.

Eneste minus var den lange ventetiden på mat i restauranten. 52 min er for lenge å vente på en wienersnitzel og på dag nummer to tok det 47 min. Her er det rom for forbedring. Restaranted var bare halvfull, hva gjør de når den er full?

Property was great, although our access cards stopped working a few times and had to be reprogrammed by the desk staff. Room was wonderful. Spa was nice, but if your coming from outside of europe, do your research on european spas, it can be a culture shock.

The hotel was terrible. They changed out rooms three times. The first room was not 3 beds like we requested, the second room bathroom wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t draining and it the bathroom was flooded. Front desk was rude to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was wonderful and the breakfast was good. We were not impressed with having to walk around the neighborhood to get to our room. The spa was confusing not knowing how to get around it from our room and we were not told we could access the breakfast restaurant through the sauna area and walked completely around the block, in the cold, to eat breakfast.

Personal sehr gut, immer freundlich. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig und auch der Flur etc. Überall hingen Kabel. Saunabereich wird aktuell neu gemacht. Warum der extra kostet, als Hotelgast ist mir auch Schleiwrhaft. Negativ: Gute Anknüpfung in die Kernstadt etc., allerdings überall Junkies, Drogenkonsumenten usw. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr unwohl, als Frau alleine würde ich dort nicht entlang wollen, obwohl auch Polizei vor Ort war. Restaurant erst ab 19 Uhr geöffnet, davor eine kleine nicht nennenswerte Karte… Das Klo auf dem Zimmer ist so nah an der Dusche, dass man nasse Füße hat(sofern davor jemand geduscht hat) oder aber man nichts aufs Klo kann, wegen dem Glas (zu eng). Alles in allem eher ein 2,5 Sterne Hotel anstatt 4.

Je suis arrivé à 14h, la chambre n’étant pas prête avant 15h, on m’a proposé d’aller a l’espace bien-être (payant pour les clients de l’hôtel). Superbe et grand spa avec 1 piscine intérieure, une extérieure au sel, plusieurs saunas, hammam, bain nordique. Vraiment belle surprise! Par contre la communication n’est pas très claire (ni mentionné par la réceptionniste de l’hôtel) mais cet espace est naturiste. Ne soyez donc pas surpris. J’ai ensuite pris possession d’une chambre moderne (surclassement du fait de mon statut gold) avec climatisation, propre, literie confortable et au calme. Seul bémol, la chambre étant de l’autre côté du spa, impossible de traverser par l’hôtel, obligé de faire le tour du quartier à pied pour prendre l’entrée à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Le matin avant 10h il est possible de traverser le spa pour accéder au restaurant et au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais je trouve que les produits proposés ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles. Œufs brouillés secs, morceaux très durs, et bacon pour le chaud. Charcuterie bas de gamme. Il y a un peu de choix mais ce n’est pas le petit déjeuner de rêve que l’on peut voir dans des hôtels de même catégorie. J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble et rien que pour l’espace bien-être, un hôtel qui propose un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Es sollte bei dem Hotel dringend von einer Anreise mit dem PkW abgeraten werden, da Parkplätze nur unzureichend am Hotel vorhanden sind. Weiterhin konnte das Hotel die Erwartungshaltung bei dem Preis pro Frühstück und Person nicht erfüllen.
