Probably the best apartment / hotel in the area and we are glad we chose the empire. It was spacious and had all the facilities we needed as a family as well as a couple of restaurants. We had a great meal in the Italian. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

The Empire Hotel has Foxtel and when I arrived, the tv in my room didn't work. I'd evpect the tv to work properly in even the cheapest motels or hotels. Hotel staff didn't seem to have much interest in solving the problem.

The room was not ideal I have stayed Previously and loved it. Last nights room was small, layout of the lounge and the verandah was small. The room was advertised as duluxe and as it was a special occasion didn’t meet up to what i was expecting. If we had been allocated a room on a higher level we would have got a carpark allocated we had no say about what floor we were on

Property itself was excellent very clean and well furnished however bed was maybe a bit soft for my liking which gave me a sore back in the morning but just personal preference. We stayed a Friday night and the area around was very noisy, lots of honing and shouting possibly just due to being a Friday night. Would certainly stay again though. Best address in Rocky for sure

Disappointed on check in that the card was not assigned correctly and we could not get in to the room and had to go back to reception to have this corrected. I think could have been handled more professionally like she'll assign new cards and bring them up..

Its right on the River, Restaurants underneath and all the way along the strip, a short walk to the beautiful main river front area, with easy access to Museums etc we were there for the River Festival which we highly recommend a fantastic day night of activities, live bands, international food stalls, kids events, Aboriginal culture shows and fire works, just amazing.
