Exactly like photographs, exactly as expected. Close to train that brought me in from Amsterdam, easy to walk to different areas. Very nice and safe locker rooms to store my luggage after checkout. Very happy overall with this hotel.

Top top top hotel! Netjes, goed kamers, extreem correcte prijzen! Leuke inkom en spelletjes bar! Vriendelijk personeel. Ik kom zeker terug en kijk in andere steden ook uit naar deze keten!

My partner and I stayed in one of the pods - was so clean and tidy, everything felt brand new. If you’re staying in one of the pods, we recommend bringing cheap sliders / flip flops for the showers and walking around the shared bathroom area. The bathroom was very well maintained. When everyone is in their pods, you can’t hear a thing (so it really is soundproof) but if anyone is walking in the corridor and talking you can really hear it in your room. Considering there were big groups staying in other pods near to us, there was no disruptive noise! The staff were lovely, locked out of my room at 3am (in my flip flops) and a lovely fella at the bar helped with no issues. Food and drink at the bar in reception are great, the area is used for people working on their laptops during the day so feels like a really nice area to lounge in. Walkable to Beurs station and so many nice pubs/food places nearby. Ferry was a great LGBTQ+ club only a 3 min walk away. Check out is at 11 - we got out of our pod right before 11 and got ready to go in the bathroom to do final bits. When we went down to hand our keycards in we got told off for being late to check out (we didn’t realise it didn’t just mean out of the room by 11!) so beware you might be told off lol. Apart from that, great stay and would book again.

Staff was very sweet and helpful. Location was good. Room was clean and tidy. We parked our car in the near by in the Apcoa parking building, which was really expensive. Nonetheless, it was broken in to, which kinda destroyed our holiday.

Todo muy lindo en cuanto a las instalaciones y una ubicación excelente, pero no hablemos del tema de limpieza porque ahí si salen demasiado a deber. Indica que la limpieza se realiza a solicitud y el día que la pedimos nos dijeron que solo la hacen cada 3 días. Nos hospedamos 6 días, pedimos más toallas ya que estábamos 3 personas y solo nos había dejado 2; nos la dieron molestos comentando que era lo que más podrían hacer. Y la limpieza el día que la hicieron terrible, prácticamente solo se llevaron la basura y medio tendieron la cama sin sacudir ni limpiar el piso como tal.

I found blood on the towel, and it made me feel really disgusted, especially since I had used it without knowing. Before staying at this hotel, we had already been traveling for two weeks and stayed in three different hotels. However, this hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s environmentally friendly philosophy, but basic cleanliness should still be maintained, especially since blood can be a source of disease transmission

The Usual Rotterdam is een zeer leuke locatie met zeer leuke zitplaatsen. Dit was onze tweede keer hier maar deze keer was het verblijf zelf niet goed. Het personeel (behalve één zeer behulpzame man) was onvriendelijk, de kamers, deuren en trapjes waren niet schoon. De handdoeken werden niet aangevuld in de ochtend. We hebben 30+ min gewacht op een slaatje en soep en zijn het zelf nog eens moeten gaan vragen. Dit kan altijd eens gebeuren! Maar met alles erbij waren we niet zo tevreden.

Einrichtung stylish und dennoch durchdacht und praktisch. Lage super, Epizentrum quasi. Personal immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit, Zimmerwechsel aufgrund tropfender Klimaanlage in Minuten möglich. Leider, und das ist bei einem Hotel nun mal mit das Wichtigste, sind die Betten unbequem, bei uns fiel es zum Kopfende hin auch noch nach unten ab. Das geht besser!

La chambre est adapté pour un séjour court mais pas mal de poussière. On a pas eu un matelas commun mais deux matelas séparés donc ça crée un vide entre les deux qui rend pas agréable le sommeil. Sinon très moderne et personnel agréable

Chauffage pas assez élevé. Une légère odeur pas très agréable dans les locaux et faible intensité de lumière dans les chambres. Mais globalement, ces éléments mis à part, l’hôtel est excellent et très bien situé !!

We stayed in one of the pod rooms and it was great- the room is cosy but has plug sockets and everything you need for a night. The bed wasn’t really comfy, which is the reason I can’t give it 5 stars- it sagged in the middle and meant we woke up having not had the best sleep. But all the facilities such as bathroom and the downstairs social areas are lovely, high quality and well-kept.

Et helt igennem stilfuldt og behageligt hotel i hjertet af Rotterdam. Man har alt det man skal bruge lige rundt om hjørnet. Og servicen var helt igennem fabelagtig. Lidt ærgerligt med tyk dobbeltdyne i varmen. Og sovesofaen til børnene var ikke super behagelig. Underligt, at der ikke var kode til wifi.

A estadia no hotel foi boa. O hotel tem check-in e check-out que podem ser feitos pelo hospede mesmo, porém no check-in, uma pessoa se disponibiliza para orientar. Eu fiz o check-out sozinha, e foi super simples. Eles têm o The U Bar na recepção, que funciona como um café, ja que tem muita gente que fica estudando no local, então o ambiente é bem tranquilo. Sempre tem pessoas entrando e saindo dele por causa das atividades que eles promovem. O hotel fica bem localizado, proximo de tudo, então como eu não pretendia ficar me aventurando pela cidade sozinha, foi perfeito. O café da manhã é gostoso e bem saudável. Muitas opções de pães, mas todos bem estilo europeus, os que não era croissant ou pain au chocolat, eram meio duros por fora, macios por dentro, mas bom de qualquer forma. O quarto é de um tamanho bom para quem está viajando sozinho, e não precisa de nada grande, mas é super confortável. De forma geral, a estadia foi bem confortável, e eu ficaria nele mais noites se eu tivesse tempo na cidade.

My partner and I stayed in one of the pods - was so clean and tidy, everything felt brand new. If you’re staying in one of the pods, we recommend bringing cheap sliders / flip flops for the showers and walking around the shared bathroom area. The bathroom was very well maintained. When everyone is in their pods, you can’t hear a thing (so it really is soundproof) but if anyone is walking in the corridor and talking you can really hear it in your room. Considering there were big groups staying in other pods near to us, there was no disruptive noise! The staff were lovely, locked out of my room at 3am (in my flip flops) and a lovely fella at the bar helped with no issues. Food and drink at the bar in reception are great, the area is used for people working on their laptops during the day so feels like a really nice area to lounge in. Walkable to Beurs station and so many nice pubs/food places nearby. Ferry was a great LGBTQ+ club only a 3 min walk away. Check out is at 11 - we got out of our pod right before 11 and got ready to go in the bathroom to do final bits. When we went down to hand our keycards in we got told off for being late to check out (we didn’t realise it didn’t just mean out of the room by 11!) so beware you might be told off lol. Apart from that, great stay and would book again.

Overall it's a nice hotel. None of the squirt bottles dispensing soap worked properly. Either none would come out or they would squirt too wide. The neighborhood at night was dark, dirty and depressing. There is a convenient Metro station near by.

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich sehr nah an dennCube Häusern und an der Markthalle, davon ab gibt es in der Umgebung unheimlich viele Einkauf und Essmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. 1 Punktabzug gibt es für das Frühstück. Die Croissant waren zwar ein Traum allerdings war diee Auswahl sehr dürftig für 15 Euro bzw 40 als Familie habe ich definitv mehr erwartet, es gab vorgefertigte Bagels ist halt nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Es ist ein sehr kleiner Bereich und es gibt kaum auswahl kein Aufschnitt kein Gemüse sonder lediglich vorgefertigte Produkte

Ligt heel centraal. Prettige sfeer in het hotel. Ontbijt netjes, mag wat meer variatie en beleg hebben. Crackers, ontbijtkoek, ham, kaas en kipfilet en cupjes voor zoet beleg ipv een kwak op je bord zou een mooie aanvulling kunnen zijn.

Loved the hotel and it's location, staff really friendly and helpful and was great to come back from North Sea Jazz and win down before going to bed. Thought the bathroom arrangement could be better, having the sink outside of the shower cubicle was a bit awkward and could've done with a bit more privacy relating to that.
