Property is nice at a surface level. Photographs well! Heating and cooling in rooms is awful. Rooms are very small, and walls are quite thin. Staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way. Breakfast is a nice treat. Outdoor seating areas can be a bit scarce on busy weekends. It’s convenient for walking and close to town and restaurants. Free E-Bike rentals and beach chairs while supplies last. It’s too pricey for what you get, but it’s Nantucket, so get used to it.

Really happy I booked here, great property, lovely welcoming staff, fantastic location. Rooms were very clean, comfortable. The only reason not 5 stars for conditions is because when it was raining you have to walk over the grass which is muddy and causes a mess to your shoes and when you walk in your room.

Salt House is an absolute delight! My dog and I stayed there for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The staff was incredible, the grounds were gorgeous and it was centrally located to town.

The staff led by Robert was top notch. My wife and I always felt taken care of and Robert and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms and premises are brand new and there are amenities for all ages (the outdoor fire pits were our favorite). We will definitely be visiting again next year!

Stayed here for a last minute business/ social trip in Mid July. 10 min walk from the Ferry so very easy to get to. Super clean, modern and great facilities in the room and hotel. Room quality was exceptional and we had room 25 which was perfect in every way. The included breakfast was delicious and easy. The bar was perfect for a night cap. The single biggest wow fact was the team and service . Simone was full of local knowledge and advice and every night entertained and looked after us at a five star level. Such a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel. All the staff were brilliant and the general manager who even resolved a minor issue with our TV. Stunning hotel but the service was the real memory.

I think SaltHouse just may be the nicest place I have ever stayed, a little bit of Nantucket paradise. Without a doubt, the number one quality has to be the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so nice it was like meeting a new friend. From check-in to check-out, everyone was super helpful and extremely pleasant to talk with. As far as the property goes, without the advantage of size, they have created an exceptional lodging experience in every detail. Neatly designed, exquisitely maintained and decorated, the property has the New England vibe down. But, it's so new I was surprised. Everything looked perfect, worked perfect, was perfect. The location was great, quiet but close enough to the ferry that we could easily walk there with our bags. We were early arriving so they kindly held our bags, had a place to change, provided us with complimentary chairs, towels, an umbrella and directions to the beach a couple blocks down the road. Later, the staff gave us some options for dinner and we were off to see the town. The new quiet mini-split AC unit plus a quiet street equaled a great night's sleep. In the morning, I availed myself of their complimentary breakfast and E-bike for a ride out to Sankaty lighthouse and back before check-out. They again held our bags while we did more tourist stuff before the afternoon ferry back. On the trip back, I reflected on how Salt House made a one-night stay feel like a long weekend vacation, definitely my new place to stay in Nantucket.

We had the most amazing time at the Brant! From the second we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of by Jason and his staff. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the breakfast was 10/10 and the location was amazing as well. We can't wait to come back!

Cannot recommend the Salt House high enough! Our family of 4 stayed in the Brant Suite ( 2 bedroom apartment) and we had plenty of space to relax. The hotel is new /modern and just steps from town. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! We can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful property with staff that surpassed expectations with great service. Jason, Simone, Alex, William and all other staff treated you with such friendliness. Had the feel of a high end boutique hotel with innkeeper relationships! Well done, we will be back.

The management was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our interactions with Robert, Jason, and Jenni. The hotel was lovely, really comfortable bed and amazing pillows! We appreciated the coffee and breakfast and will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a last minute business/ social trip in Mid July. 10 min walk from the Ferry so very easy to get to. Super clean, modern and great facilities in the room and hotel. Room quality was exceptional and we had room 25 which was perfect in every way. The included breakfast was delicious and easy. The bar was perfect for a night cap. The single biggest wow fact was the team and service . Simone was full of local knowledge and advice and every night entertained and looked after us at a five star level. Such a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel. All the staff were brilliant and the general manager who even resolved a minor issue with our TV. Stunning hotel but the service was the real memory.

We had the most amazing time at the Brant! From the second we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of by Jason and his staff. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the breakfast was 10/10 and the location was amazing as well. We can't wait to come back!

Property is nice at a surface level. Photographs well! Heating and cooling in rooms is awful. Rooms are very small, and walls are quite thin. Staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way. Breakfast is a nice treat. Outdoor seating areas can be a bit scarce on busy weekends. It’s convenient for walking and close to town and restaurants. Free E-Bike rentals and beach chairs while supplies last. It’s too pricey for what you get, but it’s Nantucket, so get used to it.

I think SaltHouse just may be the nicest place I have ever stayed, a little bit of Nantucket paradise. Without a doubt, the number one quality has to be the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so nice it was like meeting a new friend. From check-in to check-out, everyone was super helpful and extremely pleasant to talk with. As far as the property goes, without the advantage of size, they have created an exceptional lodging experience in every detail. Neatly designed, exquisitely maintained and decorated, the property has the New England vibe down. But, it's so new I was surprised. Everything looked perfect, worked perfect, was perfect. The location was great, quiet but close enough to the ferry that we could easily walk there with our bags. We were early arriving so they kindly held our bags, had a place to change, provided us with complimentary chairs, towels, an umbrella and directions to the beach a couple blocks down the road. Later, the staff gave us some options for dinner and we were off to see the town. The new quiet mini-split AC unit plus a quiet street equaled a great night's sleep. In the morning, I availed myself of their complimentary breakfast and E-bike for a ride out to Sankaty lighthouse and back before check-out. They again held our bags while we did more tourist stuff before the afternoon ferry back. On the trip back, I reflected on how Salt House made a one-night stay feel like a long weekend vacation, definitely my new place to stay in Nantucket.

Excellent location, cute room, amazingly friendly staff. Gave it four stars due to value for price- but to be fair it was Nantucket in prime summer season. It’s a higher end, small boutique hotel with very well maintained room and grounds and great location so probably in line with similar hotels but I found it a bit pricey.
