We had a lovely stay in the hotel, the food is excellent and the staff helpful and polite. The only problem we encountered was an extremely noisy and rowdy party sitting close to us in the restaurant which meant we had trouble having a conversation with our guests. This was sorted by the second night but could have been handled better. All round a lovely break in a good hotel

The staff were very helpful. The spa was very busy in the evening but it was still worth going before dinner. The food was exceptional. My favourite was the sea bass. We ate at their restaurant every night as we could not find a place with the same ambiance and serving delicious food that is closer to the hotel. Every dinner was truly a lovely experience for me and my hubby. The mocktails were absolutely yummy. The room given to us was very spacious. In terms of maintenance, there were a very few minor repairs in the bedroom furniture and bathroom fittings that needed attention. We would definitely come back to this part of Wales and choose this hotel again next time.

Stayed here for one night. Room was ok but bedding smelt old. I didn’t book breakfast as I was unsure on what time I would be leaving in the morning and I was surprised to be told in the morning that this was charged at £1

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The hotel is fabulous and we had a huge room with a sofa, table and easy chairs. The bathroom had a big walk in shower and a bath. The staff were wonderful too, all in all, a great stay.
