Checkin took a while of waiting and calling phone numbers with no.answer. Property was renovated.. nice, clean, practical. Room was also upgraded, clean, spacious. Not comfy bed with mattress covers that feel like your sleeping on plastic. Something that shocked me... was about to shower, then walked barefoot through the room out to my car, crossed the walkway and stepped onto parking lot area while raining, then back in and through the room to the bathroom, checked my feet and they were clean! Outside area very clean and kept. Neighborhood isnt great but property is totaly safe. Great deal!

The staff were very friendly & accommodating. I felt very welcomed each time I went into the office to either make my morning coffee or to go into the gym to use the treadmill. The staff always spoke to me & always met me with a smile.

I was impressed with how clean and quaint the entire hotel grounds were. If you need a cheap place to stay, this is the place! It has a very nice outside appearance, with a park, gazebo, gym, and laundromat. In my room there were only two bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. Only two pillows. So next time I will bring what's missing.

Breakfast consisted of coffee , a few prepackaged muffins & fruit. Parking was excellent right outside your room. Property & room were clean and very recently updated. Beds were horribly thin & uncomfortable! Bathroom water took a good 10 minutes to even become somewhat warm, not hot by any means. Great price, quiet location, lots of cameras and 24 hour security

The staff were nice. The property itself looks newly renovated and was quite nice actually, but the room we got seemed to be a bit outdated compared to the photos I saw online. The room itself was pretty big, had a vizio smart tv, and a large bathroom (water pressure wasn’t the best). Our room could’ve used a good wipe down and sweeping/dusting as there was some residue left from previous guests (hairs in the shower & on bathroom floor, crumbs/lint/hair on bedside tables) The location was okay, we liked that we could park right outside our room, and it was pretty quiet throughout the night. For the rate, I would probably stay here again.

For the price Facility was very clean and felt safe. No roaches or stains or funky smells! Ideal for a safe clean bare minimum place to safely lay your head and not feel sketched out or gross. Definitely recommend!

I likw the promotions they offer. Buy 6 nights tet tbe 7th free. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out is the updates appliances. Including, its own laundry room with updated the new washers and dryers as well as a gym and a computer which has access to printing?In faxing aervices which i thought was great as well. All of which I took full advantage of during my stay. Another thing i like is the tvs, which has cable and streaming on demand included. (No need to bring roku). All in all enjoyed my stay.

Consistently reliable for cost in my experience. I’ve stayed here two separate times now for just a night or two and for the cost, it’s good. Very basic; if you just need a bed to sleep on and a place to shower for a few nights, you’ll also appreciate that you can drive right up to your room so it’s easy to bring your belongings in and out quickly. Property is nice and feels safe. Front desk attendants were very kind and welcoming. Floors could be mopped/vacuumed better. Overall, good value for the budget.

Do NOT stay here, the place had bed bugs and we both woke up with rashes. Terrible beyond measures. The only part that looked pretty was the lobby and most likely was done on purpose to push people to book, very deceiving.

This rated as 8 stars - NOT. First missed clue was "Weekly Inn". Signs every where telling you what the charge is if you steal something. Spent the afternoon sightseeing and came to the room to find we had ONE television station. Called the front desk who came to the room and said we need an additional remote, she retrieved room 511's remote but that didn't solve the problem either. Asked for a room with working tv service which didn't happen either. The room itself appeared clean and bright although I did witness a cockroach sipping from water on the sink. At check-in we were told a "grab and go" breakfast would be available. When we inquired this morning about it we were told "sorry, we have nothing for you". It wasn't a case of running out, it was never provided. The situation is that this hotel was probably bought in severe disrepair on the cheap. Repairs are definitely of inferior quality, roof looks like it is in dire need of replacement and everything is done as cheaply as possible. Question: anybody ever check into a hotel with grey towels? Must have gotten a heck of a deal on them.

The bed frame was steel on a wood floor so the bed was sliding everywhere! There was only 1 wash rag and 1 hand towl! And i woke up and was bitten by bedbuds! Worst hotel experience ever!

Thin walls, can hear everything. Bathroom had hair in sink, toilet, bathtub. Nothing was wiped down. We just needed a room for the night. Spring mattress that moves when you turn. Plastic cover on mattress right under sheets. Cheap though.

room was nice, close to stadium about 4 miles from jag stadium. floors need to be mopped! my wife walked around with her socks, was pretty dirty. beds are weird. like a pull out bed. but they were comfy not really the size of queens tho???? idk. TV didn't work but maint. man fixed it. next morning- was out again??? small small ice machine up front with a scoop. close to road. stay was okay. no restaurants or bars in area.

The room door did not seal well, sun light showed all around it. That made it less sound proof, when other guess started their vehicles it was loud. The room was clean, however the bed was very poor quality.

Wasn’t smoking in room however other guests smoking outside some of it gotten into my room at times. Don’t want to lose deposit over something I didn’t do. Also, guests at times were being noisy didn’t have security at the time only an emergency line. Bed for comfort was below par.

My issue was the bed!! They def need to upgrade on the bed bc it wasn’t sturdy at all! Kept squeaking Everytime my wife and I move! Plus the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade!!

I understand that Florida is hot. That said the AC unit that probably came from an 88 Honda civic was so ill equipped for the task required that I sit in a chair in front of it to find any relief. Was it too hot in the room to take a shower? You guessed it! Was it too hot to sleep? Right again! Was the rest of the room nice enough to compensate for this? Sorry, you didn’t get that one right. Was it cheap? Yes. Was it worth that? No.

This is THE worst place I've ever stayed in!!!! First off, the sheets in my room were DISGUSTING and so were the pillow cases. I personally stripped the bed of everything and put my own sheets, covers and pillow cases on the bed. Secondly, they don't inform you about the $100 deposit fee until you're checking in. Lastly, they'll tell you that the $100 deposit is fully refundable after checkout but, instead of a refund, there will be a $100 charge on your card. I've tried to call multiple times but they NEVER answered the phone and I was told by the front desk that they will NEVER answer the phones. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, HEADACHE AND MONEY!!!!! DO...NOT...GO...HERE!!!!!!

I prepaid for 2 rooms on Monday for a Wednesday check-in when I arrived my rooms were sold !!! Keep in mind my rooms were prepaid and I was told I have to contact Expedia for my refund !!!!! The staff at the front desk was ZERO help she just said sorry and tried to hand me Expedia phone number … I just walked out and contacted Expedia myself !!!

Stayed for the weekend and had no complaints. Rooms are clean and well kept up with for the most part besides some wear and tear. There are some areas where you can see wear and tear but overall it was great. Very quiet and the staff is super friendly and professional. Great price as well, definitely would recommend, if you’re looking somewhere where it’s not going to break your pockets and quiet and clean. This is the place!

We booked one additional night. We went to the front desk to refresh the key and said that police stopped by my room and they wouldn't renew our stay. They agreed to refund the day, but we had to leave in 15 min. We left the room clean and were out in time,however, never refunded the night or our $125 cash deposit. OR the last day we had on our week. Document the room before checking out and keep an eye on your account. The front desk guy was definitely nice to us, but didnt do what he said he would.

Clean the most hotels I’ve stayed at that are five star staff was excellent. The location is a little lower income but has a lot of potential and looks like it will be up and up soon. The price is excellent. If it were in a better location they can charge triple with how excellent And clean the place was. Although the location is a little sketchy, they do have security that drives around and their 24 seven. So they’re really isn’t much concern. They have put something in place to combat that issue anyway.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were recently remodeled, but you could feel every spring in the mattress. It was a room with a bed, TV, and desk (work a chair); so nothing special. But the area of town it's in was the scariest part. There's a lake through some trees on the other side of the hotel and you could hear random gun shots and I heard one person doing donuts in a parking lot down the road. Nothing the hotel could do, but just keep that in mind. I did see parking security drive through though.

The hotel is clean, though they should use different cleaning substances as the smell was hard. While our stay ended ok, the hotel is in a very unsafe area. The good part is that they have a lot of security cameras surrounding the property.

Chill properly. If you dont have a vehicle dont stay here unless you have delivery apps. Not much in walking distance but overall great stay no complaints at all.

No coffee in room, no breakfast, even after I contacted the front desk, housekeeping never came in 3 days. a/c sucked room was cool at best. TV was in Spanish and it took 1 day to have someone come fix it (I needed a password). Water pressure sucked; hot water took forever to get to the room. Nice people but the stay was very disappointing, I will not stay there again.

My room was not clean at all. The floors were so grimmie with dirt, the bottom of my brand new shoes were disgusting. I found a corner under the desk that had popcorn kernels where it hadn't been swept. I still have not gotten my 100$ deposit back. Unable to reach the hotel. Awful stay. Nothing around to get food. Had to pay for coffee. Horrible experience....

The room was ok…. Nothing fancy, shower had used opened packets of shampoo and trash on the shelf. Beds are literally oversized cots, not the most comfortable but I guess not the floor. Zero service, not even coffee anywhere on site which I at least thought would have coffee somewhere.
