Stayed 1 night

Room was a bit like an ibis budget but for premium prices. The room was very noisy with people shouting in the hallway late in to the night. Breakfast was the most interesting breakfast I have seen with cakes dutch biscuits and boiled eggs. There was a busy shouting match going on in reception when I was at breakfast with police attending. It may be how hotels in Amsterdam operate but I did look for another hotel after one night. Bathroom was very small with not much room to move, and things placed in very unhandy places. Its ok but not worth the price charged, I would expect a little more.. Plenty of paid parking by hotel very close to burger king and you can hear the kids outside most of the evening until the place closes

We had to pay for the room twice. First in advance and then the wouldn't let us leave unless we paid another time. Have written them several times to get the money back and they don't answer. Worst hotel ever, don't go there.

It’s quite a way out from the centre but the tram stop is very close and easy to use to get in. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but we found the staff to be very helpful. The room and public areas were all very clean. There were some rowdy guests on our last night (A Saturday) but the staff were very quick to deal with them firmly. Would recommend for a value stay in Amsterdam.

The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were amazing!! At all hours of the day or night they were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation, it did not appear in their system, but they made it work. We also took advantage of the laundry service, they were able to wash some of our clothes, it was not as expensive as other hotels. Though it is not in the city center, there is a tram station nearby and the tram took us right where we needed to go. Also, there is a 24-hour McDonalds next door which we appreciated. We had the breakfast option at the hotel, their hall is nicely decorated and comfy, a great variety, the best one out of all the hotels we had in this tip. A great stay all in all

But far out from the city centre, but there is a tram stop a short walk away - Matterhorn - where you can get a tram int the centre easily and cheaply. The hotel (including the room) was clean, staff were excellent and friendly.
