Airport shuttle pick up was inconsistent. We waited for over an hour and watched a driver just go right passed us and another driver tried to tell us he couldn’t take us. When I tried to call the hotel(several times) to get info on the shuttle, my calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my call.

Very easy to be picked up from the airport and dropped off in the morning. The staff are great and very responsive. We faced an issue where our bedside tables were very sticky and the bed had stains. These issues were fixed and the bathroom was very clean. Would stay again when traveling through Seattle.

We stayed here for one night. I barely got any sleep because you can hear the nearby room doors shut, and I could hear the people in the room next to us. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s clean, but the fact that it’s so noisy and I could hear everything would prevent me from staying here again.

I had a printed copy of my reservation for this hotel and the desk agent insisted that I did not have a reservation. I gave her everything, including the handout and she told me there was no room for me. After going back and forth for 10 minutes and a line forming, she finally realized she missed the reservation, even though I clearly had it highlighted on the paper. It was quite nerve-wracking to be told that there were no rooms available for me even though I had a paid reservation. Maybe some re-training could help?

The food at the Bistro was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect much but the food tasted very fresh and well made. At check in my sister was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Huge inconvenience for her and the occupants. A new room was assigned but after a full day of travel that was not a good way to end the day.

I checked into my hotel already paid on Expedia, the girl at the counter told me that a king bed room isn’t avalible and I’ll have to do two queens. She said they needed my card for incidental fee, fine she charged me again for the room too, I went back down and asked, she said she didn’t and to ask for receipt when I leave I did the next morning, paid the price through Expedia and they charged me the same price again at the hotel. I told the next girl about this and showed her the recipes my, she refused to look at the receipt and said it’s state tax???? The price of a room in state tax??? When it said it was charging for a night in the room again plus tax, I asked her again to look at it, she said idk must be the incidental fee, it wasn’t, I was so fed up I had to call Expedia. TLDR- they will charge you again even if you paid through Expedia m- watch your bank statements and you probably won’t get the room you booked- they said that happens often.

Good location, easily accessible to the light line rail. About a 15 minute walk or you can uber to it. Hotel was clean and had a nice design in the rooms. Really close to the airport as well and offers shuttle services. No complimentary breakfast but they do have an eating establishment within the hotel for breakfast through dinner.

Convenient to where I was attending a conference, but kind of a diving area otherwise. Close to the airport, and accordingly loud overhead air traffic. Property is looking shabby as they don't appear to be putting much money back into maintaining it at this point. Online listings are very confusing regarding hotels in this area and their amenities - specifically pools that apparently existed 5 years ago but nobody updated online data to reflect that they are gone now

Seemed to be a 1-person operation at the bar/dinner restaurant, although she did a commendable job. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a free shuttle. However, they put out maybe 12 apples, 8-10 bananas and muffins. Coffee was empty. It’s not real close to an alternative for breakfast place. So, we left for airport early. Disappointed they couldn’t even make coffee!
