All inclusive is terrible and confusing along with the processes and systems the hotel has. Such a shame for a property that could be amazing. Et super godt hotel med flere pool. Personalet er suoer imædekomme de og venlig. Der er meget rent og pænt Hotellet ligger ikke på stranden. Dwr er en trafikeret vej imellem stranden og hotellet. Hotellet har et kæmpe problem med liggestolene. Folk står op kl 5 græsk rid for at reserevere og perosbalet gør sjællendt noget for at fjerne håndklædwr fea de resverede liggestole. Jeg har været der i 10 dage og personalet har kun gjort noget på min sidste dag hvor de fjenede håbdklæder for folk der har reserveret men kom først efter flere timer.

We stayed for four nights with all inclusive. Excellent buffets - three meals a day. Beach is very close and very kid-friendly. There are snorkelling opportunities along the stone pier on the left side of the beach. We also took a two-hour boat excursion to the nearby island, which is recommended. In general, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Rooms are modern and clean, we had a maisonette for four persons with a small balcony. Just a few areas of improvement: a) the safety lockers should be included in the price, b) there were very few power outlets in the rooms for charging and there were nowhere to hang towels in the shower room. c) it would have been nice to get a few water bottles daily to the room, as part of the all inclusive deal.

Staff was very strange during check-in. They tried to "offer" me another room at a nearby property taking me with a golf cart to another building of their about a 1/4 mile away. Apparently they have other buildings not connected to the main hotel and they want more people to stay at those locations since they are unknown however the way they conducted business was very fishy. They would go in the back multiple times to discuss things in private and come back and tell me something and then go back again. Furthermore, we were never notified that the sunbeds directly behind the hotel were pay per use which I would have had no issue with had I known. On the 1st day of using them, I was approached by a man with a credit card machine after laying the sunbed for a 2 hours and still using it and was told I owe him 7.50 Euro per bed and I asked him why and he said it was their policy. I informed him that no one told us and he said it was on the sign near the beach hut area, I looked and there was no sign at all. I paid him but it was a very unneccessary experience and the weird thing is he only charged 1/3 of the guests. He would do a row or two of sunbeds then leave back to the hut. Then there were the random hotel workers asking to give you a massage but do not understand the word No. My friend who booked his own room with them told them multiple times No but one of them proceeded to touch him and start massaging his foot. Very unprofessional. Definitely NOT 5 Stars

This hotel is not a 5 star I would rate it as a 2 star. Staff is not friendly. Starting from check in everything was wrong. The day of arrival they told us that we will be going to another hotel because they don’t have rooms for us and that they upgraded our rooms to suites in a sister hotel much farther away. We were meeting at this hotel with my cousin and her husband that we haven’t seen in years, and they wouldn’t extend the offer to them as well, so of course we didn’t accept the offer. After declining, our rooms were magically available. Once we got in our rooms, there was an extra cot in both rooms so I guess those rooms were for a family of three. My kids had their own room and one day one of the staff members walked in the room without notice while my daughter was in the there, asking to remove our stuff so they could take it. This is unacceptable. The pool beds were reserved with towels and books early in the morning till evening even though no one was there. So getting beds by the pool was a challenge. Also it was not mentioned to me at anytime that in order to lounge on the beach we have to pay 7.50 euros per chair each day. For the buffet dinner we were charged 29.00 euros per person which we were unaware did not include any drinks whatsoever, not even water. If they could charge me for breathing they would. For the money I paid for this hotel, I expected higher quality. I would not go back to this hotel and I will not recommend to my family and friends.

We were traveling with two families, children 4, 5, 7 and 7. The hotel was great! Lots of great pools, great location and really nice two bedroom room. Animation team, which was responsible for the program and especially children / kids club was great. Our kid spent 1-2 hours each day (except one) in kids club and also joined the mini disco in the evening. There were lots of great people in the animation team and our kids loved those people there. There are also really many nice restaurants near by. I can only recommend and we are already planning another trip there next summer.

We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool. The room was ideal for our family. The hotel is situated in the middle of loads of family friendly restaurants all serving delicious food and we were able to rent a car for the day easily, with access to the hotel’s free parking also.

Hotel was really clean, food lovely and can cater for all. Did not feel this hotel was value for money. Limited day time activities and a DJ once a week which was awful. For a 5 star hotel it should have better options for the evening. Also sevixe in dining rooms was poor.

Pool in the room was great!!! Staff is excellent. Amaryllis was so helpful and kind. She was so patience in booking our excursions. The only thing I would like to see if blue walls or tiles around the outdoor pool in our room. The beige is blah but otherwise we had a ball.

Loved the room and the view we got. View to the lounge bar and the adult pool. Very nice. Loved the service from the bartender at Hermes lounge bar, he was so kind and gave excellent service! Worth visiting and chat with him!🌸 Also the location was perfect, close to the beach and the night life in Platanias ❤️

Animation team, which was responsible for the program and especially children / kids club was great. Our kid spent 1-2 hours each day (except one) in kids club and also joined the mini disco in the evening. There were lots of great people in the animation team and our kids loved those people there. There are also really many nice restaurants near by. I can only recommend and we are already planning another trip there next summer.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. First of all, the hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid. Many services that should be included in a five-star hotel came with additional charges here. For example, even if you are an all-inclusive guest, you still have to pay 5 euros for one sunbed on the beach. Access to the indoor pools and sauna costs 20 euros per person, and the water park is also an extra charge. They told us that beach towels could only be changed every two days. Moreover, one of the reception staff members (not all, but this one in particular) was extremely rude. For the price we paid, we essentially just got a bed to sleep in and breakfast.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel è accogliente e il personale è molto preparato e disponibile. La spiaggia è a due passi e lungo la strada sono presenti numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Unica nota negativa: uno spiacevole fraintendimento per quanto riguarda l'all day dining, per il quale il cameriere di turno è stato molto maleducato. We stayed for four nights with all inclusive. Excellent buffets - three meals a day. Beach is very close and very kid-friendly. There are snorkelling opportunities along the stone pier on the left side of the beach. We also took a two-hour boat excursion to the nearby island, which is recommended. In general, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Rooms are modern and clean, we had a maisonette for four persons with a small balcony. Just a few areas of improvement: a) the safety lockers should be included in the price, b) there were very few power outlets in the rooms for charging and there were nowhere to hang towels in the shower room. c) it would have been nice to get a few water bottles daily to the room, as part of the all inclusive deal.

Super établissement idéalement situé, plage et piscines, proche des commerces et des restaurants. Chambres super ! Tout le personnel est très sympathique et agréable. En formule tout inclus nous avons passé 10 jours de pur plaisir.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel è accogliente e il personale è molto preparato e disponibile. La spiaggia è a due passi e lungo la strada sono presenti numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Unica nota negativa: uno spiacevole fraintendimento per quanto riguarda l'all day dining, per il quale il cameriere di turno è stato molto maleducato. Fortunatamente il resto dello staff si è dimostrato all'altezza.

Flott og veldig sentralt hotell! Ligger rett ved flott sandstrand, og mange gode lunsj- og middags restauranter. Rent og pent, med hjelpsomme ansatte. God kapasitet og utvalg ved frokosten. Et lite minus er for få solsenger ved bassengene og ved stranden.

This hotel is not a 5 star I would rate it as a 2 star. Staff is not friendly. Starting from check in everything was wrong. The day of arrival they told us that we will be going to another hotel because they don’t have rooms for us and that they upgraded our rooms to suites in a sister hotel much farther away. We were meeting at this hotel with my cousin and her husband that we haven’t seen in years, and they wouldn’t extend the offer to them as well, so of course we didn’t accept the offer. After declining, our rooms were magically available. Once we got in our rooms, there was an extra cot in both rooms so I guess those rooms were for a family of three. My kids had their own room and one day one of the staff members walked in the room without notice while my daughter was in the there, asking to remove our stuff so they could take it. This is unacceptable. The pool beds were reserved with towels and books early in the morning till evening even though no one was there. So getting beds by the pool was a challenge. Also it was not mentioned to me at anytime that in order to lounge on the beach we have to pay 7.50 euros per chair each day. For the buffet dinner we were charged 29.00 euros per person which we were unaware did not include any drinks whatsoever, not even water. If they could charge me for breathing they would. For the money I paid for this hotel, I expected higher quality. I would not go back to this hotel and I will not recommend to my family and friends.

We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool. The room was ideal for our family. The hotel is situated in the middle of loads of family friendly restaurants all serving delicious food and we were able to rent a car for the day easily, with access to the hotel’s free parking also.

Hotel was really clean, food lovely and can cater for all. Did not feel this hotel was value for money. Limited day time activities and a DJ once a week which was awful. For a 5 star hotel it should have better options for the evening. Also sevixe in dining rooms was poor.
