Riesige Hotel Anlage, viele Menschen dennoch bei der Adult only area entspannt ruhig. Das was Gestört hat war, das die Leute teilweise um 6 Uhr morgens ihre Handtücher auf die liegen getan haben, obwohl Schilder dran hängen das es nicht erlaubt sei und keinen interessiert es. Das Essen war mittelmäßig bis gut. Die Zimmer in unserem Flur hatten alle 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben waren, was in der Früh extrem laut war, wenn der Zimmerservice die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat, weil der Boden aus Fliesen besteht was nicht optimal dafür ist. Buffet war mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich viel Abwechslung aber dafür waren die a la cart Restaurants sehr gut. Der Strand war super und die Hotellage ebenfalls. Preis Leistung war würde ich sagen trotzdem gut.

Very nice hotel, very big, lots of options to sit and chill out. The best gym I have ever seen in the hotel. Very nice staff. Everything was very good. Just entertainment was little bit low quality. Thank you anyway

This is a lovely resort, really quite unique as it's like being in a village. There are 7 restaurants which is nice as you can have a different dinner experience instead of the buffet all the time. Most staff we came across were friendly and helpful, especially at the bars and reception. The staff at the Enomy main buffet restaurant were mostly okay but many staff were rude or not attentive at all (we sat waiting for cutlery and to be asked our drinks order for ages and then had to try and find someone). The facilities are great but many people still used towels to reserve sunbeds even though the resort states towels will be removed (they were not). We traveled in October half term and were very lucky with the wether. The tennis courts were great and facilities for children also enjoyable. We would definitely return.

We stayed at the Creta Maris hotel as the third leg in our Greece trip. We took the ferry from Santorini and it was about a 45 minute cab ride from the port. I would try to arrange transportation through the hotel beforehand so you can get picked up without lining up for a cab. The resort is huge, beautiful and well-maintained. There are multiple pools, bars, a la carte and buffet restaurants since it is all-inclusive. The main pool and adults-only pool were right next to the beach. There are rocks so I would bring water shoes for the beach. There are a lot of young families so I am glad we booked the adults-only room / area as we were not travelling with children. You need to get and install the Creta Maris app which I did beforehand. However, I had to email the hotel to get a code to activate the booking system. As you need to book the day before starting at 8:00 am for the a la carte restaurants on the app, this was a bit tricky. It would be helpful if the resort had a waiting list as some people don’t show up for their reservations. We really enjoyed the food at the main buffet restaurant. The bars in the central area were great with beautiful sea views but it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. The resort has some entertainment but nothing like the broadway-style shows we have seen on cruise ships. We had a great few days at the Creta Maris resort but wish we’d been able to stay a few days longer.

Wow, what a place. Really feel like you’re in Greece with the building architecture. Food is amazing (I’ve stayed at a bunch of all inclusive) fresh as could be, and actual Greek food, not just throwing stuff in a buffet. Pools r great, beach isn’t nice at all but jetskis/ paddleboars are very easy to get on, go to the stand pay and youre on usually no wait. Rooms r nice, no view in garden view but nice. VERY ACTIVE boardwalk type street around the block, many bars, adult clubs, fun things to do so great night life. No time of the day you can’t get food in the resort itself. White glasses always dirty, but drinks were good I just kept asking for paper cup. HUGGEE resort, worst part and honestky only bad part is the big hill to get back to the room, turns you off from going down to those attractions. MANY KIDS. Water park is sick kept going down the slides no line obviously. Clean as could be. Great service, room cleaned every day. Just trying to give out the negatives so people know, but there aren’t many. Was an amazing time and could live there, the single best resort I’ve ever been on.

We had a brilliant 8 nights at Creta Maris. It’s a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities. Staff were all very friendly although service in restaurants could be a little slow at times. We were upgraded to adult area rooms luckily as sun beds by the pool were a scarce resource unless you were willing to reserve them by around 7.30am every morning. I imagine it was much worse in the normal area. Evenings were very relaxed, not much in the way of entertainment, we did enjoy an evening at the outdoor cinema however. One area i was disappointed in was the gym. Equipment was ok if a little dated but it lacked space and i really wouldn’t expect a gym in a 5 star resort to be open to local weight lifters. The gym supervisor even commented that we were the only holiday makers in the gym at that time, it was 5pm in the evening! Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely go back but only if we could get rooms in the adult area again.

Really great quality and price was fair, not extreme for what we got. Brilliant staff everywhere. Main buffet restaurant variety and quality was really high, every bar and snack booth brilliant too. Finish, cleanliness and quality of furnishings all top notch too. The restaurant reservation system is *ridiculous* and risks killing the whole experience if it’s something you care about. Water park is not really “teen level” - it’s not huge but it’s ok.

The Resort was amazing! The food was excellent with a vast variety of fresh food, hot and cold, catering for all needs. The staff were friendly, helpful and carried out their job efficiently and professionally. Rooms were spotless, linen was changed regularly. We will be back!

das hotel ist sehr schön und das essen war auch lecker. leider hatte mein partner aber von irgendeinem essen eine lebensmittelvergiftung, also ist die hygiene hier nicht ganz so gut. es ist auch sehr schade, dass an den poolbars nur leitungswasser eingeschenkt wird und man für flaschenwasser trotz all in extra zahlrn muss. das leitungswasser auf kreta ist ungenießbar. auch die softdrinks werden an den poolbars mit sirup und leitungswasser gemacht. dann bietet lieber garkein leitungswasser an und schaut ob es evtl andere alternativen gibt. Ansonsten alles sauber auf der anlage. unser zimmer war aber leider nicht ganz so schön und die dusche leider dreckig (vor allem der duschkopf total verkalkt und spritzte in alle richtungen) auch fremde haare klebten am duschkopf. ich würde sagen eher ein 4 sterne hotel. wiederkommen würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht.

Das Essen war fantastisch! Wir haben ein nettes kostenloses Upgade zu einem „Sea View“ Zimmer erhalten. Leider werden die Pools nicht regelmässig gereinigt und daher hat es relativ viel Sand drin. Ausserdem wurde unser Zimmer wirklich nur grob oberflächlich gereinigt.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service! Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig und alles ist sehr sauber! Auch die Essensauswahl ist fantastisch. Wir werden bestimmt eines Tages wiederkommen!!!

The pools are crystal-clear and plentiful, so there’s always a perfect spot to relax. The bars serve fantastic drinks in a great atmosphere, and the staff are simply outstanding — warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. We’re genuinely sad to be leaving and can’t wait to come back again. 💙

Staff is above average, property is amazing, rooms need to be upgraded. Property is in an excellent location with great views and access to the private beach. Dining options are good, I would have said excellent but for the fact that I was booked for my first meal at a very mediocre restaurant ( which put me off ) However for the rest of my stay the restaurants there are very upscale and offer good quality food. With an all inclusive resort some of it’s policies are weird, like going out of the way to get cocktails, closing the facilities like the gym and other activities on Sunday, paying for specific drinks etc. The resort has easy access to many outdoor activities like bball, tennis, soccer, bouche ball and other games.

Riesige Hotel Anlage, viele Menschen dennoch bei der Adult only area entspannt ruhig. Die Zimmer in unserem Flur hatten alle 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben waren, was in der Früh extrem laut war, wenn der Zimmerservice die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat, weil der Boden aus Fliesen besteht was nicht optimal dafür ist. Buffet war mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich viel Abwechslung aber dafür waren die a la cart Restaurants sehr gut. Der Strand war super und die Hotellage ebenfalls. Preis Leistung war würde ich sagen trotzdem gut.

We stayed at the Creta Maris hotel as the third leg in our Greece trip. We took the ferry from Santorini and it was about a 45 minute cab ride from the port. I would try to arrange transportation through the hotel beforehand so you can get picked up without lining up for a cab. The resort is huge, beautiful and well-maintained. There are multiple pools, bars, a la carte and buffet restaurants since it is all-inclusive. The main pool and adults-only pool were right next to the beach. There are rocks so I would bring water shoes for the beach. There are a lot of young families so I am glad we booked the adults-only room / area as we were not travelling with children. You need to get and install the Creta Maris app which I did beforehand. However, I had to email the hotel to get a code to activate the booking system. As you need to book the day before starting at 8:00 am for the a la carte restaurants on the app, this was a bit tricky. It would be helpful if the resort had a waiting list as some people don’t show up for their reservations. We really enjoyed the food at the main buffet restaurant. The bars in the central area were great with beautiful sea views but it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. The resort has some entertainment but nothing like the broadway-style shows we have seen on cruise ships. We had a great few days at the Creta Maris resort but wish we’d been able to stay a few days longer.

Das Zimmer ist sehr alt. Das Essen meistens super. Personal freundlich. Ich würde es als gutes 4 Stern Hotel bezeichnen. Wenn man eine Liege am Pool möchte, muss man um etwa 7 Uhr aufstehen, und braucht auch dann noch glück. Die Liegen werden immer besetzt, den Mitarbeitern ist es egal.

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr kinderfreundlich. Die verschiedenen Restaurants sind sehr angenehm und machen sehr gutes Essen. Ein Restaurant hat auch erst Kinder ab 12 zugelassen. Der Strand sauber jedoch im Wasser steinig (Schuhe!). Rezeption ist 24h da und sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer (3048) war oben, neben dem allgemeinen Restaurant und daher zu Essenszeiten lauter. Auch der Lüfter von der Küche hinterließ untertags Geräusche. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und kostenfrei. Alles da für einen sehr schönen, nullproblemo“ Urlaub.

Excellent property, clean, A LOT of food options, drinks, etc. Big, comfortable suites. There are a lot fo activities on site so you never have to leave, but if you do want to explore, Hersonissos port and town are within a short waling distance. The only negatives are that the dining staff sometimes was not very nice and we felt like we inconvenienced them if we came in towards the end of the meal times. Service was slow at times, which is understandable given the huge number of people that were being served at one time. Cleaning staff was top notch, and there were many small touches that added up to a great experience - a letter from the manager upon arrival, wine, fruit and snacks in the room, handwritten notes from evening cleaning staff. All in all, a very nice resort with lots to offer.

Deluxe ocean view was only visible from the patio. We killed 17 mosquitoes the first night to clear the room. Property was gorgeous and amenities were always around. Cleanliness of other guests were not so clean. Guests would leave trash and cigarette butts around for staff to clean up.

The hotel makes you feel like a movie star from the minute you walk in. You are greeted by the concierge staff and they made my entire family feel important and supported. Our rooms and views were amazing, the beaches and pools are fantastic and the all inclusive restaurants and drinks are all top notch! Eva and Aleksandra are incredible. Our stay was more than we all hoped for and we would highly recommend Creta Maris to anyone and would love to come back again and again!!!

This is a lovely resort, really quite unique as it's like being in a village. There are 7 restaurants which is nice as you can have a different dinner experience instead of the buffet all the time. Most staff we came across were friendly and helpful, especially at the bars and reception. The staff at the Enomy main buffet restaurant were mostly okay but many staff were rude or not attentive at all (we sat waiting for cutlery and to be asked our drinks order for ages and then had to try and find someone). The facilities are great but many people still used towels to reserve sunbeds even though the resort states towels will be removed (they were not). We traveled in October half term and were very lucky with the wether. The tennis courts were great and facilities for children also enjoyable. We would definitely return.

We’ve stayed at this resort 2 years in a row. Each time was sublime. The staff are all so professional and friendly. The food was delicious and the service is amazing. The pools are outstanding and private beach is super clean! The detail that goes into running the resort is top notch. Reception staff are so helpful and housekeeps ensured the rooms were spotless and even managed to bring character and connection without being customer facing. We got engaged this year at the resort and we will re-visit again and again. The entertainment is 10/10 for adults and kids and the outdoor cinema was such a nice touch. The food courts and snacks bars were also amazing.We recommend Geri for employee of the month for excellent service over the course of our 10 day stay.He did such a good job and making us feel welcome and known.More staff who stood out during our stay were Zambia in the buffet restaurant, she was so caring and friendly and always so happy to be of service. Harris at the adult bar was also super friendly and delivered great service every time. Manos who was based at the gyros bar during our stay was so welcome and accommodating. And George who was a waiter at multiple restaurants had a really good engagement with all the customers and was really approachable. The views across the resort are jaw dropping every time and we recommend this resort as an absolute must visit. Not too far from the airport either. And the decor was beautiful throughout! We will be back! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Creta Maris. Beautiful beach area, great staff, and the food was wonderful. On our first night when we showed up late from the airport, the staff kept the buffet open late so we could get some food after our long travel. Their mobile app is convenient for booking restaurant reservations and reserving activities such as tennis. A location feature would be a helpful addition to their app to quickly figure out where you (the resort is quite large). Also, I was hoping to play beach volleyball but there was no net, I would recommend the hotel to add one for the guests. Overall 5/5, would recommend staying here if you're going to Crete.

Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces and should be able to go every night and not one restaurants per week. If it is all inclusive I should be able to go to a restaurant as many times as I want during my stay and it shouldn't be through the app. 6. There should be a snack bar or even a few with real snacks, like sandwiches and crisps and chocolate. These are just some ideas so make the place even more perfect Thanks for everything

We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent service, amazing sea view, food slightly salty, but the crème brûlée was a highlight. Desserts overall are large and satisfying. Pool bar snacks weren’t great, but drinks and cocktails were excellent – perfect for sunny poolside moments. Our room had a partial sea view and the resort is beautiful, with lots of photo spots. There’s a private beach, plenty of pools, and activities you can book easily through their app. I suggest staying at least 3 days. With 4 or 5 nights, you can also explore the town. Overall, it’s not super luxury, but it’s a great fit for families and covers a wide range of needs. Recommended.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service! Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig und alles ist sehr sauber! Auch die Essensauswahl ist fantastisch. Wir werden bestimmt eines Tages wiederkommen!!!

Ik vond het een plezierige verblijf, ligging was mooi en goed ambiance. Alhoewel heb ik wel een paar punten om toe te voegen; restaurant merk je dat er toch meer obers nodig zijn vanwege de drukte, een keer gingen wij aan de andere kant van kleine restaurant een drankje doen bij de zee, ontbijt service bleek nog niet open te zijn maar de deur was open om Koffie te pakken , we werden op een onvriendelijke manier toegesproken dat ontbijt service nog niet open was( 4 min daarna ging het open ) en daar werden we op aangesproken maar heel onvriendelijk terwijl we alleen koffie wilde pakken en genieten van het uitzicht. Ik had geboekt voor een Deluxe room met zeezicht , alleen de bedden waren veel ste klein en oud , Deluxe kan ik het zeker niet noemen , op de uitzicht na. Verder was het eten ruime keuze en smaakvol. Qua fruit was het elke dag hetzelfde met niet veel keuze. Juice bar en salade bar elke dag hetzelfde en niet veel keus. Spa was goed, massages waren goed. Kapper was erg amateuristisch voor een wasbeurt en blow dry, dit allemaal voor een 5 sterren resort hebben ze echt wel verbeterpunten. Bedden op het strand de asbakken werden niet echt schoongemaakt als we volgende ochtend weer onze handdoeken er wilde neerzetten. Ligging is erg mooi met mooie uitzicht, en op loopafstand van het centrum. Accommodatie is schoon en netjes. Personeel receptie inchecken en uitschenken vriendelijk.

Ik had geboekt voor een Deluxe room met zeezicht , alleen de bedden waren veel ste klein en oud , Deluxe kan ik het zeker niet noemen , op de uitzicht na. Verder was het eten ruime keuze en smaakvol. Qua fruit was het elke dag hetzelfde met niet veel keuze. Juice bar en salade bar elke dag hetzelfde en niet veel keus. Spa was goed, massages waren goed. Kapper was erg amateuristisch voor een wasbeurt en blow dry, dit allemaal voor een 5 sterren resort hebben ze echt wel verbeterpunten. Bedden op het strand de asbakken werden niet echt schoongemaakt als we volgende ochtend weer onze handdoeken er wilde neerzetten. Ligging is erg mooi met mooie uitzicht, en op loopafstand van het centrum. Accommodatie is schoon en netjes. Personeel receptie inchecken en uitschenken vriendelijk.

We stayed at the Creta Maris hotel as the third leg in our Greece trip. We took the ferry from Santorini and it was about a 45 minute cab ride from the port. I would try to arrange transportation through the hotel beforehand so you can get picked up without lining up for a cab. The resort is huge, beautiful and well-maintained. There are multiple pools, bars, a la carte and buffet restaurants since it is all-inclusive. The main pool and adults-only pool were right next to the beach. There are rocks so I would bring water shoes for the beach. There are a lot of young families so I am glad we booked the adults-only room / area as we were not travelling with children. You need to get and install the Creta Maris app which I did beforehand. However, I had to email the hotel to get a code to activate the booking system. As you need to book the day before starting at 8:00 am for the a la carte restaurants on the app, this was a bit tricky. It would be helpful if the resort had a waiting list as some people don’t show up for their reservations. We really enjoyed the food at the main buffet restaurant. The bars in the central area were great with beautiful sea views but it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. The resort has some entertainment but nothing like the broadway-style shows we have seen on cruise ships. We had a great few days at the Creta Maris resort but wish we’d been able to stay a few days longer.

Wow, what a place. Really feel like you’re in Greece with the building architecture. Food is amazing (I’ve stayed at a bunch of all inclusive) fresh as could be, and actual Greek food, not just throwing stuff in a buffet. Pools r great, beach isn’t nice at all but jetskis/ paddleboars are very easy to get on, go to the stand pay and youre on usually no wait. Rooms r nice, no view in garden view but nice. VERY ACTIVE boardwalk type street around the block, many bars, adult clubs, fun things to do so great night life. No time of the day you can’t get food in the resort itself. White glasses always dirty, but drinks were good I just kept asking for paper cup. HUGGEE resort, worst part and honestky only bad part is the big hill to get back to the room, turns you off from going down to those attractions. MANY KIDS. Excellent property, clean, A LOT of food options, drinks, etc. Big, comfortable suites. There are a lot fo activities on site so you never have to leave, but if you do want to explore, Hersonissos port and town are within a short waling distance. The only negatives are that the dining staff sometimes was not very nice and we felt like we inconvenienced them if we came in towards the end of the meal times. Service was slow at times, which is understandable given the huge number of people that were being served at one time. Cleaning staff was top notch, and there were many small touches that added up to a great experience - a letter from the manager upon arrival, wine, fruit and snacks in the room, handwritten notes from evening cleaning staff. All in all, a very nice resort with lots to offer.

We choose the hotel because of its location to the sea. The hotel itself is a small village. The restaurants were great and delicious. The drinks at the bar great. Every night were some entertainings. We loved the day activities, especially the watergym where we went twice a day. We havent set a foot outside the hotel which means how great the hotel was. The sea was a bit wavy but there were lots of sunbeds and around the pools as well. Would totally recommend.

Now worst part it is all inclusive resort where first time I saw wine from the tap. Poor quality wine and from tap you are disrespecting wine and it is not fresh. The whiskey low grade. Compared to other similar or better resorts the room tariffs are much higher.

Riesige Hotel Anlage, viele Menschen dennoch bei der Adult only area entspannt ruhig. Das was Gestört hat war, das die Leute teilweise um 6 Uhr morgens ihre Handtücher auf die liegen getan haben, obwohl Schilder dran hängen das es nicht erlaubt sei und keinen interessiert es. Das Essen war mittelmäßig bis gut. Die Zimmer in unserem Flur hatten alle 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben waren, was in der Früh extrem laut war, wenn der Zimmerservice die Zimmer sauber gemacht hat, weil der Boden aus Fliesen besteht was nicht optimal dafür ist. Overall, we had a lovely time – a much-needed, relaxing family vacation that allowed us to recharge. The hotel is beautifully designed like a Greek village, charming and pleasant to walk around. There are plenty of pools, so there’s no need to fight over sunbeds by the main pool. The staff was (mostly) friendly, and the hotel itself is very clean, well-kept, and nicely maintained. The biggest downside for us was the food, which was, to put it mildly, not tasty. It’s honestly surprising that even something as simple as an omelet could turn out poorly… To be frank, this really affected our experience, especially since we couldn’t leave the hotel to eat elsewhere and had paid a significant amount to enjoy the “all-inclusive” package. The à la carte restaurants were somewhat better, but it was very frustrating to have to wake up early just to book a spot through the app in order to secure a place at the better ones. Another point that could be improved is the afternoon activities for kids – there weren’t enough engaging options to keep them entertained during those hours. That being said, the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the pools, and the overall family time together. With improvements in the food and children’s activities, this could easily become a perfect vacation spot.

Hi, unfortunately, there were a few points that affected our stay, and I would like to address them. Shortly after our arrival, we noticed that some restaurants and food stations – such as the döner and smoothie stands – were closed during our stay. This occurred without prior notice, neither in the hotel app nor through your staff. An early announcement of limited service times would have helped us better plan our meals and refreshments. In addition, I got attacked by a huge dog in the late afternoon obviously without any owner - was very surprised that this could happen in a 5* hotel and that there was at 5 in the afternoon no guard or so from the hotel watching the beach. Overall I‘m therefore disappointed especially that so many of the hotel‘s offers, including in our last few days all (!!!) beach bars were closed. What comes on top is the fact that the liquids they they had in original Aperol and Campari bottles were definitely no original Campari or Aperols, but cheap copies ! This is clearly fraud in the EU and I thing of providing this information to Campari SPA, as I‘m closely related to the company that owns also the Aperol brand …. I‘m curious on what you think about this and if we get back of our price, which I think is applicable. Robert

We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent service, amazing sea view, food slightly salty, but the crème brûlée was a highlight. Desserts overall are large and satisfying. Pool bar snacks weren’t great, but drinks and cocktails were excellent – perfect for sunny poolside moments. Our room had a partial sea view and the resort is beautiful, with lots of photo spots. There’s a private beach, plenty of pools, and activities you can book easily through their app. I suggest staying at least 3 days. With 4 or 5 nights, you can also explore the town. Overall, it’s not super luxury, but it’s a great fit for families and covers a wide range of needs. Recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Creta Maris! 🌞 The resort exceeded every expectation — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. The restaurants offer something for everyone, from delicious local dishes to international favourites, all cooked to perfection. The pools are crystal-clear and plentiful, so there’s always a perfect spot to relax. The bars serve fantastic drinks in a great atmosphere, and the staff are simply outstanding — warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile.
