This hotel is beautifully decorated and surrounded by water and hills. It has an amazing pool and beach area and large outdoor terrace for food/cocktails. As most everywhere around here, bathrooms are tiny. But otherwise great.

The spa is in really bad condition. The spa manager who greeted us was extremely nice and I feel bad for her because the product is so poor. The reception had a huge brown/black dripping mold stain on the ceiling. The main pool area had dirt and grime stuck to the side tiles that you could wipe off with your fingers and was pretty disgusting. Almost all the lights were out or not working. The steps were stained under water. The steel poles for the water falls were rusted, the steam room floor was stained and had hair all over and one of the faucets was broken and the door knob to get out of the spa was so rusted I cut my finger on it trying to get out. The bathroom showers in both men and women’s were leaking and had no soap or shampoo. And the men’s bathroom was slippery and pooling water where you walk around and was dirty. Honestly it shows that management really doesn’t care about upkeeping the spa and it is really sad because it could be such a beautiful space. Just my two cents.

I chose this property because it looked like it was near the airport, but it was a 20 minute drive. The check in took a long time and then we had to wait for a golf cart to bring us to our room. The room left a lot to be desired. It was very dated and needed some repairs. The door handle to the outside door fell off when we walked in. There was a private little pool on our balcony, but it wasn’t useable because the water was ice cold.

This is a resort a 25 to 30 mins drive from ATH intl airport. Very nice property, great ocean and hills views, great swimming pools and sunbathing chairs and tiki umbrellas. Great food, many options for included breakfest. Cons: no shuttle available from/to airport.

Stayed 3 nights as a family of 4 at the Dolce. Positives: - location scenery is stunning - room was spacious - pool and beach facilities were convenient and excellent - worth spending lots of time relaxing in - enjoyed our lunch by the pool side Negatives: - building showing it’s age and in disrepair in some places - cleanliness of some facilities were poor - main pool was too deep for children (not signposted) and no lifeguard visible after 6pm - staff were not the friendliest… had a short circuit/power cut in our room… called reception who did not pick up until about 3rd time ringing for 2 minutes… said was going to speak to a colleague, but nothing was done. Had to fix it myself in the end by accessing the room’s circuit breaker. - was stung numerous times by mosquitoes during dinner at the Amos restaurant. Maybe should consider using some kind of incense or repellent… Overall, I would say it was an OK stay… can understand its 5 star rating for the quantity of facilities, if not the overall quality.

It was ok. Check in was rough. He was doing multiple things for multiple people and missed a lot. Such as giving us a map or explaining how all inclusive works. Ended up paying for our first lunch because he didn’t give us bracelets or tell us what was included. Which is only the buffet and one bar. Our shower flooded within a couple minutes of being on. Had issues a couple times with no hot water. There were also two days where they cleared the beach of chairs and we couldn’t sit on the beach. Also couldn’t get towels the first day because they weren’t cleaning them. Beach was pretty dirty with debris and cigarettes. Overall, shocked it’s 5 stars.

For a 5star I expected more. It was beauitiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was great! However, upon closer inspection it was noticeable the property was run down in areas (ei: broken walk ways, small bathroom/showers need remodeling). The gym was not what you expect at a 5-star hotel.

We enjoyed the water view and the beach seating at this resort. We did not like our rooms conditions. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the bed had hair and weird stains covering it. We also asked for an early check in as we arrived at 10AM and they said they would call us when our room was ready, they never called us and we waited until after 3PM to get our room. Normally this would not bother me at all, as check in time is three, but the resort was completely dead, and we only saw three other families out whole time there. So it was a bit disappointing.

Here unexpectedly due to another day at Athens from Air Canada strike. Overall property was very nice. A bit older but pretty. Didnt dine onsite, but did use the pool bar. Main pool was a bit dirty, but pool area was nice. Room was good. All staff seemed pleasant and friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly under construction—there was sheet rock dust all over the floor, bathroom, and even on the mirror. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we requested assistance with our bags because there are multiple levels of stairs to climb, but no one ever showed up. We waited for 30 minutes until we had to carry the bags ourselves, or we would have missed our ride to the airport. The “all-inclusive” package turned out to be a gimmick and a complete waste of money. It only included the buffet, which served awful food, and the alcohol was of such low quality that it made our stomachs hurt. While the view was beautiful and the private pools were clean, the dining experience was very underwhelming. The pool bar restaurant food was mediocre at best (5/10), and the upstairs restaurant served the exact same menu, offering no variety at all. The only redeeming feature was the stunning view, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading all-inclusive package.

While the area around the hotel is very nice the hotel itself seems very run down. Our room (a bungelo) was small and dirty. A cockroach greeted us upon our arrival. We only stayed for one night so our review is short.

Way overpriced, only one restaurant open and at specific times, no entertainment offered. None of this was disclosed on website when booking! pool was so dirty nobody went in. All inclusive cost so much and couldn’t use it on a la carte or room service!!! I actually lost money on it. Front desk did not answer phone calls

Breakfast looked good but tasted stale. 5 eur for a freddo cappuccino or else stick to the instant coffee from machine. Hotel presents lovely but rooms need a good scrub and dusting. Saw bugs in bungalow room. As well they need to install fixtures properly and make proper repairs as needed.

Rooms are dirty. Shower has mold. Walls are dirty. Floors are dirty. Checked for bed bugs but didn’t find any signs so we stayed one night. Buffet was wonderful for breakfast and dinner at the hotel was good. The view is amazing. You just need to get over it being so dirty.

The room was small and crammed with too much furniture. The bedside light didn’t work. The grout on the trim in the bathroom was a mess and unfinished. The bathroom door was made of frosted glass and made a loud cracking sound when opened or closed. The maintenance crew did fix it when we brought it to their attention. Lambrose, at the front desk, was the best part of our stay, with his kind patience and listening to our complaints and doing his best to solve them and make us happy. The nightstand drawers were off the runners and did not work; the closet door was also off the runners and did not work. $35 per person for the buffet was very pricey and forced us to go out into the town to get dinner. The silver lining was the Cozy Beach Bar, where we were welcomed like old friends, and served promptly with delicious food, including the cozy burger, which was right up there with the top 10 burgers of all time.

The bathroom door was made of frosted glass and made a loud cracking sound when opened or closed. The maintenance crew did fix it when we brought it to their attention. Lambrose, at the front desk, was the best part of our stay, with his kind patience and listening to our complaints and doing his best to solve them and make us happy. The nightstand drawers were off the runners and did not work; the closet door was also off the runners and did not work. $35 per person for the buffet was very pricey and forced us to go out into the town to get dinner. The silver lining was the Cozy Beach Bar, where we were welcomed like old friends, and served promptly with delicious food, including the cozy burger, which was right up there with the top 10 burgers of all time.

We traveled with 3 other couples and paid the same price for a room upgrade for a sea view but our room was the smallest and had the worst sea view. There were not enough chairs in our room and the floor was very. dirty. We also had less storage space compared to the others we traveled with. We also had a view of trash cans.

The hotel is dated and is inaccessible if you are in any way handicapped—lots of stairs and lacking elevators. The pool area ran out of towels early and never replaced them. Our air conditioner did not function properly and the rooms are dated and small. The photos make it look much better than it is.

Wonderful property. Rooms with private pools was nice to see. The complex is pretty big and beautifully designed. The regular room which I booked because everything else with private pools were sold out was very small. The room was advertised as a king or 2 double bed but got 2 single beds put together which I was not expecting. The bathroom was really small as well and needed some maintenance (the paint from the ceiling was peeling off over the tub), also one of the side reading lamp next to the bed was broken. Elevators again are like a box and look more like a small freight lift than what we are used to in terms of elevators in North America. The customer service was lacking, not very warm in terms of greeting people. However, great family hotel/resort. There were mainly families there and the resort has a great pool and ground facilities. All guests (children) seemed to have great fun. They have pool towel service so make sure you get your towel cards (they forgot to give me mine at check-in). Note that the main pool is small for the size of the resort so come down early for a spot by the pool. They also have a beach which was great. Lounge chairs are free and most are on grass while others are on the sand. With the heat soaring to 38degrees Celsius grass was my favourite. They have lots of extras for a fee (water sports like wind surfing paddle planks etc) Also have a floating playground which looked like lots of fun. Great place but not luxury VIP resort I’m used to.

The room left a lot to be desired. It was very dated and needed some repairs. The door handle to the outside door fell off when we walked in. There was a private little pool on our balcony, but it wasn’t useable because the water was ice cold.

This hotel is located in the most beautiful place in the world. It was designed by the worst architect in the world, very poor human engineering. Narrow and triangular rooms, a bathroom designed in an unwise and even dangerous way (you can easily fall in the bath, even though the bathroom was recently renovated, the planning is not good). The passage in the room is very narrow with 2 very narrow beds (even though I ordered one large bed). The price is very expensive for the level of the room, when I asked for an upgrade to a room with a view they asked me for an extra 50 euros. I wanted to enter the indoor pool: there was a water leak at the entrance, the pool was not heated, for the entrance they asked me for an extra 30 euros per person (there were no people in the pool and spa - of course). We stayed here one night before our departure flight. The lobby looks great but the elevators look like they were from 20 years ago. The room we had was also tiny. You have to walk to spa with a ticket to get pool tools. There property map is also not updated as there was no kids club. With that said, my family did enjoy the Japanese food served at one of their restaurants.

I really enjoyed the service of the staff. Aggeliki, Katerina, and Andriana were more than willing to accommodate my needs. Throughout my requests, they ensured I was satisfied to the fullest extent. Since we attended during the Greek Easter weekend (May), we got to experience the cultural traditions, fireworks, and Greek meals that most tourists may not experience! I would highly recommend this property ! The location is incredibly beautiful ! Had one small issue at check-in, but thanks to the manager Anna, it was taken care of immediately. She was absolutely fantastic ! Food was wonderful as well ! All staff were so friendly, and able to teach us some Greek as well. Definitely coming back ! 5 stars on our stay !

The Operations Manager Anna was very kind and made sure to check in with us almost daily during our week long stay to make sure we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and catered to our every whim. The place is spectacular with the biggest pool of any resort I have ever been to and of course a wonderful seaside beach. The Buffett was great for both lunch and dinner in a huge dining hall. Won’t hesitate to return.

Called the property to try and resolve a booking issue, was not helped at all by an elderly lady at the front desk and had to figure it out online, thankfully we were able to book. We got to the property and upon checking in we noticed the sliding door was broken to the patio, called the front desk to let them know so we could lock the door before going to sleep, and the same elderly lady at the front desk was extremely rude to us. Also in Greece there are a million good food options but because of the distance of this hotel from other restaurants, we weren’t able to get food easily so we ended up at the hotel’s buffet. It was disgusting. Flys all over the food, terrible selection of food, a very lousy experience. I’m glad we only stayed for one night, for this we will not be returning to this property.

The staff, the room, the beach were all great. This is a wonderful place to stay for me when arriving or leaving Greece. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra at the front desk. There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest. She was patient and competent. The hotel should be happy to have her. Rick Callahan.

It was ok. Check in was rough. He was doing multiple things for multiple people and missed a lot. Such as giving us a map or explaining how all inclusive works. Ended up paying for our first lunch because he didn’t give us bracelets or tell us what was included. Which is only the buffet and one bar. Our shower flooded within a couple minutes of being on. Had issues a couple times with no hot water. There were also two days where they cleared the beach of chairs and we couldn’t sit on the beach. Also couldn’t get towels the first day because they weren’t cleaning them. Beach was pretty dirty with debris and cigarettes. Overall, shocked it’s 5 stars.

We loved the surrounding views of the sea and the mountains; the property is absolutely beautiful. What really surprised us is that, unlike advertised in Expedia, the property is NOT 3.4 miles from the airport; it's 25 miles by auto. This was very disappointing, as we had booked the hotel for its proximity to the airport due to a 6:35 AM departure.

Will start with the negatives: It’s misleading to be called an airport hotel because it’s very far from the airport and in the middle of nowhere. The only transportation from the airport is by a taxi. It would cost you around 80 Euros just for a round trip taxi from and to the airport. Even though I saw a flight crew in the hotel, it’s not a convenient place for a business man especially in winter. The restaurant is very costly and has a limited food menu. On the other hand the facility is huge and could be perfect for a family summer vacation at the beach. The staff are very kind and helpful. And the breakfast buffet which was included in my stay was very good. Due to the very limited transportation which also very costly, I will not stay again in this hotel.

Beautiful views from the property. The room was nice but the actual property seemed dated. Pool was very nice but cold at the time. We got into the sea which had a decent set up. Would not want to stay there for a long time as it’s not near much.

Nous avons trouvé le personnel à la réception peu accueillant ( le premier contact ne fût pas du tout chaleureux) - par contre, nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons bien apprécié le buffet du soir. Le bras de mer est très agréable; les jardins avec les chaises longues tout autant et la vue de la terrasse du restaurant superbe. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Il faut savoir qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers; nous avons été un peu surpris mais on nous a attribué une chambre avec petite piscine (bien agréable) à un bel emplacement dans la grande structure de l'hôtel.

Way overpriced, only one restaurant open and at specific times, no entertainment offered. None of this was disclosed on website when booking! pool was so dirty nobody went in. The buffet provided a variety of Greek foods that were delicious. However, flies will surround the meats if you get there late. If you are not a cat lover and allergic to them, don’t go to the outdoor restaurant. The food is good but several strays cats are at your table side begging for food.

My wife and were on a Greek vacation, and picked this as a "3 start hotel near the Athems airport. What we got was amazing! On the Med in a cove for calm refeshing water. The pool complex was amazing. The grounds were amazing, plenty of pool and beach chairs. The restuatruantr for dinner was buffet style and it was out-of-this world.

The hotel was very convenient in terms of being close to the airport. Their food options are very pricey and not very good. We came late in the evening and got buffet style food for 25 euro per person, but it was over priced for the quality of food they offered. Also, we just wanted a muffin and a coffee for breakfast, they only had 28 euro per person buffet and nothing else as breakfast option. The place is ok, but you need to strategize with the food. Also rooms don’t look as big as on photo, we got an option for a queen size bed and a bunkbed. It was good in terms of price, but not all that in terms of cleaniness.

We came late in the evening and got buffet style food for 25 euro per person, but it was over priced for the quality of food they offered. Also, we just wanted a muffin and a coffee for breakfast, they only had 28 euro per person buffet and nothing else as breakfast option. The place is ok, but you need to strategize with the food. Also rooms don’t look as big as on photo, we got an option for a queen size bed and a bunkbed. It was good in terms of price, but not all that in terms of cleaniness.

The resort was beautiful. Right when you enter the lobby there is exquisite tile work and a beautiful aesthetic. I had a massage at the spa and it was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the pool, beach area and the ocean. Excellent location. Downsides: We purchased the 'all-inclusive' package, but it wasn't actually all-inclusive. We were only allowed to get alcohol from one bar that was off the beaten path and the drinks were horrendous. Not to mention, the staff running that tiny shack weren't even bartenders. We could also only eat at the buffet restaurant. Super inconvenient when were at the pool as we would have to walk all the way up the hill change, go eat, change and go back to the pool. The food in the buffet was delicious. The website also makes it seem like water activities like kayaking are included, they are not. It was fine for a two night stay, but I would have been very annoyed if I stayed there any longer.

The staff were friendly enough and the room and amenities in it were adequate. The food was surprisingly not good. We had spent 10 nights in Greece before this final night before our flight out and it was a disappointment. It was also very overpriced for what it was. We had a club sandwich at lunch and there was hardly any chicken in the sandwich. The breakfast buffet only had hard boiled eggs at 7:45. Closer to 8 when we had to leave to catch our flight it looked like a cook might have been setting up an omelette station. The food was the worst we had in Greece and the most expensive.

This hotel was amazing. We came as a family but would also be great for solo people. Beautiful lake, amazing pool. The staff was incredibly accommodating and so nice. The scenery out of this world. Very close to Athens airport. Would deff stay here again.
