Excellent location - the hotel is on the beach front along a strip of hotels and restaurants, but most of the rooms are set back. This strip is about a 5 minute walk from the main strip walk so it is a really convenient location. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for €12 but there are other restaurants/hotels that offer beds for the same price. The hotel gives you beach/pool towels and you pay €2 is you want them changed during your stay. The room was spacious and quiet and we were given a room upgrade which was amazing as we were on our honeymoon. We had an outdoor spa and loungers on a spacious terrace. It was a very private space and we felt very secluded, with a lovely view of the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and warm each morning and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa which was okay but the services were offered in a pushy way, as was the feedback

Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit Halbpension in diesen Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool, was schön war und von der Größe okay. Essen war gut und ausgiebig (auch viel vegetarisch). Die Massagen im Spa sind sehr angenehm, wir waren bei Paulos. Zum Strand geht man 1-2 Minuten, 2 Liegen + Schirm kosten 10€. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung! Im Mai waren schon viele Gäste im Hotel, was man beim Essen zu Stoßzeiten bemerkt hat.

Sympa et bien placé pour se rendre à la plage ou en ville. Les appartements avec jacuzzi c est pas mal, Par contre pas de piscine SPA et l'acces hamam est payant!! Au resto, pas de boissons gratuite même pas de l eau !!, le prix des boissons rest correcte cela dit. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas gouteux par contre les desserts sont super bon.

Nous avons réservé pour 10j, sur les photos on nous montre que les belles photos. Les alentours de l’hôtel laissent à désirer. Le petit déjeune manque de variété. Cependant le personnel est très agréable sauf pour le serveur piscine.. et les femmes de chambre font très bien leur travail. Le spa est très bien. Hôtel correct!

Pleasant smart looking hotel. Eco friendly, with good showering facilities both in and out of the room. Food generally good with a variety of options, although drinks are an additional charge. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Ambiente im Hotel war sehr schön. Einige stellen in unserem Hotelzimmer waren ein wenig abgenutzt und die Wände hatten ein paar Macken. Sonst war alles gut!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, heel proper en het ontbijtbuffet was meer dan genoeg keuze. Aan het zwembad was het heel rustig, vlotte bediening. Slaapkamer was warm , je moest de hele tijd de arco laten draaien om het aangenaam te houden, deze blies direct op het bed wat niet aangenaam was. Buiten het hotel. Centrum is vlakbij met veel eetgelegenheden. De zee is mooi,maar zit vol stenen en rotsen waardoor het heel moeilijk is om ongehavend te gaan zwemmen. Dit was jammer als je net voor het zwemmen in de zee komt. Toffe vakantie gehad.

Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est neuf, tout est propre, calme, équipé avec goût. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très serviable. Je remercie Rena; Konstantina ; Joulia; Panagiotis et surtout Kallia pour tout ce qu'elle a fait pour moi et mes excursions. Les repas étaient divins j'ai tout adoré... Le seul bémol c'est qu'on nous a coupé l'eau chaude le jour de notre départ et nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche alors que nous avions 21h de trajet et en plus le matin de notre départ la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et on n'a même pas bu boire de café. Inutile de vous dire que notre rétour a été très difficile. Donc à part le jour de notre départ tout était parfait. Sammya Hassini

Unsere Deluxe Suite mit Meerblick war einfach ein Traum. Die Lage direkt am Strand war perfekt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker und vor allem die große Dessertauswahl war spitze!

Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Der eigene Whirlpool war das Beste in unserem Urlaub. Das Personal sowie der Service waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Der Strand vorm Hotel war sauber aber drin sind sehr große Steine also barfuß nicht möglich rein zu laufen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele naheliegende Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Die Kleinstadt Cheronissos ist sehr belebt. Also wenn man Party mag ist der Ort genau richtig.

Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better.

Essen war gut und ausgiebig (auch viel vegetarisch). Die Massagen im Spa sind sehr angenehm, wir waren bei Paulos. Zum Strand geht man 1-2 Minuten, 2 Liegen + Schirm kosten 10€. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung! Im Mai waren schon viele Gäste im Hotel, was man beim Essen zu Stoßzeiten bemerkt hat.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, heel proper en het ontbijtbuffet was meer dan genoeg keuze. Aan het zwembad was het heel rustig, vlotte bediening. Slaapkamer was warm , je moest de hele tijd de arco laten draaien om het aangenaam te houden, deze blies direct op het bed wat niet aangenaam was. Buiten het hotel. Centrum is vlakbij met veel eetgelegenheden. De zee is mooi,maar zit vol stenen en rotsen waardoor het heel moeilijk is om ongehavend te gaan zwemmen. Dit was jammer als je net voor het zwemmen in de zee komt. Toffe vakantie gehad.

The hotel has an ideal location and is very easy to reach by car. You can get to Malia, Agios Nikolaos or Heraklion very quickly. The water park is also very close by. The hotel is surrounded by a huge promenade with many tavernas. However, it is located in the background which makes sleeping very pleasant. The rooms in the new building are very spacious with a huge balcony. The staff was very good and always helpful. We especially noticed that the general manager himself was working, which for us reflected a good working atmosphere. The food was very varied every day and there was always something special. I am very happy to recommend the hotel to others, as we had absolutely nothing to complain about and had a lovely stay.

Excellent location - the hotel is on the beach front along a strip of hotels and restaurants, but most of the rooms are set back. This strip is about a 5 minute walk from the main strip walk so it is a really convenient location. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for €12 but there are other restaurants/hotels that offer beds for the same price. The hotel gives you beach/pool towels and you pay €2 is you want them changed during your stay. The room was spacious and quiet and we were given a room upgrade which was amazing as we were on our honeymoon. We had an outdoor spa and loungers on a spacious terrace. It was a very private space and we felt very secluded, with a lovely view of the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and warm each morning and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa which was okay but the services were offered in a pushy way, as was the feedback

The staff are what male this place so incredible. Don't get me wrong, the location and facilities and food are all amazing. But by far the most wonderful, genuine and funny people work here. The girls at the front desk were so helpful every single day and made everything about the experience so relaxing. If we ever get the chance to come back to Crete this is where I would book! I hope management knows how important their people are! Rate them 1000/10!!!!

Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est neuf, tout est propre, calme, équipé avec goût. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très serviable. Je remercie Rena; Konstantina ; Joulia; Panagiotis et surtout Kallia pour tout ce qu'elle a fait pour moi et mes excursions. Les repas étaient divins j'ai tout adoré... Le seul bémol c'est qu'on nous a coupé l'eau chaude le jour de notre départ et nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche alors que nous avions 21h de trajet et en plus le matin de notre départ la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et on n'a même pas bu boire de café. Inutile de vous dire que notre rétour a été très difficile. Donc à part le jour de notre départ tout était parfait. Sammya Hassini

Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers seitens des Hotels mussten wir eine Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne Jacuzzi verbringen. Damit fing der Ärger schon an. Das Essen hat uns persönlich ebenfalls nicht zugesagt. Einige Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr bemüht und das Hotel an sich ist schön, aber insgesamt waren das für uns höchstens 2 Sterne wert. Noch einmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten.

Everything was perfect! Even though we were only there for one night, we were impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly. As we had the breakfast option included with our night and had to leave very early they prepared a box lunch for us to eat before catching the plane.

Bellissima struttura, ristorante ottimo e personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione tattica vicino al mare ed al centro. Fuori mano se si desidera fare il tour delle spiagge. Molto pratico per le visite archeologiche. Distanza effettiva dal.aereoporto 20 minuti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Nous avons réservé pour 10j, sur les photos on nous montre que les belles photos. Les alentours de l’hôtel laissent à désirer. Le petit déjeune manque de variété. Cependant le personnel est très agréable sauf pour le serveur piscine.. et les femmes de chambre font très bien leur travail. Le spa est très bien. Hôtel correct!

Die Matratze war leider defekt Checking muss man selber via App machen Essen immer das gleiche sehr einseitig Privatstrand ohne Liegestühle/Sonnenschirme Gesamtbewertung mittelmässig 4 Sterne nicht ausreichend. Wenigstens war Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Der eigene Whirlpool war das Beste in unserem Urlaub. Das Personal sowie der Service waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Der Strand vorm Hotel war sauber aber drin sind sehr große Steine also barfuß nicht möglich rein zu laufen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele naheliegende Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Die Kleinstadt Cheronissos ist sehr belebt. Also wenn man Party mag ist der Ort genau richtig.

Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better.

Sympa et bien placé pour se rendre à la plage ou en ville. Les appartements avec jacuzzi c est pas mal, Par contre pas de piscine SPA et l'acces hamam est payant!! Au resto, pas de boissons gratuite même pas de l eau !!, le prix des boissons rest correcte cela dit. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas gouteux par contre les desserts sont super bon.

Absolut freundliches Personal, hervorragendes buffet morgen‘s und Abend‘s! Hatten in der Pauschalreise nur Frühstück gebucht…. Vor Ort tägliche zubuchung von Abendbuffet möglich für 15€… definitiv zu empfehlen!!! Sehr schönes , gepflegtes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pleasant smart looking hotel. Eco friendly, with good showering facilities both in and out of the room. Food generally good with a variety of options, although drinks are an additional charge. Has evening entertainment 3 times a week. Could do with a larger pool however easy access to the beach and sea.

Der Service war leider nicht so gut. Wir haben ein falsches Zimmer bekommen (eigentlich hätten wir eines mit Jacuzzi gebucht). Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers seitens des Hotels mussten wir eine Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne Jacuzzi verbringen. Damit fing der Ärger schon an. Das Essen hat uns persönlich ebenfalls nicht zugesagt. Einige Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr bemüht und das Hotel an sich ist schön, aber insgesamt waren das für uns höchstens 2 Sterne wert. Noch einmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently situated near many amenities, and we had easy access to transportation, which made it simple to explore the island every day.
