Core Ibiza Town Hotel

We had such a lovely stay at Core Ibiza Town Hotel. The location is perfect - really convenient for exploring Ibiza Town, easy to get taxi's - and the hotel itself feels very modern, clean and stylish. We also thought it was really good value for money and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the team at the reception desk, who were always welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. It really added to the overall experience. A few small touches that could make the stay even better would be providing a dental kit, slippers and robes in the rooms. It would also be helpful to have more modern charging ports by the bed, such as USB-A and USB-C ports, especially for guests travelling without multiple adapters. Overall, a really lovely hotel in a great location and we would happily stay again!

Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza.

Hotel pulitissimo, friendly staff

We stayed at the Core Hotel Ibiza during the Easter break and had a wonderful experience overall, though there is one area regarding housekeeping efficiency that could be improved. Impeccable Quality. The hotel is spotless. We were particularly impressed with the room’s rainfall shower—it was a highlight of our daily routine. We loved the inclusion of high-quality local cosmetics and hair care from Campos de Ibiza. It’s a thoughtful touch that makes the stay feel authentic. The five-star breakfast exceeded our expectations. The selection was fresh, varied, and delicious and our server was very friendly. The reception staff were also friendly and dealt with any queries quickly and without hesitation. While the actual cleaning was always done thoroughly, the timing was quite frustrating. On several days, we left the hotel room around 10:15 AM with the "Please Clean My Room" sign displayed. We would return after a full day of exploring at 4:30 PM only to find the room still hadn't been serviced. On the worst occasion, our room wasn't ready until 5:40 PM. This is quite late when you’re trying to freshen up for dinner. Since it was the Easter period, the rooftop bar was closed. This made the cleaning delays harder to manage, as the lobby only offers seating. Without a bar or coffee service available to kill time, we found ourselves just waiting around in the lobby chairs. We would however happily stay here again as it's in a prime location for all the town has to offer.
