Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant employee with buzzed red hair was quite rude. He did not make eye contact , reacted with short answers and did not ask if we enjoyed the food or anything. He shouldn’t be working in a hotel. Honestly quite disappointing for an otherwise great hotel. The rest of the staff was lovely, especially Charlotte.

Marred by a fire alarm at 0230. Rooms are small and really need renovation, particularly bathrooms. Surrounded by noisy roads albeit in a good position near the river. Garage expensive and a nightmare to get anything but the very smallest vehicle into it. Breakfast ok although the scrambled eggs weee lumpy and almost cold. We would not stay here again.

Stort hotell akkurat utenfor bykjernen. Hotellet var rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Rommet var veldig lite, og badet var så lite at det var nesten ubrukelig. Du burde ikke være mer enn 160 cm hvis du skulle bruke doen, så trangt var det. Aircondition ble ikke slått på hvis du ikke spurte om det. Frokosten var veldig enkel. Det var ikke noe kjøleskap på rommet.

What started out as a wonderful stay needed so badly. Our bathtub wouldn’t drain after the first night and so we let the front desk know. After being gone all day it was not fixed. The morning we were checking out a maintenance man walked into the room unannounced and then opened the bathroom door of which I, a lady, was in no shape to be walked in on!! I was hollering at the invasion not know what was happening, I grabbed the door handle and shooed him out. The hotel offered to pay our $14 parking ticket as compensation. It sucks because it was a cute place well located but definitely under staffed and very small rooms.

Easy and friendly check in. Very basic hotel which is what you'd need if you want a hotel close to old town Rouen. Don't expect any extras, simple but cozy enough. Each room has a kettle with tea and instant coffee, and hairdryer (which was missing from our room) Fan didn't seem to work so getting drenched in the rain meant our clothes and shoes did't dry after 2 days. Only one tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom which meant a visit there every time you had to toss something out. Lots of sights close by so super convenient. There is a small gym to workout, a restaurant on site and a place to have a drink in the evening. Views from the window on the third floor. Be sure to double check your bill when checking out. We were charged everything twice from our meal in the dining room and needed to fix it after we checked out. This was terribly inconvenient for those that had to wait behind us.

Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend

The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again.

Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf

Kamer en locatie zijn perfect. Ontbijt is genoeg, maar wat ze als diner aanbieden is ver onder de maat. Er was alleen ravioli en de rest wat op de kaart stond was er gewoon niet! Past niet bij dit hotel wat verder goed is.

Incredibly misleading recommendations. If the french is known for gastronomy their breakfast is inspired of something from a different world. Way lesser than satisfactory. Homeless people camping just outside the entry
