We enjoy the swimming pool.

The hotel was easy to get to. parking was great

Clean and friendly staff. The parking lot gets full fast and rear parking lacks enough lights and gets shady if coming back late from an event.

Charging was available and easy to use

Pros: Clean, included breakfast, good value for money, 24hr check-in Cons: If you are going there for the EV charging, I would not recommend it, because their system is quite inefficient. It is first come first serve, but not for the spot but for the card. So if you are staying at the hotel for 3 days, they give you a card for the EV charger and that person keeps that card for 3 days. Most often times, the EV chargers were not being used but people had no access because they only have 3 cards for 4 EV chargers. They either need to get more cards or don’t have the card system at all.

Challenge to access from the other direction and had to drive around a residential neighbourhood to get to the right side of the road. Unclear where the main entrance was. Property fits very tightly between a busy road, other businesses, and residences. But the facilities were a great place to relax and rest right in town.

Good family hotel with a good breakfast. Swimming pool was good and needs a little refreshing. Providing free charging stations for electric vehicle is a big plus! I would return…

Really clean and well appointed spaces. Fine breakfast -- good variety, nice presentation, and very clean dining area. Good gym and pool.

If I could give zero stars I would have! They checked me into a room that was not even cleaned yet. It was 3 am when I arrived and I was exhausted so I collapsed on top of the bed to wake up and realize the filth I had woke up in. Bed was not changed! Bathroom had a dirty towel, wet face cloth, water still in the tub!! The sheets on the bed when I pulled back and seen the disgusting mess!! I called the front desk and went to the front desk. No remorse! No apology. Just asked me to book another night if I was going to stay again!!!

Personnel courtois et attentionné. Chambre propre et tranquille à l’étage. Beaucoup d’espace dans la chambre par contre, le tapis devrait être remplacé par des lattes de vinyle

Le tapis n’est pas nettoyé sur le contour des pièces, on voit une ligne de poussière tout autour des pièces.

Cet hôtel est très bien, seul bémol les chambres auraient besoin d’être rafraîchies. Les tapis ne sont pas propres dans les chambres et dégagent une odeur désagréable. Sinon le déjeuner et salle à manger très bien.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai aimé mon hébergement. La chambre était correcte. La propreté de l'espace piscine laissait légèrement à désirer. Le déjeuner le lendemain était bien mais, j'étais déçue que les couverts étaient à usage unique. Question environnement, il y aurait des progrès à faire pour des assiettes, verres, tasse et ustensiles réutilisables.

Hotel needs renovation and remove old smelly carpets . Also was problem with water pressure in shower .Beds were nice.All doors should be regularly cleaned. Breakfast was nice.

Clean property with nice indoor pool, decent breakfast and good amenities. Grocery and cafes nearby. Friendly staff and quiet ambiance, fridge in room was spacious.

We found the hotel nice and quiet. It was a relaxing stay and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Our room had a few issues, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a cracked sink in the bathroom, a cleaning cloth left behind by the cleaner, and the cable on worked on 3 channels.

Should be renovated, not a lot of things on site, parking on site, internet connection was not working.

First of all, I was disappointed with the booking process. Due to an issue with data connection, my room was booked twice. I received two email confirmations within a minute of each other (1:27 and 1:28). I immediately called the hotel to report the duplicate booking, but they advised me to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com was very helpful in addressing the issue, but unfortunately, the property refused to provide a credit. They insisted on enforcing their non-refundable policy, despite it clearly being a system error. Upon arrival, the lady at check-in was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. However, later in the evening when we asked about restaurant recommendations, the gentleman at the desk was not as helpful and came across as dismissive. Overall, the experience left me frustrated with the hotel’s lack of flexibility regarding the booking error, and the inconsistent customer service was disappointing.

Checking in after a long day of travelling from Quebec City & doing the biodome with 2 small kids in crazy hot weather. The card did not work, I had to go back down to the front desk FIVE times! The first gentleman at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but after the 4th trip up and down and still couldn’t get in our room. My two young boys (3 & 6) were restless, fidgety and fighting each other by this point. The whole family was tired and hungry. The kind front desk man didn’t know what to do, so he went to get another employee, I’m assuming was a supervisor or manager. I was obviously frustrated by this point, I was not rude, I didn’t not yell or anything but I mentioned being frustrating. The employee was so unbelievably rude and condescending right off the bat. Did not apologize but started accusing me of « demagnetizing the cards », I asked if he wanted to come up & try it with me where he snapped back rudely « NO, I DON’T ». At one point he told me to calm down when I was simpIy talking. Unbelievable how he was speaking to me. I wanted to leave & go to another hotel. Went back up after he « fixed » the card. IT STILL DID NOT WORK!! When I went back down yet again, his attitude was a total 360. He was all apologetic now, offered the kids to pick free treats, put us in a different room. I would NEVER go back to this hotel simply because of how rude this employee was. I’ve been to many hotel all over and this is by far the rudest service I’ve ever had!

Very friendly staff, home feeling

The Hampton is a great place to stay in Laval. It really provides a great value for your dollar. Gotta say that the highlight of this hotel is the front desk staff. They were so quick to help with any questions that I had and also kind in doing so. Paolo specifically was a huge help during my stay and I appreciate his assistance and professionalism. Definitely would stay here again if I return to Laval.

Great and easy access location yet very quiet which provides a great sleep!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Easy access to freeway, verity of food stores some within a walking distance. Continental breakfast every day and 24/7 free coffee and tea at the loopy.

I like that the hotel is located near a mall and driving distance from a grocery store, pharamacy, and Tim Hortons. Easy and safe parking as well.

Probably one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had! The hotel was near by local shopping centers and various dining options and not too far from the airport.
